z-moves should only be used on Pokemon that are either equal level, or stronger than the user.
it wouldn't make sense to use it on a weaker Pokemon. Rowlet lost once without z-moves, and Datrix is x4 resistant to Bloom Doom.
a KO is unlikely unless the move was stupid strong

Theres lots more mons to add from the island kings or (kahunas) such as Nanu's sableye or Hapu's Golurk and you are forgtting totem gumshoos and I would honestly rank Hapu's golurk to be around A class or A- it's actually pretty powerful and mudsdale should be here on the list too.
