This was the first version of my scarf Sandile team
RMT of the final version to come in the future™ (I Promise it is cleaner)
Don't be a hater like Bub who says EQ + Grassy terrain can't go together, the main gimmick is Tera Blast Fly anyway
https://pokepast.es/540795bdaba74797
Built this during lcpl. Dodou is underrated by it hits p hard. oran is a good item for bb and sub, tera blast hits glim and tink qa is a nice prio. Timburr is the powerhourse instead of foo and its not cause of this competiton, timburr was indeed used originally. I wanted a bit more priority and something that hits foongus hard but using defog is a valid option if hazard is annoying. Dig a is good in any team since bro hits everything hard. Foogus is the fight and spore switchin . Chinchou is actually p good as it hits hard a lot of stuff and it can really annoy a team thats underprepared for it. i sort of used it incase opp had mareanie and timburr cant really abuse it like it can do foongus. Also chinchou is a good electric switchin especially elekid and i like sucker punch but tbolt is completely fine as well. Lastly for rocks mudbray does its job of being a ground, vullaby switchin alongside being a rock setter.
RIVALRY WEEK THEME TEAM (Hook em horns) (Kowasabii claims the throne as best HO builder) (Click the pokemon for team)
This team features two rivals which are EQ + Grookey, (which was getting some hate in this thread earlier lol, what a coincidence). This is very much an anti meta team that matches well into standard teams. It straight up loses to some less common stuff, a major one is bulk up timburr, if you fight bulk up timburr you will get 6-0ed. It is really good into standard balance teams though that feature the S ranked mons we are building around. I wanted to build around rhyhorn which I was I made the team. I added grookey, shellder, numel and a FWG core. Added diglett for rocks and momentum, added glimmet to be a grounded poison, check vullaby, and give momentum via memento. Later I swapped numel for nymble as it was a much better picked as it helps stop setup and numel wasnt doing much. Honestly might be worth swapping grookey for salandit too.
HO is really good in LC and I am on a mission to prove it with the team building competition. This tier is way more diverse than many realize, and there are good number of underutilized threats in LC. Double dance rhyhorn is one of those, if I can have success with this shitbox corolla of a team, I really think it is worth looking into and building around. Tera Ground runs through the tier, 2hkoing almost everything even without a SD boost.
rest talk roar bray + chespin spikestack https://pokepast.es/7b67442b9b4b7ca9
had a similar idea with bub by coincidence haha. the elekid set might be unorthodox but it beats toed chou and bray and you have chespin for foong. thats all i can write in fear of deadline

Nice! I like ice & fire punch on elekid pretty well. Super fang feels a tab off but I would try this one out! As for deadline, I think they missed the time so you get to slide in
Okay I am late this week, I blame the holidays and not having laptop. Thank you to everyone who submitted teams and supported this thread. Here are this weeks teams:
Trying a new thing where I have linked the post with the writeup in the team name so it's easier to find. I would recommend reading the writeups above.
To vote, please post with the three teams that you think should win. For example, if I thought that Team 735, Team 90 and Team 129 were the best, I would post this:
Team 735, Team 90, Team 129
Very simple. After voting is finished the team(s) with the most votes will win. Good luck!
I will extend the deadline till morning since I was late. The voting period will end on Monday 10am GMT -8
Okay I'm going to stray away from VR based prompts for this week for a change but I want to thank a few people who provided great suggestions I will use in later weeks. I encourage others to dm me with any ideas they have as well. That's why your prompt for this week is "Build a team with UPTO 3 colors of Pokemon only"Apart from this, there are no restrictions.
Bulbasaur is our mandatory fighting resist and one of our two Knockers. Tera steel can help live a hit from Brave BirdVullaby or make you immune to poison moves from mons like Stunky.
Axew is our only Pokemon that is not grass type. Which also means it is our only fire resist. Most games will come down to whether or not Axew can find a Dragon Dance and get enough value. I opted for Scale Shot over Outrage or Dragon Claw because I like gambling, however you can slot whatever dragon move you like best. Stomping Tantrum gives us coverage for Tinkatink and Tera steel Pokemon. Protect lets us block Fake Out from Mienfoo and can also scout for Teras.
Cottonee is a great support Pokemon for this team. Providing some speed control with Prankster Stun Spore and just having a respectable speed tier of 17. Tera fairy Dazzling Gleam will put Vullaby in the ground which this team very much appreciates. Memento allowed for Axew Dragon Dance setup.
Grookey provides a lot for this team. We get priority in Grassy Glide, item removal in Knock Off, and pivoting from U-Turn.
Skiddo is a pretty cool setup Pokemon that can steal matches under the right conditions. With Grassy Pelt, Eviolite, and the healing from Grassy Terrain Skiddo has a lot of longevity. It can come in on grounds like Mudbray and Toedscool to Bulk Up. I have Tera steel to again resist Vullaby.
Choice ScarfSprigatito is our speed on this team. I like to greed Adamant, but you can use Jolly if you don't want to speed tie Choice ScarfGrowlithe Hisui. Protean allows Sprigatito to actually do damage with a STAB boost.
This team came same day shipping so you know it's been cooked to perfection...
Hello, my fellow Little Cup enthusiasts! I bring you my crayon eating team,
a mashup of colors from the lie that is the color wheel spread to us back in primary school
(Elementary if you use freedom units).
This is a purr-fect addition to the team, providing immediate speed that Corphish was lacking,
as well as crippling foes and creating setup opportunities with Will-O-Wisp & Parting Shot.
Litten dislikes drawn out battles so the regen eases the pressure and stops the bleeding.
3 attack + recover helps to focus on keeping the tempo & pressure on.
