Explanation: Memento give free TR / SD turn. Earthquake 2HKOing 90%~ish Spd Necroshitma . (while Choice band do around 75%) if not able to 2HKO DM you can set stealth rock and memento. Excellent Free turn setter for Caly-I and also many others.
