[OVERVIEW]

Rock
========
With its high Attack and abysmal Speed, Stakataka is a solid sweeper and late-game cleaner under Trick Room. Its good bulk allows it to set up Trick Room at least once and remove threats to Rock, such as Rillaboom and Scizor. While Stakataka can plow through more offensive teams, such as Dragon and Fairy teams, it struggles against teams that sport physical walls such as Toxapex and Hippowdon, which stall it out without a boost from Beast Boost. Due to this, it requires the support of special wallbreakers such as Nihilego and Omastar to pave the way for it to sweep.

[SET COMMENTS]
With Stakataka's abysmal Speed, Trick Room allows it to outspeed and beat faster attackers such as Zeraora and Landorus-T. Gyro Ball threatens Fairy-types, such as Tapu Bulu and Clefable, and faster Pokemon that do not resist it such as Dragapult and Hydreigon due to Stakataka's extremely low Speed. Heat Crash threatens Steel- and Grass-types that take minimal damage from Gyro Ball, like Ferrothorn and Amoonguss. Stone Edge nails Water- and Flying-types such as Rotom-W and Mantine. 15 Defense IVs with a Lonely nature make Stakataka's Defense equal to its Attack, which allows it to get an Attack boost when it KOes a foe and potentially snowball. Air Balloon allows Stakataka to switch into and set up Trick Room on Ground-types like Garchomp and Choice Scarf Excadrill.

Tyranitar is a valuable partner thanks to its ability to check special attackers such as Tapu Lele and Kyurem, boost Stakataka's Special Defense through sand, and set Stealth Rock to help chip opposing Pokemon. Rhyperior helps check Fighting-types like Buzzwole and Terrakion, as well as Poison- and Electric-types. Nihilego breaks through physical walls such has Hippowdon and Galarian Corsola with its powerful special attacks, paving the way for Stakataka to sweep. Diancie helps versus Fighting- and Dragon-types like Hydreigon and Galarian Zapdos, and it can also set Trick Room to help Stakataka clean. Coalossal is also a valuable teammate, providing Spikes support and spreading burns to help Stakataka set up Trick Room. However, players must be weary of setting Trick Room, as it may come back to haunt teammates like Choice Scarf Terrakion.

Earthquake can be used over Heat Crash to hit Electric-types super effectively and hit threats like Melmetal and Toxapex harder, but it comes at the cost of being walled by Amoonguss and Ferrothorn.

**Kommo-o**: Kommo-o is immune to Gyro Ball thanks to Bulletproof, resists Stakataka's other standard moves, and threatens it with Body Press. Iron Defense variants can also use Stakataka as setup fodder.

**Physically Defensive Walls**: Physically defensive walls such as Galarian Corsola and Hippowdon can tank all of Stakataka's moves and threaten it with a burn or Earthquake, respectively.

**Burn**: Getting burned by Toxapex or Slowbro severely hinders Stakataka's sweeping potential, making it pretty much dead weight.

[Overview]

- With its high Attack and abysmal Speed, Stakataka is a solid sweeper or and late game cleaner, under Trick Room, (for Rock-type teams.) [We can't use paratheses when writing analyses.]

- Its good bullk allows it to set up Trick Room at least once and remove threats to Rock, such as Rillaboom and Scizor. [True, I think mentioning some setup bait would be useful for the reader though.]

- While Stakataka can plow through more offensive teams, such as Dragon and Fairy, it struggles vs teams that sport physical walls such as Toxapex, Hippowdon or Avalugg, which stall it out without a boost. [Can't use vs in analyses either, preferably 'against']

[Set]

- Heat Crash threatens Steel- or and Grass-types that take minimal damage from Gyro Ball, like Ferrothorn and Amoongus. [Any or usage like this should be and, make sure to skim through your analysis and catch any more]

[Teammates]

- Is there anything Tyranitar helps with besides providing sand. Slowbro and Galarian Corsola are two walls that come to mind in checking Stakataka and I think it's a very useful mention.

- I think Rhyperior should be mentioned for something else other than checking Fighting-types. We should be mentioning types Rhyperior can snowball and how its Ground-typing/STAB does great against certain typings.

Be sure to check your analysis punctuation. For example, "Dragon-types" instead of dragon-types. thelegendsrevamped let me know when you implement this

With its high Attack and abysmal Speed, Stakataka is a solid sweeper and late game cleaner, under Trick Room. Its good bulk allows it to set up Trick Room at least once and remove threats to Rock, such as Rillaboom and Scizor while setting up Trick Room on Pokemon like Cradily or Galvantula. (repetitive, and also those examples are pretty weak) While Stakataka can plow through more offensive teams, such as Dragon and Fairy, it struggles against teams that sport physical walls such as Toxapex, and Hippowdon and Avalugg, which stall it out without a boost. Due to this, it appreciates requires the support of special wallbreakers such as Nihilego and Omastar, which patch up its deficiencies. to pave the way for it to sweep. (probably a more honest assessment on staka, especially when we're talking about its drawbacks)

Trick Room allows Stakataka to utilize its abysmal speed, allowing it to outspeed and threaten faster attackers such as Tapu Bulu, Zeraora and Landorus-T. Gyro Ball threatens Fairy-types such as Tapu Bulu and Clefable, while also threatening faster Pokemon that do not resist it such as Dragapult and Hydreigon due to Stakataka's extremely low Speed. Heat Crash threatens Steel- and Grass-types that take minimal damage from Gyro Ball, like Ferrothorn and Amoongus. Stone Edge allows Stakataka to threaten Water- and Flying- such as Rotom-W and Mantine. which resist the above mentioned moves. 15 Defense IVs with a Lonely nature makes Stakataka's Defense lower than its Attack, which allows Stakataka to get an Attack boost when it KO'es an opposing Pokemon, further enhancing its snowballing potential. Air Balloon allows Stakataka to switch into and setup on Trick Room on threats Ground-types like Garchomp and Choice Scarf Excadrill, and Pokemon choice locked into a ground type move. (not having to sack a mon every time a ground comes in is pretty important too)

Tyranitar is a valuable partner as it further enhances the special defense of Stakataka thanks to sand boosting special defense of rock types helping it tank super effective hits easily thanks to its ability to check Special Attackers such as Tapu Lele and Kyurem, boost Stakataka's Special Defence through Sand, simultaneously setup Stealth Rocks to help chip opposing pokemon. (the sand thing might be dex info honestly, but i think it's fine to keep for now) Rhyperior helps versus check fighting types Fighting-types like Buzzwole and Urshifu-R thanks to amazing physical defense and Solid Rock hence eliminating them for Stakataka to setup Trick Room safely while Rhyperior helps as well as against Electric- and Poison-types. Nihilego helps Stakataka break physical walls such has Hippowdon and Galarian Corsola with its powerful special attacks laying a way for Stakataka to sweep. Diancie with Trick Room helps versus Fighting- and Dragon-types like Hydreigon and Garchomp Galarian Zapdos or Pokemon with fighting coverage like Mamoswine, and can also set Trick Room which allows Stakataka to clean. (moved to end of paragraph to reflect viability)
- terrakion
- coalossal? it's still like a rank i think

Earthquake can be used over Heat Crash to hit Electric-types super effectively and hit threats like Melmetal and Toxapex harder but it comes at the cost of not OHKOing Amoonguss at +1 being walled by Amoonguss and Ferrothorn which is not generally worth it.

**Kommo-o**: Kommo-o Is immune to Gyro ball thanks to its ability bullet proof and taking minimal damage from unboosted coverage and it threatens with super-effective Close Combat/Drain Punch Body Press or setting up Iron Defense and proceeding to sweep.

**Physically Defensive Walls**: Physically defensive walls such as Galarian Corsola and Hippowdon can take all the moves of Stakataka and threaten it in return by burning it or threatening it with their STAB moves.

**Status**: Getting burned (by?) severely hinders the sweeping potential of Stakataka as it can no more OHKO or 2HKO majority of threats making it pretty much a dead weight late game. (can't this be changed to just burn? para is only slightly annoying and it's immune to toxic obviously)

Hey, I've taken this over. I'm going to mark this as QC: 3/3 because 1) I'm not the initial writer and 2) All of the information here is correct. That, plus Roxiee marking it as 2/2 before means I don't think there should be any issue.

Pinging GP Team, thank you in advance for your hard work!
