Noivern @ Heavy-Duty Boots

- U-turn

Built around panda + tele rk9 to teleport on stuff like gig/rhyp/etc to get panda onto the field safely, not only that but it comes in on sylveon which is the most splashable mon that somewhat checks panda defensively/forces it out. Doublade works rlly well with panda as a late game wincon, the typings offer a great coverage of the tier's psychic types n shit while panda breaks and cripples things with knock off and cc spam, forming a winpath for doub late game. Rhyperior is just the best option here for rocks as I don't rlly need the utility that gigalith offers > rhyperior, the elec immunity is much more enticing for this team. Noivern is here doing Noivern things and just serving as a general glue mon that can rkill the whole tier unboosted. Whimsi comes in on bulky waters when it needs to for rk9/panda and helps keep hax in check, main thing is pivoting into the washing machine tho.

This weeks submission phase will end Friday, May 15th! Happy posting

Sylveon+Wash again would be pretty boring, so I'll take skewda+ Rk9.

Barraskewda @ Life Orb/Mystical/whatever
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 96 HP / 252 Atk / 160 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Liquidation
- Close Combat
- Throat Chop
- Ice Fang

Arcanine @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 120 Def / 136 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Flamethrower
- Morning Sun
- Toxic
- Teleport

Pretty simple concept, the fish outspeeds this whole team, cause there's no scarfer on here. Orb to make sure you don't have to worry about locking yourself into a move and ensuring KOs on Vern/Panda from full, but Mystical is honestly fine too. The only thing that can really take hits from Skewda on this team is Doublade and Arcanine just sits on that. Dog also brings in fish with Teleport and can pivot.

:ss/Blastoise::ss/Incineroar:
Blastoise @ White Herb
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Dark Pulse
- Shell Smash

Incineroar @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 248 HP / 108 Def / 68 SpD / 84 Spe
Careful Nature
- Knock Off
- Flare Blitz
- Parting Shot
- Toxic

The lack of water-types (to resist water and ice) can be really oppening for Blastoise. After a boost, Blastoise outspeeds every mon on the team and easily OHKOs it back at +2. Keep in mind that Whimsi can try to pull some Encore stuff on you.
Incineroar helps to create opportunities for Blastoise because it can force out Whimsi and lure in Rhyperior or Arcanine and Parting Shot into Blastoise.

:Arcanine:
+2 252+ SpA Blastoise Hydro Pump vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Arcanine: 714-840 (185.9 - 218.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO

:Noivern:
+2 252+ SpA Blastoise Ice Beam vs. 108 HP / 0 SpD Noivern: 776-916 (229.5 - 271%) -- guaranteed OHKO

:Rhyperior:
+2 252+ SpA Blastoise Hydro Pump vs. 252 HP / 232 SpD Solid Rock Rhyperior: 1026-1209 (236.4 - 278.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO

reserving specs sylveon + goli

Sylveon @ Choice Specs
Ability: Pixilate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 16 HP / 252 SpA / 240 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Mystical Fire
- Psyshock

Golisopod @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Emergency Exit
EVs: 236 HP / 252 Atk / 20 Spe
Adamant Nature
- First Impression
- Liquidation
- Knock Off
- Spikes

This team doesn't have an solid answer for specs sylveon, he can spam hyper voice without thinking too much :
(Arcanin has only 8 pp of morning sun, and must be full life and have the boots to be able to tank the hyper voice of sylveon. That's a lot of requirements)

252+ SpA Choice Specs Pixilate Sylveon Hyper Voice vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Arcanine: 156-183 (40.6 - 47.6%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

252+ SpA Choice Specs Pixilate Sylveon Hyper Voice vs. 240 HP / 252 SpD Rhyperior: 291-343 (67.5 - 79.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

252+ SpA Choice Specs Pixilate Sylveon Hyper Voice vs. 212 HP / 0 SpD Eviolite Doublade: 151-178 (48.3 - 57%) -- 91.8% chance to 2HKO

goli, in addition to putting a lot of pressure because of the lack of water resistance in this team, allows to knock off the boots of arcanin, noivern to put even more pressure with sylveon. It often attracted noivern, which does not touch sylveon.

Inteleon - #818 - Serebii.net Pokédex
Weezing - #110 - Serebii.net Pokédex

Inteleon + Weezing-Galar

Inteleon @ Choice Specs
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- U-turn

Weezing-Galar @ Black Sludge
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 212 Def / 44 Spe
Bold Nature
- Strange Steam
- Flamethrower
- Will-O-Wisp / Toxic
- Pain Split / Sludge Bomb

Choice Specs Inteleon is able to OHKO every Pokemon on the team with Hydro Pump or Ice Beam. Hydro Pump OHKOs all but Noivern and Whimsicott, and you outspeed and 2HKO Whimsicott with Specs Hydro. Predict Noivern once and Ice Beam or chip it with another mon and Inteleon pretty much just wins.

252 SpA Choice Specs Inteleon Hydro Pump vs. 212 HP / 0 SpD Eviolite Doublade: 307-363 (98.3 - 116.3%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO
252 SpA Choice Specs Inteleon Hydro Pump vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Pangoro: 345-406 (104.2 - 122.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 SpA Choice Specs Inteleon Hydro Pump vs. 240 HP / 252 SpD Solid Rock Rhyperior: 891-1047 (206.7 - 242.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 SpA Choice Specs Inteleon Hydro Pump vs. 240 HP / 252 SpD Solid Rock Rhyperior: 891-1047 (206.7 - 242.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252 SpA Choice Specs Inteleon Hydro Pump vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Whimsicott: 165-195 (63.2 - 74.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 SpA Choice Specs Inteleon Hydro Pump vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Noivern: 156-185 (50.1 - 59.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Weezing-Galar easily switches into Noivern, which outspeeds Inteleon and KOs with Draco Meteor after rocks, and then walls all the physical attackers [outspeeding and 2HKOing Doublade], making it very difficult to break. Because Whimsicott is not running Psychic and Pangoro is not running Iron Head, bringing in Arcanine is possibly the team's best way to damage Weezing-G, which is a free switch-in for Inteleon. Spreading status helps get the opposing Pokemon in range of Surf instead of Hydro, making Inteleon able to serve as a more reliable cleaner.

Alright, thanks to everyone for your votes and our winner is Expulso with Inteleon+Galarian Weezing! Congratulations!

Milotic @ Flame Orb
Ability: Marvel Scale
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD

- Facade
- Toxic
- Recover

I built this for UULT, and it was designed to be a bulky offense that could dismantle other common cores while still having a secure HO/Screens matchup. The Protect Celebi is for Golisopod mainly, which I was seeing more usage for Haxorus / speed control after the initial drop in usage after the Mamoswine ban. SD Incineroar is an underrated threat that punish teams whose own Knock Off switch in is their own Incineroar, and it has a great match-up versus many balance and bulky offense cores, crippling Noivern, luring oppossing Incineroar and Pangoro, and smashing Sylveon + steel cores. Shuca Cobalion is my rocker just because I needed the compression of a Haxorus check and something that can get them up consistently, as Cobalion gets a lot of opportunities to come in. Escavalier serves as a Sylveon check, Haxorus check, Roserade check, opposing Celebi check, and blanket checks a lot of things that could get overwhelmed by my initial answers, also spreading Knock Off to make progress versus my opponent. Noivern is bog standard, and I chose to go max HP due to the huge presence Fighting types have (Cobalion / Machamp / Pangoro) to give it longevity and be able to check those more effectively. Hurricane / Defog are options over U-turn here but that is just personal preference. The sauce comes with this Milotic set, which is super demonic. Teams lacking Roserade, Celebi, Haze, NP Rotom-W, or Toxtricity get destroyed by this thing. Flame Orb + Coil makes you very physically bulky and allows you to 1v1 many physical threats, and trades off passive recovery for bulk and status immunity. Toxic pressures things that Facade is walled by, mainly ghosts and stuff like Mantine and allows it to gain set up opportunities. Facade takes advantage of Flame Orb + Coil, allowing you to hilariously 1v1 stuff like Cobalion, Copperjah, and Escavalier as well as straight up serve as a win condition.

This weeks submission phase will end Friday, May 22th! Happy posting

reserving toxtri sg + something else

Toxtricity @ Throat Spray
Ability: Punk Rock
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Overdrive
- Boomburst
- Taunt
- Shift Gear

Barbaracle @ Life Orb
Ability: Tough Claws
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Shell Smash
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Liquidation

You'll always see those two in HO, and here, they're doing a lot of damage to this team.

There's only celebi that can really threaten toxtricity, inci to a lesser degree, but it's not enough under the screens:
136 SpA Celebi Psychic vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Toxtricity through Light Screen: 148-175 (50.8 - 60.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 Atk Incineroar Flare Blitz vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Toxtricity through Reflect: 120-142 (41.2 - 48.7%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

and toxtricity can very easily put a sg on milo/cobal/noivern. Once you are set up, you just kill everyone :
+1 252 SpA Toxtricity Sludge Bomb vs. 140 HP / 0 SpD Celebi: 402-474 (106.9 - 126%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+1 252 SpA Punk Rock Toxtricity Overdrive vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Cobalion: 304-359 (94.1 - 111.1%) -- 81.3% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
+1 252 SpA Punk Rock Toxtricity Overdrive vs. 252 HP / 128 SpD Escavalier: 199-234 (57.8 - 68%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
+1 252 SpA Punk Rock Toxtricity Boomburst vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Incineroar: 295-348 (89.1 - 105.1%) -- 31.3% chance to OHKO
+1 252 SpA Punk Rock Toxtricity Overdrive vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Milotic: 283-338 (71.8 - 85.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and burn damage
+1 252 SpA Punk Rock Toxtricity Boomburst vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Noivern: 326-385 (87.1 - 102.9%) -- 18.8% chance to OHKO

Barbaracle also destroys this team:
+2 252 Atk Life Orb Barbaracle Stone Edge vs. 140 HP / 0 Def Celebi: 364-430 (96.8 - 114.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock
+2 252 Atk Life Orb Tough Claws Barbaracle Liquidation vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Cobalion: 325-383 (100.6 - 118.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+2 252 Atk Life Orb Tough Claws Barbaracle Liquidation vs. 252 HP / 128+ Def Escavalier: 313-370 (90.9 - 107.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock
+2 252 Atk Life Orb Tough Claws Barbaracle Liquidation vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Incineroar: 881-1040 (266.1 - 314.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+2 252 Atk Life Orb Barbaracle Stone Edge vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Marvel Scale Milotic: 296-348 (75.1 - 88.3%) -- 6.3% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock (but he's got to get to the field first to activate his object)
+2 252 Atk Life Orb Barbaracle Stone Edge vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Noivern: 876-1032 (234.2 - 275.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Gardevoir + Water-type

:ss/Gardevoir::ss/Jellicent:
Gardevoir @ Choice Specs
Ability: Trace
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk

Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 240 HP / 52 Def / 216 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Strength Sap
- Will-O-Wisp
- Hex
- Scald
Gardevoir has, even with two Steel-types a pretty good matchup against this team. It checks Noivern and 1v1s Celebi & Milotic and does a lot of damage to Incineroar if it tries to switch in. Mystical Fire is great if you predict a Steel-Type to come in and OHKOs both of them. Gardevoir struggles with these Steel-types if they get a free switch. To seal that weakness, Jellicent can switch into them and wall them for days (especially Cobalion).

Rajah is a neat mon bc it can slap Esca, check Noivern, and pretty easily find opportunities to come in on Celebi. Toxtricity outspeeds Incineroar, prevents Milotic from setting up Coil, and soft checks Cobalion.
