I think this tier benefits Pokemon that are extremely bulky.
Registeel and Uxie are going to become super offensive.

Don't forget Serperior, which has an even MORE powerful Leaf Storm.

Oh, and Adaptability Draco Meteor coming off 127 SpA? Y'all thought Goodra was bad.

One of the biggest things I see with this meta is how slow it is going to be. Trick room will most likely be the ultimate playstyle as the new offensive threats are extremely slow (The walls are also decently fast which might create in interesting dynamic) I also put together a list of all fast Pokemon with usable offensive stats.

HoopaU's type is iffy, but 80/160/170 defenses and 130 spatk seems nice
Not sure if it gets any recovery though, shame
