This is a balanced, standard team I made a while ago, and have recently been on long winning streaks making it to 41st on the Smogon server. I know the team has some flaws but I need help fixing them.

Jirachi @ Choice Scarf
Serene Grace
252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Iron Head
- Zen Headbutt
- Ice Punch
- U-turn

I normally lead with Jirachi and U-turn so whatever works best or go for Iron head flinch hax. It can be very cheap, but it wins games so I'll do whatever works. Ice punch because the team needed an Ice attack and Zen headbutt a for psychic stab.

Breloom @ Life Orb
Technician
252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Mach Punch
- Bullet Seed
- Stone Edge
- Spore

Pretty standard techniloom. Easily switches into a calm minding Rankurusu who thinks it can take it out with Psycho cut. Mach punch is great for revenge kills. Bullet seed is great for breaking subs and providing a lot of damage, and Stone Edge is there for cover especially to fire types.

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Poison Heal
252 Hp / 184 Def / 72 Spd
Impish Nature
- Fling
- Acrobat
- EQ
- Protect

His purpose of the team is to provide ground coverage and toxic stall with Fling/protect. I feel he doesn't compliment the team well and I'm willing to find a replacement. I just don't know who to replace him with.

Gastrodon @ Leftovers
Storm Drain
176 Hp / 252 Def / 80 SpDef
Calm Nature
- Toxic
- Stockpile
- Recover
- Scald

This guy is a great tank. Can take many hits especially when stockpiled. Toxic and recover allow it to stall pokemon out and Scald provides a water stab. Works great switching into water attacks getting the water boost. It draws in many grass types that give Shandera an easy KO. Also works well with Ferrothorn because his 4x weakness is Ferrothorn's 4x resistance.

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Iron Barbs
252 Hp / 48 Def / 208 SpDef
Relaxed Nature
- Stealth Rocks
- Leech Seed
- Gyro Ball
- Power Whip

Essentially provides entry hazards for the team while sapping health with leech seed. It is very weak to fire which gives many of my team problems. Gastrodon can take most hits drawn at him.

Shandera @ Choice Scarf
Shadow Tag
4 Hp / 252 SpAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Overheat
- Flamethrower
- Shadow Ball
- Energy Ball

Is the perfect revenge killer. It has a sky high SpAtk and a great speed boosted by Choice Scarf. Basically anything slower than is in huge trouble because of his ability. Energy ball is there for coverage to water types.

So far, I've noticed a huge weakness to fire types without enough resistance. I'm willing to replace almost any pokemon in this team as well as adjust any set. Any help you're willing to give I am grateful for.

For your fire weakness issue, use flash fire as the ability with Chandelure instead of shadow tag.

That is what I thought initially, but Shadow Tag is too great of an ability to pass up. Without it, I wouldn't be able to revenge grass types that threaten Gastrodon. Instead I thought of replacing Breloom to remove a fire weakness and add in a resistance, I just have trouble knowing what to replace with.

But then he gets two 4x grass weaknesses - Now, grass is not exactly the most common thing, but you stumble across it. I've seen a lot of Grass Knots lately, and Energy Ball is omnipresent on special sweepers, as well as the occasional Techniloom just like yours.

I suggest unaware quagsire over gastrodon. You can run the same set and they have the same typing but quags ability neutralizes your opponents attampts to set up on him. To help with your fire weakness I suggest dragonite as he can take hits all day with multi scale (as long as you keep him at full hp with roost)I suggest a set of dragon dance, roost, dragon claw and earthquake this gives you a bulky fire resist and if you use him with quagsire gastrodon's water immunity wont be missed as badly. I suggest using D-nite over Gliscor as you said he wasnt doing much for you and you would keep your nice ground immunity as well as not changing your synergy too much. Nice team!
