Type: Electric
Stats: 75/115/65/115/65/130

Relevant Moves: All universal moves, Zing Zap, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Discharge, Wild Charge, Electro Ball, Grass Knot, Superpower, Knock Off, Hone Claws, Fire Fang, Thunder Fang, Light Screen, Reflect, Volt Switch, Focus Blast, Calm Mind, Outrage
Flavor Moves: Fake Tears, Electroweb, Screech, Iron Tail, Electric Terrain, Charge, Eerie Impulse, Agility, Quick Attack, Charge Beam, Rising Voltage, Extreme Speed
Description: Cheetabolt is a lightning-fast cheetah. When it runs, electricity crackles. Being the fastest Pokemon in the metagame, along with Speed Boost, is a niche, with good mixed attacking stats but bad bulk. It can take advantage of moves like Electro Ball and has Ice Fang for some Boltbeam-esque coverage.

Name: Posumeth (Possum+Death)
Abilities: Shields Down
Type: Ghost
Stats: 90/130/70/130/70/100

Type: Ghost
Stats: 90/70/130/70/130/100
Relevant Moves: All universal TMs, Poltergeist, Shadow Sneak, Shadow Ball, Will-o-Wisp, Strength Sap, Hex, Psychic, Drain Punch, Focus Blast, Dazzling Gleam, Calm Mind, Bulk Up, Sucker Punch, Foul Play
Flavor Moves: Perish Song, Dark Pulse, Curse, Payback, Scratch, Shadow Claw, Trick, Phantom Force, Thief
Description: Posumeth is a black possum. It can die and come back to life, which allows it to hide from predators. Because of its different stats depending on form, it can be very hard to predict. It has some recovery in Strength Sap, with having good bulk on either side, depending on what form it is in.
Flavor: Posumeth is based on a possum, which are known for their ability to act dead when threatened, hence the form and the names "Living Form" and "Acting Form", acting being a reference to them acting dead (also i feel as if a real pokemon would not have a "death form", the other name i considered).

Stats: 80/100/155/30/100/55 (Total 520)
Weight: 806
Moves: UTMs, Shadow Ball, Shadow Claw, Poltergeist, Leech Seed, Protect, Defog, Focus Punch, Fly, Air Slash, Heat Crash, Iron Head, Tailwind
Flavor Moves: Screech, Leer, Tickle, Quick Attack, Peck, Astonish, Grudge, more?
Competitive: I modeled this pokemon after one of my favorite pokemon, Celesteela, in the sense that it's a non-grass type with access to leech seed. With an obscene 155 defense stat, this pokemon is able to shrug off non-dark and ghost type attacks, and a respectable attack stat lets it hit pretty hard, even without investment. Despite this, it is lacking in coverage options, with a measly iron head, fly, and focus punch being his options (this was before I added heat crash, now, heat crash is pretty potent). I think this pokemon would be very fun to use while simultaneously not annoying opponents, so please, enjoy!

Flavor Moves: it'll have some yeah
Description: A reaper would be very fast and would primarily use its scythe so I imagine this sort of stat spread suiting a mon like that. Poltergeist and X-Scissor are like two of the only attacking moves this mon would use. SubWisp and SubDisable sets are possible as well so it's not fully one-dimensional Poltergeist spam.

Relevant Moves:
- Drain Punch, Foul Play, Poltergeist, Shadow Claw, Shadow Sneak
- Dark Pulse, Dazzling Gleam, Hex, Shadow Ball, Snarl
- Calm Mind, Destiny Bond, Encore, Nasty Plot, Haze, Recover, Spikes, Switcheroo, Swords Dance, Taunt, Toxic, Will-O-Wisp
Flavor Moves:
- Acupressure, Giga Impact. Hyper Beam, Curse, Metronome, Perish Song, Rain Dance, Sandstorm, Scary Face, Screech, Universal Tms -Attract because this pokemon is genderless, More to be added if this wins
Description: A ghost type prankster, i find the ability balanced better on ghost types because they have to be extra careful about dark types when compared to something like grimmsnarl, this has better bulk than sableye but something to keep in mind is that when compared to a ghost/dark the weakness to dark types matters a lot, this is not a pokemon that can switch into fighting types or physical attackers with knock off and get out unscathed.

Priority will o wisp helps to deal with physical attackers while moves like haze, destiny bond, taunt or encore help punish or stop set up sweepers in a pinch , in order to avoid this being completely passive it gets decent offensive stats, setup moves and some coverage but with very low speed and lack of priority thunder wave its not going to be sweeping teams or singlehandedly beating walls anytime soon.

Sets to keep in mind with this pokemon are:
haze + recover + will o wisp + foul play/poltergeist/hex/drain punch (hitting physical attackers vs scouting items and hitting hard vs hitting hard statused targets vs hitting dark types)
calm mind + recover + will o wisp + hex,
band poltergeist/drain punch + shadow sneak + switcheroo/destiny bond + swords dance / drain punch
maybe a similar variation with specs
maybe a spikes with recovery set, this one will require knock off support to remove hdb though and that makes poltergeist not a good option.

- Defog, Light Screen, Reflect, Safeguard, Taunt, Thunder Wave, Toxic
Flavor Moves:
- Giga Impact. Hyper Beam, Charge, Noble Roar, Rain Dance, Roar, Sunny Day, Universal Tms, More to be added if this wins
Description: A fast intimidate pivot, think landorus-t (this has less bulk, less resistances, lacks a ground immunity, stealth rock and knock off and so on though), compared to it this gets less immediate firepower and lacks set up like nasty plot or swords dance but attempts to make up for it with a faster speed tier, screens and thunder wave, its mainly inspired by mega manectric

fire coverage takes care of grass resists while grass coverage makes switching in a ground type to block volt switch risky but dragon types can wall it all day, sets to keep in mind are 4 attacks with specs or life orb, 3 attacks + status move, and screens +2 attacks. speed being its main selling point, this pokemon is either running max speed max spa to be a threatening pivot or max speed max hp with items like leftovers or rocky helmet to switch into physically offensive pokemon lacking powerful ground coverage. Motor drive is more of a flavor ability, this pokemon is meant to use intimidate most of the time.

Mossy Sandwich wins Ghost with Dullaham

Name: Dullaham
Ability: Thick Fat/Oblivious/(Frisk)
Typing: Ghost
Stats: 100/85/60/95/110/60 (500 BST)
Weight: 97,3kgs
Relevant Moves: Body Slam, Earthquake, Heal Bell, Hex, Infestation, Night Shade, Poltergeist, Shadow Ball, Strength Sap, Superpower, Thunder Wave, Will-O-Wisp, Yawn, All Universal TMs
Flavor Moves: Ally Switch, Assurance, Astonish, Belch, Confuse Ray, Curse, Dark Pulse, Defense Curl, Destiny Bond, Disable, Double-Edge, Dream Eater, Explosion, Giga Impact, Guillotine, Gyro Ball, Heavy Slam, Hyper Beam, Memento, Mind Blown, Pain Split, Phantom Force, Psychic, Rollout, Scary Face, Screech, Spite, Spit Up, Stockpile, Stomping Tantrum, Swallow, Tackle, Take Down, Thief, Trick, Wild Charge
Description: So our only Freeze-Dry resists in the current meta have low special bulk and we're getting an ice type this slate. This would lead to the winning ice type being very difficult to deal with. Luckily, I'm one step ahead. With Thick Fat, this headless pig effectively has an Ice resistance and, thanks to its good special bulk, it's great at taking most Ice and Fire moves. It can heal itself with Strength Sap while also crippling physical attackers which are more threatening to it. Will-O-Wisp can also annoy physical attackers while pairing well with Hex to make Dullaham hit surprisingly hard. Finally, it can offer cleric support with Heal Bell, making status conditions easier to handle. Overall, Dullaham is a nice special wall, which is something we need in the current meta.
He also wins Ice with Skappa

Name: Skappa
Ability: Water Absorb/Swift Swim/(Slush Rush)
Typing: Ice
Stats: 60/75/75/115/70/130 (515 BST)
Weight: 24,3kgs
Relevant Moves: Aqua Jet, Double-Edge, Drain Punch, Flip Turn, Focus Blast, Freeze-Dry, Knock Off, Ice Beam, Ice Shard, Icicle Crash, Light Screen, Reflect, Surf, Taunt, Triple Axel, Waterfall, All Universal TMs
Flavor Moves: Amnesia, Aurora Beam, Aurora Veil, Avalanche, Blizzard, Brick Break, Dynamic Punch, Echoed Voice, Encore, Fake Out, Focus Punch, Giga Impact, Hail, Haze, Hyper Beam, Ice Punch, Icy Wind, Mega Punch, Metronome, Mimic, Mist, Nature Power, Powder Snow, Rain Dance, Seismic Toss, Strength, Water Gun, Water Pulse
Description: This pokemon is based on a Kappa from japanese culture. While Kappas usually live in rivers, Skappa lives in a frozen one, leading to its affinity with ice. It's also wearing Ice Skates to move around faster. When it comes to gameplay, Skappa can either act as a fast support pokemon, notably a screens setter, or a fast attacker. As a screens setter, it's fairly simple: Set screens, Taunt against hazard setters and defoggers and use Flip Turn to pivot into something else. As an attacker, it is a bit more interesting. Skappa is designed to break through a defensive core that has led to an incredibly defensive meta. This core consists of Drakotomy, Nimbustorm and Heraleo. With its Ice Beam, Skappa can break through the first two while Focus Blast deals with Heraleo. However, Skappa doesn't instantly obliterate the core. It has trouble switching in to begin with, can't 1HKO any of them without a Choice Specs (as a rock weak pokemon, it'll want Heavy-Duty Boots most of the time) and it has to rely on the innacurate Focus Blast to deal with Heraleo. Outside of this matchup, it can be revenge killed by Wesgranit and Dojodo's priority and can act as a late-game cleaner.
And finally El Cadaver wins Electric with Dyaunsoon!

Speed tiers
Skappa (130)
Storvark (130)
Fluxtape (126)
Wesgranit (110)
Prairret (100)
Harzodia (90)
Nimbustorm (85)
Dojodo (80)
Heraleo (75)
Dullaham (60)
Gencook (60)
Burrodger (55)
Cetaidon (50)
Drakotomy (40)
Correept (32)

Oh boy 2 super fast mons. As speed tiers get faster, Fluxtape's viability drops. Also, we now have actual speed ties!

Skappa
I talked about this pretty in-depth in my post. Sadly, it seems that it gains a hard-counter in the form of Dullaham in the same slate it was introduced in. Storvark is also a superior screens setter so it lost that niche as well. At least it can still be a pretty threatening Ice type pivot that can break through many cores and mess with Dullaham through Taunt.

Storvark
Really cool support mon honestly. Its physical bulk is pretty alright when paired with Intimidate. It's also a nice offensive Defogger which is why I expect it to run 3 attacks+Defog with either Boots or Leftovers, kinda similar to Zeraora.

Dullaham
Muahaha good luck breaking through this. This mon seems infuriating to face honestly. Psyshock/Shadow Ball Harzodia and I guess something like Spdef Curse Resttalk Correept seem like the best way to take it down. It's vulnerable to Toxic but only if you can pp stall its Heal Bells so yeah it's gonna be a pain.

Here goes - this is the final monotype slate! After this one we're going to take a break to allow for playtesting so the meta can develop and we can buff and nerf accordingly. I'd like to highly suggest that those of you join the Discord in the first post if you are interested in participating. Don't know when this slate will end but a warning will be posted in advance.

I also don't know if it's been mentioned but Baton Pass is now allowed as long as you don't give any stat boosting moves to its user. That being said, Prairret no longer learns it.
