A full HP Pao is a myth, but if you happen to not get rocks up, spikes up, tpikes up, some RH chip, or any chip then u might need to Terra fairy if you don't want to risk a low roll or flinch.
Worst case scenario they have a Pao at 10% or asleep lol
If you're worried about the mythical full HP Pao this spread lets you always OHKO and live any attack

Endure chomp is my baby right now. Shout out Gen 6. M-Lop still having war flashbacks.
This set is wild vs offense in general. Proud to bring this back to the meta.
Pao takes 28% chip when it attacks with Crunch, then another with Endure, so Pao loses 56% HP.
Chomp always lives a Crunch so you Can EQ, then endure, to
always win the 1v1 when locked into Crunch or Sacred
Terra water is for locked into Crash, which it seems to rarely be locked into.

Really though, this is just a pain for the bread and butter CB Terra Dark Crunch set.

As long as you keep chomp around, Pao can't spam Crunch unless it wants to take 56%.
If you have SR/Spikes up, this limits Pao switch-ins heavily.
Also, it might just be my luck, by more often than not I get double endure.
It's 1/3 chance for you to be able to click it twice in a row, not bad really.

Scarf Cinder is slept on enough for a Pao to not assume you are scarf.
U-turn is almost a clean OHKO, and of course HJK is a OHKO
Obviously don't reveal it early, but worse case scenario they switch out as you U-Turn for momentum.
