For Steel/Ghost, DuoM2 wins with Spirox!
Name: Spirox
Ability: Limber / --- / Cursed Body
Typing: Steel/Ghost
Stats
: 71/62/66/113/101/117 (530)
Weight: 24 kg
Relevant Moves: Shadow Ball, Flash Cannon, Will-o-Wisp, Hex, Calm Mind, Recover, Haze, Toxic, Thunderbolt, Teleport, Night Shade, Spikes
Description: I tried making this with the fact that I undershoot things in mind, but here's a mon that abuses the defensive capabilities of its typing within the current meta to spam Ghost moves. Checks Gencook and Harzodia, DESTROYS Skappa, and hammy only heals 116 out of a bare minimum 341 max HP with Strength Sap. Burrodger does a great job keeping you at bay though, chad Fluxtape can OHKO even max HP variants after rocks, and there are others like Drakotomy that should do okay against you no matter what set you are.

For Electric/Water, Scoopapa wins withs Whiscamp!
Electric / Water

Description: Pretty straightforward defensive Stealth Rock user and pivot. Mold Breaker is relevant to both of its STAB types, as well as potentially its role setting Stealth Rock (if we get a Magic Bounce user).

And for Dragon/Poison, PokeVarios727 wins with Laopharsi
Dragon/Poison Laopharsi

Baneful Bunker, Toxic, Venom Drench, Coil, Clangorous Soul.
Flavor Moves: Poison Fang, Poison Tail, Poison Sting, Acid, Acid Spray, Acid Armor, Bite, Amnesia.
Description: "Laophis", a pre-historic snake + "Farsi", from both "Farsi", (language)Persian for (the word)Persian and the Persian-Horned Viper. Inspired by radioactive waste. It's scales are giant heavy metal plates, with spaces between them, filled with the gooey liquid Laopharsi's body secretes constantly. It uses both horns and tail to make devastating attacks. Laopharsi are never seen in groups and have a nomad lifestyle, rendering any wilderness they pass through useless. Sights of this pokemon are extremely rare, and people only realised it's existence because of the wastelands it leaves behind.
Basically a physical sweeper with many coverage tools, natural speed tier has it over everyone except Fluxtape, Wesgranit, Skappa and Storvark, but it has setup moves, mainly Coil and Clangorous Soul, with no recovery tool for itself you may run dry of HP. Although their abilities make up for a quite tough choice, Technician for Pursuit, Bulldoze, Flip Turn and a 60x2 dragon STAB with Dual Chop or a risk-reward Scale Shot, Strong Jaw for a frightening elemental coverage and Crunch/Jaw Lock or, well Corrosion is quite niche ngl but Toxic and Venom Drench are quite a combo, if you want to experiment with that. It's not shy of immediate moves either, First Impression for revenge kills and the already mentioned Technician Pursuit, also it's natural defensive bulk will let it survive a Wesgranit Earthquake or a Cetaidon Icicle Crash. Overall a decent attacker which has a small yet unpredictable toolbox of moves and abilities.
Edits:
1:
Uploaded spritework and tweaked stats to reflect the metal platings that it's body has. BST +50
2: Polished Spritework.
3: Made it learn Universal TMs and added flavor.
4: Lowered Atk by 20 and lowered SpD by 10

Yep, its me this time XD

I don't have too many thoughts, but I'll try

Spirox seems like a pretty good specially defensive wall, which also has access to Will-o-Wisp for the physical side of things. It also has decent Special Attack and Calm Mind for setup, while also having good speed. To me, I think Hex could be really fun for it to play around with. Like Duo said on their sub, it can handle a some threats in the meta (one that stands out to me is Gencook), but also loses to a few like Burrodger and Fluxtape.

Whiscamp is another pretty specially oriented mon, with good STABs and being able to use moves like Volt Switch or Flip Turn for momentum, more offensive sets using Hydro Pump and Thunderbolt, and defensive sets going for Scald and Discharge. It seems like it could be very versatile, also having recovery in Slack Off. Personally, I think this could be very fun to run with Drizzle Nimbustorm.

Laopharsi seems like a very good physical attacker, having all 3 abilities be very viable. Technician can go well with sets like Dual Chop, Scale Shot, and Poison Fang, Strong Jaw with, well... biting moves, and Corrosion with a status spreader set. As mentioned in the sub, Corrosion could also be interesting with Venom Drench. Clangorous Soul just allows it to be a setup monster. I could also see some very interesting sets involving Amnesia too.

Really, all the mons this slate are very versatile, which I find really cool.

So Poison Fang was added for flavor, Gunk Shot would probably be the main Poison STAB move on any set, Coil makes the acc issue non-existant and 75 power Poison Fang (which funnily enough gets boosted by both Technician and Strng Jaw) isn't that great when you have a 120 dual STAB (60x2 with Tech Dual Chop), unless you are hitting over fairies and resists without setup, which you would just risk the miss. Strong Jaw is a fun set cause it gives neutral hits to every type combo (I think) so it would be hella scary after a Coil or Clagorous Soul although you would forfeit 120 Dual Chop, still 40*2 is a Dragon Claw's worth so it's not that bad. Also Jaw Lock is powerful, it could give you the win. Corrosion is powerful with Venom Drench yes, and like how you noticed, Amnesia exists, combined with Acid Armor and Rest we could have a scary wall as well. Much like it's flavor, you won't know what set it is until you face it.

Description: Iridemi is a Mimi, a fairy from Aboriginal Folklore, who is made of Opal. It’s Opal body brings good luck to some, but terrible omens to others. This Pokémon serves primarily for utility, setting Screens and Sand for others. Aftermath or Destiny Bond gives it potential as a suicide lead too, while it’s main offensive builds have to rely on Super Luck to land crits.

Description: To put it frankly, Willox is an Ox. Its covered in Willow vines and has patches of Willow bark throughout its body. Willox is primarily a physical wall and cleric, who primarily uses Triage and Misty Surge. It can utilize unique interactions with Triage, such as getting priority Horn Leech if it wishes to be more offensively oriented. Misty Surge works for more passive builds, helping prevent status conditions upon switching out to allies. Stamia plays towards Willox's strengths of Physical walling, helping it stay on the field for a longer duration of time.

Saw this and thought it was pretty cool
Abilities: Stakeout (Indimidate)
Stats: 79/90/64/55/78/125 (BST 490)
Weight: 40kg / 88.2 lbs
Height: 5' / 152.4cm

Relevant Moves (Universal TMs):
Physical: Knock Off, Assurance, Payback, Lash Out, U-turn, Night Slash, Foul Play, Brave Bird, Dual Wingbeat, Shadow Claw
Status: Taunt, Roost, Defog, Snatch
Flavour: Mirror Move, Snarl, Whirlwind, Pursuit
Description: 'Ekira' is a corruption of Aquila. (As far as bird Pokémon go) It's a massive, brooding eagle that hunts by soaring through open country and surveying the area for prey, and won't hesitate to take the opportunity to scare away smaller predators from a carcass if it finds one.
Thought process: Stakeout's a strong but undervalued ability due to its availability being limited to Gumshoos and Thievul. The former has power, the other has speed, both have pivoting, and together they come together to make something that's very difficult to switch into, but also not completely ignorant to walls, and is very susceptible to being taken down by priority moves. Since Stakeout is at its best when the opponent is forced to switch, I decided to fashion Ekira's stats after the common birds, and have it function similar to Bisharp, the premier abuser of attacks that exploit switching in and out. Some notable Dark move interactions with Stakeout:

- Assurance: If hazards are on the field then Assurance, its power being doubled to 120, is doubled again due to Stakeout.
- Payback: Its power is also doubled if the opponent switches out, and is thus doubled again by Stakeout. Unlike Assurance, does not rely on hazards to receive this damage bonus, but is only 50 BP.

Ekira's main weaknesses are its bulk and lack of coverage moves. Although it hard punishes switching, it needs the opponent's team to be softened up before it starts picking up KOs.
EDIT: -15 Atk, +5 Def, +10 SpD. This makes Ekira more reliant on Stakeout to deal damage.
Name: portmanteau of 'Chia' and 'e-waste'
Abilities: Volt Absorb/Analytic (Filter)
Stats: 95/60/90/105/110/60 (BST 520)
Weight: 1kg / 2.2lbs
Height: 1'04"

Relevant Moves (including Universal TMs):
Special: Tri Attack, Giga Drain, Energy Ball, Solar Beam, Grass Knot, Flash Canon, Volt Switch, Discharge, Thunderbolt, Electroweb, Charge Beam, Psychic, Shadow Ball, Sludge Bomb, Terrain Pulse
Status: Spore, Leech Seed, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Light Screen, Reflect, Strength Sap, Eerie Impulse, Recycle, Amnesia
Flavour: Ion Deluge, Conversion (if it's allowed only as flavour bc it's b&), Signal Beam
Description: On the back of COVID, 2021 has brought with it a green wave, and one of the issues at the heart of this is a certain [ELECTRONIC CURRENCY] and the efficiency of the methods used to mine it (the effort of miners being used to verify transactions on the blockchain). One suggested proposal was [ANOTHER ELECTONIC CURRENCY] that uses SSD space to plot complex algorithms to verify transactions. [CORPORATION] claims that [ANOTHER ELECTRONIC CURRENCY] solves the issue of power that other [ELECTRONIC CURRENCY]s use... but long-term, it ends up creating a lot more e-waste by culling hard-drives. Chi-waste is the manifestation of a pile of e-waste junk - old monitors, SSDs, hard drives, graphics cards - after becoming host to a variety of fungus that has evolved to break down metal and electronic components, leaving the SSD's plastic shell to protect the mycelium from the elements. This symbiosis between natural and artificial allows Chi-waste to use new moves it otherwise wouldn't be able to learn without a host. Conceptually, it's a coming-together of Parasect/Shiinotic and the Porygon line.

Chi-waste taps into the unique support options that mushroom Pokémon tend to have (why they're grass-types I'll never know), as well as being able to function as a tank with three great abilities. Filter helps to soften the struggles of being weak to extremely common attacking types, whilst Analytic lets you get the most out of being slow as possible.
EDIT: -10 Def, -15 SpD

Description:
Concept: Very rehashed version of my Rock-type sub. Originally a suicide lead, but it has gone a long way since.
Competitive: It's stats still cling to its suicide lead roots. It has a blistering Speed that makes it one of, if not the fastest Pokemon in the metagame. It's defences are lacking, and its offenses are decent. What truly makes it powerful however is its incredible adaptability; capable of physical attacking, special attacking or support, with Prankster screens. Calm Mind can even be used for setup options. While deliberately created to counter Magroach, it can easily serve a multitude of different roles besides.
Flavor: “Concegem's territory is full of traps envisioned by its cheeky mind. Its shell is as strong and thick as obsidian.
