(Stall) Impenetrable Icebreakers

Hey, man, I was just wondering if maybe you could update your descriptions and stuff? It's a little confusing when some statements are based on old incarnations of the team and no longer apply. For example:

Taunt is worthless, though, because I now have Azelf taunting for me, and I can simply whirlwind major threats if need be.
Have you decided against running Taunt on it for a different reason now that you no longer have Azelf, or any other Taunter for that matter?
Obviously, Chansey, Charizard-X, Blastoise (with AV) do not like Sandstorm too much.
Didn't you say you changed Sand Stream to Sand Force anyway? Maybe update the OP with that?

You mention that Gourgeist-S has a problem in its lack of reliable recovery. My suggestion is a pokemon that can remedy this issue and serve as a reliable switch in to Rotom-W, possible freeing the Quagsire slot. I see Quagsire as a weak link, maybe this switch will give an opportunity to test a replacement. My suggestion is this

Amoonguss @ Assault Vest
Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Foul Play
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb / Clear Smog
- Hidden Power [Fire]

Amoonguss packs Regenerator and Giga Drain as reliable recovery options, solving that particular issue that Gourgeist-S has. Its mixed bulk is incredible, surviving boosted hits on both sides from boosted Mega-Lucario. Not that it serves as a reliable check to Mega-Lucario (Hidden Power [Fire] fails to 2HKO with Stealth Rock) but the calcs should serve as an indication of its bulk.

+2 252 Atk Mega Lucario Ice Punch vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Amoonguss: 320-378 (74 - 87.5%) -- 6.3% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
+2 252 Atk Adaptability Mega Lucario Close Combat vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Amoonguss: 255-301 (59 - 69.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
+2 252 SpA Adaptability Mega Lucario Flash Cannon vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Assault Vest Amoonguss: 296-350 (68.5 - 81%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock

Foul Play serves to ward off boosting physical attackers, even doing more damage to +2 Mega-Lucario than Hidden Power [Fire] (still only a 3HKO with Stealth Rock) while Sludge Bomb is a powerful option to ward off Fairy types if they prove to be threatening. Clear Smog removes boosts and can be useful but with Foul Play and Assault Vest I see little need for it. Amoonguss is relatively weak and with the restrictions of Assault Vest, can seem less useful that it actually is but these attacking moves have decent utility. I think it deserves at least a test run.
