Hello there! PenguGuy1 here. I'm trying to dabble into other formats aside from VGC, and I stumbled upon AG, A fun and inclusive meta game where many strategies can seemingly thrive. Although, that would br the case, if it wasn't for one singular Ghost horse (and probably other legends too).
With that out of the way, let's get into the actual team! Here is the paste, and let us get on our way!

Arceus-Dark @ Dread Plate
Ability: Multitype
Tera Type: Poison
EVs: 248 HP / 244 Def / 16 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Will-O-Wisp
- Foul Play
- Recover
- Taunt
Arceus-Dark acts as the utility Pokemon of the bunch, with Will-O-Wisp crippling threatening physical attackers such as E-Killer Swords Dance Arceus and Swords Dance Zacian. Foul Play works in conjunction with this, as you can burn them, take two hits, and then proceed to wipe the floor with them using Foul Play. Recover grants amazing, reliable recovery, as Taunt prevents set up attenpts, whether it be hazards, stall, or traditional set up moves like Calm Mind and Swords Dance. Tera Poison is used here to help into the Fairy-types, or Fairy-type attacks from Calyrex-Shadow.

Ho-Oh @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Regenerator
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Impish Nature
- Sacred Fire
- Brave Bird
- Recover
- Whirlwind
Ho-Oh is the bulky wall, with fleshed out defenses. Since Ho-Oh's Special Defense is already sky high, its Physical Defense is invested in instead. With Tera Fairy, you can turn into the true Koraidon wall, blocking out Outrage and still resisting Low Kick. You do have to be careful of Flare Blitz though. Sacred Fire and Brave Bird offer nice, consistent damage while Recover yet again gives amazing recovery. Finally, Whirlwind can shut down any attempts at really anything, or can even get you out if a bad matchup.

Arceus-Fairy @ Pixie Plate
Ability: Multitype
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Judgment
- Earth Power
- Recover
This is one of two set up sweepers on the team. With Tera Water, the Koraidon and Zacian-C matchups become a lot easier. Earth Power acts as great coverage and some sort of repellent for Steel- and Poison-types alike. Finally, Recover is yet again a amazing recovery tool.

Koraidon @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Orichalcum Pulse
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Low Kick
- Outrage
- U-turn
This is a generic Choice Scarf Koraidon set. Flare Blitz is an amazingly powerful move, especially with the sun boosting it. Low Kick is preferred over Collision Course here as it hits neutral targets generally harder. U-Turn is a great pivot option for bad situations. Outrage allows for late game clean ups as well as early game breaks. Finally, Tera Fire not only powers up Flare Blitz but helps for Fairy-types.

Calyrex-Shadow @ Focus Sash
Ability: As One (Spectrier)
Tera Type: Psychic
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Astral Barrage
- Psychic
- Nasty Plot
- Draining Kiss
Yet again another standard set, this time with the Focus Sash Calyrex-Shadow. Astral Barrage nukes everything, and Tera Psychic Psychic does as well. Tera Psychic also gets rid of your 4x weakness to Dark and Ghost, granting better longevity. Nasty Plot is insane when combined with Calyrex's already immense power, and Draining Kiss is nice recovery which is greatly appreciated.

Ribombee @ Focus Sash
Ability: Shield Dust
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Sticky Web
- Moonblast
- Thief
- Psychic Noise
Last but certainly not least is Focus Sash lead Ribombee. Literally the only reason this Pokemon is good is because Sticky Web is busted. Anyways, Tera Ghost helps with Extreme Speed Arceus, while Moonblast grants nice STAB power. Psychic Noise is able to not only stop moves lime Recover and items like Leftovers, but it can even deny moves like Draining Kiss and Drain Punch. What everyone has been waiting for, Theif. If I get hit down to Sash, I can just press Their and then their item is just gone. It's fun when it works, as it can sometimes be very important.

These replays are with the original team, not with Kanha Greninja's upgraded version.
Team Weaknesses

These two bulky boys have multiple things that make this team shiver and quiver in front of them. First of all, they have good and great matchups to Calyrex-Shadow, respectively. With Unaware, Clodsire just doesn't care about Nasty Plot boosts or Calm Mind boosts, and Garganacl can't be burned by Will-O-Wisp or stopped with Taunt, as well as being able to 1v1 Ho-Oh and even Calyrex-Shadow if it's chipped, which will almost always happen thanks to Stealth Rocks, which are featured on both Garganacl and Clodsire alike.

This bulky dude can be an issue, specifically with Tera Fairy, stripping the weakness to Foul Play, Judgement, and Astral Barrage, as well as a immunity to Outrage. It also runs Defog, which just invalidates Ribombee, as they can just Poltergeist, Shadow Sneak and then Defog. In all, the bulkier Pokemon can be a lot more difficult to break through.
Anyways, that's it! Replays have been added! I could even get my ranking up! Thanks for reading, and have great future endeavors!
Teambuilding Process

I wanted to start with something that can beat the Ghost horse but actually be a very valuable aspect of the team. It needed to be bulky and have either power or utility. I settled with Arceus-Dark, A great meta pick with great utility in the form of Will-O-Wisp and Taunt, as well as punishing the set up of EdgeQuake Arceus-Ground and other physical attackers with Foul Play. It also hits Calyrex-Shadow super hard, which was one of the main components I was looking for.

I then wanted to continue on with this defensive back bone with Ho-Oh. Not only do I get really good and consistent damage in the form of either Brave Bird or Sacred Fire, but I get a Pokemon with Whirlwind to stop other foes such as Calyrex-Shadow and Zacian-C from getting set up too far. Speaking of, the main reason I chose Ho-Oh is because it covered the weaknesses of Arceus-Dark, Pokemon such as Zacian-C and Koraidon.

After that, I chose Arceus-Fairy, A meta staple in AG. I chose it because it appreciates its allies in Ho-Oh and Arceus-Dark removing threats such as Calyrex-Shadow and Zacian-C, which would otherwise prevent the set up of Calm Mind. It also provides a way to hit Dragon-types super hard such as Miraidon and a way to hit Koraidon even harder.

Next I added Koraidon, as this team felt a bit too passive for my liking. This is the stallbreaker/wallbreaker of the team, with instant burst options in Tera Fire Flare Blitz and Outrage. With Choice Scarf, I can just out speed a majority of the meta game. It also forces opposing Darkceus into hiding, which is a nice touch. Finally, with U-turn, I can get in my allies and try and possibly bait a move.

It's AG. Of course the Ghost-type monster makes it onto this team. There isn't much explaining to do, expect that it gave my team the little bit of power I needed.

Finally the Sticky Webs come into play! Ribombee is used here to round out the team so my Calyrex-Shadow out speeds the majority of the others. Moonblast and Psychic Noise offer both damage and utility alike, but my last move is saved for later (spicy but funny when it works).
Almost forgot, but here is the proof of the peak (I am under the username of PenguGuy).
