Pokemon: Victreebel Mod Of Origin: Multiverse Stats: 80/95/65/100/100/80 (BST: 520) Type:
Abilities: Sniper / Gluttony Movepool: +Flytrap*, Sharp Leaves*, Dark Pulse Custom Elements:
Flytrap- Grass type Magma Storm
Sharp Leaves- Grass, Physical, 55 BP, 95% Acc, 8 Max PP, always crits Description: my boy. either does critspam with Sniper Sharp Leaves, or sleeptrap with Sleep Powder + Flytrap.
Pokemon: Achilles Mod Of Origin: Crossover Chaos Expanded Stats: 105/130/120/45/45/75 (BST: 520) Type:
Abilities: Achilles Heel* Movepool: Sacred Sword, Secret Sword, Close Combat, Doom Desire, Bullet Punch, Smart Strike, Flash Cannon, High Horsepower, Agility, Swords Dance, Spiky Shield, Protect, Knock Off, Pursuit, Slash, Psycho Cut, Night Slash, Outrage, Thrash, Cut, Bulk Up, Work Up, Mega Punch, Mega Kick, Attack Order, Defend Order, Double-Edge, Ancient Power Custom Elements:
Achilles Heel- User has 1.2x Attack and Defense, but takes 1.5x damage from Low Kick, Low Sweep, Grass Knot, Earthquake, Magnitude, Earth Power, Thousand Arrows, and Thousand Waves Description: SD + STAB priority. watch out for special attackers, and ground types due to its Achilles Heel.
It'll probably get a sprite soon with Restrictions in PMPL and PMOTS Pokémon: Boarassa Mod of Origin: Restrictions Stats: 136 HP / 76 Atk / 118 Def / 88 SpA / 95 SpD / 87 Spe Typing:
Abilities: Thick Fat / Chlorophyll | Anger Point (HA) Notable Moves: Physical: Knock Off, Foul Play, Power Whip, Gunk Shot, Special: Dark Pulse, Giga Drain, Sludge Bomb, Focus Blast, Weather Ball, Status: Slack Off, Parting Shot, Taunt, Toxic, Growth, Reasoning: It's a totally infamous pokemon, exactly the kind of thing you should have in a mashup tier. It also has insane bulk so I suspect it will be able to punch above its "Restrictions" weight class and be a decent pivot in SSS. Vote Boar Ass.
- Curse, Defog, Iron Defense, Roost, Stealth Rock, Swords Dance, Taunt, Toxic, Whirlwind Movepool = Skarmory's Movepool + Screech, Work Up, Double Kick, Quick Guard, Revenge, Brick Break, Bounce, Low Sweep, Smart Strike, Brutal Swing, Bite, Ancient Power, Crunch, Dragon Claw, Close Combat, - Leer, Sand Attack, Steel Wing, Spikes
Want a mon that can fit onto basically any team and check Bisharp all game long? Skarocious is that mon. Pseudo Flying/Fighting STABs and a high attack stat allows this thing to function infinitely better offensively than a normal Skarm could dream of, while its defensive sets are still potent as well, trading a better defensive typing for STAB Body Press. Seems like a definite top tier if it gets in.
I hate to resub a mon from Melee, but as the only mon in all of Nerfmons that can be viable here (by virtue of being broken in its home mod), I feel like I don't have much of a choice here. It's basically a Nidoking that trades insane coverage for a much better offensive typing. SR or Agility are usually used in its fourth slot and round out the mon's options nicely, making for a unique special breaker.
Ability: Power of Two (If this Pokemon has two moves or less, its attacks do 1.3x damage)
Notable Moves:
- Knock Off, Leaf Blade, Wood Hammer
- Dark Pulse, Energy Ball, Giga Drain, Volt Switch
- Calm Mind, Nasty Plot, Recover Movepool can be found on DH, it has some customs that I'm too lazy to list
A mon that hadn't seen the light of day since TNFG finally returned in Duomod a few weeks ago, and as the one person who liked this form more than base, I'm super happy to see it back. Spirox-Ancient shares Spirox's bizarre Power of Two gimmick, giving it a massive power boost if you're willing to heavily restrict your movepool, normally used with choiced sets. It also has the stats and movepool to pull off 4-move sets with no ability, notably as a fast Plot user.
Pokémon: Tornadel-Naga Mod of Origin: Fusion Evolution v6 Stats: 83/89/79/127/83/137 (598 BST) Type:
Ability: Ouroboros - Regenerator but it also activates on KO (like Beast Boost). Movepool: Tornadus moves + Naganadel moves (notably Nasty Plot, Hurricane, Sludge Wave, Focus Blast, Fire Blast, U-turn, Knock Off, Defog, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, and Taunt) Overview: While just as strong as Naganadel, close to the bulk of Tornadus-T, and faster than both of the two, it doesn't quite snowball like Naganadel or have the mixed potential of Torn-T, which hopefully holds it back from being broken. (Keep in mind that it's slower than Ribombee-Primarina and Dinodily.)
Pokémon: George the Volcano Mod of Origin: Crossover Chaos Expanded Stats: 150/100/120/100/60/5 (535 BST) Type:
Abilities: Volcanicity,* Rain Dish, Harvest
*Grants the user the resistances of a Fire-type. (May downgrade quad resistances.)
2x Electric, Fighting, Ground
0.5x Bug, Fairy, Fire, Flying, Grass, Ice, Normal, Poison, Steel
(Honestly, I never stopped to think how this would interact with Freeze-Dry, so let's say the priority goes to whichever is processed first in the code.) Custom Move: Wild Minerals - Rock, Special, 85 BP, 100% Acc, 10 PP | If the target is Water-type, its Special Defense is lowered by 1 stage. Other Moves: Water Spout, Steam Eruption, Hydro Pump, Scald, Liquidation, Ancient Power, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Earth Power, Earthquake, Bulldoze, Energy Ball, Hyper Voice, Hidden Power, Mega Punch, Smelling Salts, Wake-Up Slap, Natural Gift, Nature Power, Stockpile, Swallow, Spit Up, Life Dew, Wish, Attract, Captivate, Sweet Scent, Recycle, Refresh, Purify, Rain Dance, Soak, Stealth Rock, Roar, Swagger, Confide Z-Move: Grab Life by the Conkers - Water, Status | The user recovers up to 50% max HP and has all stats boosted. Affects adjacent allies in Doubles/Triples. | Requires Life Dew and Volvium Z Overview: From a defensive standpoint, George is roughly the physical equivalent of Snorlax (although Silvally-Rock can support his low Special Defense), with Volcanicity making his resistances and weaknesses akin to those of Empoleon (except he resists Grass instead of Dragon and Psychic). His coverage is decent enough with Ground on both sides, Energy Ball on the special side, and I guess Wake-Up Slap on the physical side. Also, he's certainly not devoid of utility, packing the quintessential Stealth Rock alongside the complementary Roar and base 150 Wish.
Pokémon: Laphicet Mod of Origin: Crossover Chaos Stats: 78/64/80/115/132/98 (567 BST) Type:
Ability: Variability - Non-STAB moves deal 1.3* damage. Movepool: Leafage, Dual Wingbeat, Horn Leech, Rock Tomb, Aqua Jet, Flame Wheel, Knock Off, Earthquake, Pursuit, Icicle Crash, Liquidation, Petal Blizzard, Chip Away, Solar Blade, Zing Zap, Dazzling Gleam, Dark Pulse, Extrasensory, Earth Power, Power Gem, Hurricane, Giga Drain, Scald, Judgment, Prismatic Laser, Solar Beam, Night Daze, Sparkling Aria, Astral Barrage, Thunderbolt, Spacial Rend, Recover, Wish, Heal Pulse, Refresh, Purify, Light Screen, Reflect, Aurora Veil, Leaf Storm, Protect, Detect, Teleport Z-Move: Indignation - Electric, Special, 210 BP | Requires Thunderbolt and Laphium Z
G-Max Silver Flame (Normal) - Does guaranteed neutral damage, regardless of the target's typing and Ability. Resets the target's stat stages.
Overview: Somewhat fast special tank with a few utility options: Teleport, dual screens, Scald, and Knock Off. (Rock Tomb offers Speed control, but it's not as useful overall.) Plateless Judgment and Variability-boosted Astral Barrage (the latter of which is somehow slightly stronger) are powerful tools with decent coverage together (and Scald for defensive sets is also a respectable complement), or he could run Icicle Plate for that sweet BoltBeam.
Pokémon: Xurkino Mod of Origin: Fusion Evolution Stats: 93 / 74 / 98 / 116 / 98 / 66 Typing:
Abilities: Hydra* (When getting a KO, gets a stat boost to its highest stat and recovers 1/3rd of its max HP. When switching, regens 1/3rd of its max HP and the replacement's highest stat is boosted by one stage.) Movepool: Xurkitree's + Audino's Description: Slow bulky special attacker that can also help out attackers/breakers by boosting one of their stats. An excellent wishpasser choice and has a okay defensive type to seal the deal. Also its Mega is banned, no surprise about that.
Apparently votes were changed prior to the slate ending, therefore Panthee instead of Brawnkey is indeed the winner of the Steel / Fighting slate. As such, I will be moving to ban Bisharpite effective immediately, as we simply lack consistent viable counterplay to this Pokémon, and that is something I do not think Panthee can accomplish with gimping itself in the process. That is all.
Pokemon Name: Vespiquen Mod of Origin: PanelinhaMons Stats: 75 / 80 / 112 / 80 / 112 / 40 Typing:
Abilities: Intimidate / Honey Armor (Filter clone)
Movepool: Vespiquen + Haze, Poison Jab, Foul Play, Oblivion Wing Reasoning: Good mixed wall that can pivot and haze stat boosts off. Honey Armor works as an ability if you really struggle against types that are super effective on this and you want to use it. Intimidate makes it a nice SpD wall with having a lot less trouble with phys mons.
Pokémon: Xurkirat Mod of Origin: FERU Stats: 71 / 103 / 73 / 113 / 73 / 97 Typing:
Ability: Ultra Impulse - If this Pokemon is statused, its highest stat is 1.5x; ignores burn halving physical damage.
O Rato is a fairly versatile mon thanks to its ability, allowing it to either function as a form of Speed control or physical breaker. Its movepool is rather interesting in that it hits harder with Physical sets thanks to Facade and has generally more utility with stuff like Priority, Sword Dance and U-Turn, but mediocre coverage and poor Electric STAB options; meanwhile Special has much better coverage with access to BoltBeam but no Normal STAB (Often opting to run Facade itself as that still deals decent damage). All that said though it is very frail, so one has to be careful when using it.
Pokemon: Rivalenn Mod Of Origin: GPT2Mons Stats: 95/80/80/85/105/80 (BST: 525) Type:
Abilities: Spirit Swim* / Sheer Force / Swords Dance* Movepool:
Physical- Stone Edge, Knock Off, Poison Jab, Superpower, Fire Fang, Ice Fang
Special- Earth Power, Ice Beam, Sludge Bomb, Air Slash
Status- Clangorous Soul, Swords Dance, Toxic Spikes
Ability*, Agility, Air Slash, Amnesia, Attract, Bite, Blizzard, Body Slam, Bounce, Brutal Swing, Clangorous Soul, Conversion, Counter, Earth Power, Endure, Explosion, Facade, False Swipe, Fire Fang, Giga Impact, Hail, Hyper Beam, Ice Beam, Ice Fang, Icy Wind, Iron Defense, Knock Off, Leer, Light Screen, Mirror Coat, Moonraking*, Outrage, Payback, Poison Jab, Poison Sting, Protect, Rain Dance, Rest, Reversal, Rock Slide, Rock Smash, Rock Tomb, Round, Shadow Claw, Sheer Force*, Sleep Talk, Sludge Bomb, Snore, Stone Edge, Substitute, Superpower, Swift, Swords Dance, Take Down, Taunt, Thunder Fang, Toxic Spikes
Custom Elements:
Spirit Swim- 3x Special Defense while in Rain
Swords Dance (the ability)- On switch-in, user gains +2 Attack, -1 Defense, -1 Special Defense
Ability (the move)- The user gets a random ability until it switches out
Moonraking- Normal, Status, - BP, - Acc, 16 Max PP. Lowers user's HP to 1. Gain +12 Attack and Special Attack
Sheer Force (the move)- Normal, Status, - BP, 100% Acc, 24 Max PP. Changes the target's ability to Sheer Force, and lowers their Attack and Special Attack by 1 stage. Description: Rivalenn is a very strange pokemon, emblematic of GPT2Mons. It has an ability with the name of a move, and 2 moves with the names of abilities. Spirit Swim is useless atm because there are no rain setters, but it could become incredibly tanky on the special side if they get added in the future. It also lacks any offensive water moves, and no special rock moves, so you are mainly using coverage. Its special movepool is surpisingly good for sheer force, even though it lacks any STAB. Swords Dance (the ability) is incredibly high-risk high reward, as its basically Huge Power that also nerfs your own defenses. All of its custom moves are pretty janky, such as Ability which gives it a random new ability, or Moonraking, which is a supercharged version of Belly Drum.
Pokemon: Drednaw-gmax (technically a mega forme see below)
MoO: Megamax
Stats: 90/150/115/58/78/94 Bst: 585
Type: Water/Rock
Ability: Drizzle
Movepool: drednaw movepool+flip turn and aqua jet (think it already knows ajet but just going by the spreadsheet).
Mega stone: Drednite (starts as regular drednaw).
Notable moves: swords dance, Stone edge, liquidation, aqua jet, superpower
Description: Very strong physical water wallbreaker, that also gets flip turn to bring in other rain abusers. Because of it's typing it's plagued by a plethora of common type weaknesses including ground, fighting, grass, etc. It's speed stat is pretty average so it prone getting revenge killed by faster mons with super effective coverage that resist aqua jet if it is running that.
Pokemon: Crobat
MoO: SS OU Theorymons
Type: Poison/Flying
Abilities: Inner Focus/Tinted Lens (H: Infiltrator)
Stats: 85/90/80/70/80/130 (BST: 535)
Movepool: Crobat's Movepool
Description: Really strong breaker that is held in check by bb recoil, lower defenses, & sr weakness.
Pokémon: Cramorant-Alola Mod of Origin: Regional Evolutions Stats: 75 HP / 85 Atk / 75 Def / 85 SpA / 95 SpD / 65 Spe Typing:
Ability: Gunk Missile*
If this Pokemon is a Cramorant-Alola or Cormoreek, it changes forme when it hits a target with Sludge Wave or Gunk Shot. It becomes Gulping Form with a Grimer-Alola in its mouth if it has more than 1/2 of its maximum HP remaining, or Gorging Form with a Mareanie in its mouth if it has 1/2 or less of its maximum HP remaining. If Cramorant gets hit in Gulping or Gorging Form, it spits the Grimer-Alola or Mareanie at its attacker, even if it has no HP remaining. The projectile deals damage equal to 1/4 of the target's maximum HP, rounded down; this damage is blocked by the Magic Guard Ability but not by a substitute. A Grimer-Alola also lowers the target's Special Defense by 1 stage, and a Mareanie Poisons the target. Cramorant will return to normal if it spits out a projectile, switches out, or Dynamaxes.
New Moves: Gunk Shot, Sludge, Sludge Bomb, Toxic Spikes, Beak Blast, Toxic, Poison Sting, Sludge Wave, Overheat, Flame Charge, Flame Wheel Removed Moves: All Water type moves sans Surf and Dive, All Ice type moves
Cramorant-Alola can do what it's base form does with somewhat similar success thanks to having multiple tools to help further along its utility, from Gunk Missile, Toxic Spikes and Beak Blast. This paired with potential Eviolite can make it a pesky Pokémon to take down.
