Alright, to update, this round is an ACT win for sure. Opp hasn't replied since Wednesday, I tried to schedule for Saturday, and even reached out last night saying I could probably do tn. No replies.
 
I believe in this situation I just post for an act win, I've done every I could to the best of my ability and my opponent has only been on three times. Yes, I've been checking their profile consistently.

If it is a coin flip however, Tails never fails (please be true here).
