Mew @ Kasib Berry
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Nasty Plot
- Roost
- Psyshock
- Focus Blast

Fairly simple, this Mew acts as a late game cleaner option, with Psyshock and Focus Blast having few combined walls together.
The added bonus of Kasib is that this kind of Mew attracts fast ghosts to try to revenge kill it, only to be stopped by Kasib Berry.

252 SpA Gengar Shadow Ball vs. 248 HP / 0 SpD Kasib Berry Mew: 132-156 (32.7 - 38.7%) -- 99.1% chance to 3HKO
4 SpA Mew Psyshock vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Gengar: 264-312 (101.1 - 119.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO

It also is able to OHKO Blacephalon at +2:
+2 4 SpA Mew Psyshock vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Blacephalon: 288-339 (116.5 - 137.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 SpA Choice Specs Blacephalon Shadow Ball vs. 248 HP / 0 SpD Kasib Berry Mew: 220-259 (54.5 - 64.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Might not be the best, but it seems like something fun to mess around with

Run defensive pex if u want but this spdef set is guaranteed 4hko without rocks
Imagine the pain when your gengar dies to cb pex

Sub-Nasty Plot Gengar is a tricky mon to lure. Most Infiltrator mons are unviable or, in the case of Dragapult, force Gengar out rather than lure it in. This lead me to look at “sound moves,” since they bypass substitute. There are only two sound moves that hit Gengar super-effectively. The first, Snarl, is too weak and isn’t on many OU viable Pokémon. The second, however, is Eerie Spell; Glowking’s signature move. I was surprised to find out this was a sound move and I figured, if anything could lure Gengar properly, it would be Glowking. 112 SpA OHKOs Gengar from full with Eerie Spell, which is important since Gengar can either sub in your face expecting you to click future sight (the standard Glowking psychic STAB) or can just shadow ball you, which does not OHKO an AV Glowking.

112 SpA Slowking-Galar Eerie Spell vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Gengar: 264-312 (101.1 - 119.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252 SpA Gengar Shadow Ball vs. 252 HP / 128+ SpD Assault Vest Slowking-Galar: 132-156 (33.5 - 39.5%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
+2 252 SpA Gengar Shadow Ball vs. 252 HP / 128+ SpD Assault Vest Slowking-Galar: 260-308 (65.9 - 78.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor

Toxapex @ Choice Band

- Poison Jab/Gunk Shot

252+ Atk Choice Band Toxapex Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Latios: 262-310 (87 - 102.9%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock

This is a meme but it actually has some OU merit? Maybe? You do need Rocks or prior chip to OHKO.

Urshifu-Rapid-Strike @ Choice Band :Choice Band:
Ability: Unseen Fist
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Surging Strikes
- Aqua Jet
- Ice Punch

Due to Latios resisting both of Urshifu's STAB moves, it's capable of switching in and OHKOing Urshifu with Psychic. Unlike U-turn, Ice Punch is a guarantee OHKO on Latios and grants Urshifu the ability to punish the opponent severely when they attempt to go into Latios.

Hippowdon @ Iron Ball
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 8 Atk / 248 SpD
Careful Nature
- Earthquake
- Slack Off
- Stealth Rock
- Crunch
The premise of this Lure set is that Latios would come in to Trick Hippowdon a Choice Scarf, thinking that now the Hippowdon is completely crippled.
What Latios doesn’t know is that instead of getting a Rocky Helmet, it recieves the unsuspecting Iron Ball item. Not only will Latios be half speed, but it will also be grounded as well. With Sand damage, Grounded Latios will be 2HKO’d by Scarf Hippowdon’s Earthquake.
Crunch is also provided for this set since it’s the safer options despite only being slightly stronger than Earthquake because Latios could just Draco Meteor your Hippowdon. Crunch is also good since it’s a good medium against other Flying types when it can’t do anything else really.
252 SpA Latios Draco Meteor vs. 252 HP / 248+ SpD Hippowdon: 189-223 (45 - 53%) -- 31.6% chance to 2HKO
8 Atk Hippowdon Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Latios: 144-171 (47.8 - 56.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after sandstorm damage
8 Atk Hippowdon Crunch vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Latios: 154-182 (51.1 - 60.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after sandstorm damage

tbh I don’t see why people are choosing Urshifu here.
The OP said that Latios has a 50% chance to OHKO Latios, guaranteed with the slightest chip damage. So it’s not really a lure, since there is nothing luring Latios out, but now you’re just kind of stuck with a worse Urshifu for literally no purpose.
And also because I don’t want to vote for myself, I’ll go with :Toxapex:
