(note: it's also possible to do 172- + 0spdef ivs to OHKO eviolite imposter with boomburst. prolly too specific though)

I mean in the smogon page for carbink it says ZU tier but in the ZU pkmn tier list carbink doesn't appear so yea, I also don't care if it is outclassed by other mons since i just like his design and also that Carbink is still ingame meanwhile Diancie has been discontinued a long time ago (X/Y)

Sorry but I'm going to reject this because it's such a crucial set for the metagame, and we'd prefer for a more experienced writer to handle it. You also posted the thread for defensive Ho-Oh without approval from anyone on the QC team, don't do that.
