Swords Dance (Zacian-Crowned) @ Rusted Sword
Ability: Intrepid Sword
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Tera Type: Fighting / Fire / Electric
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Behemoth Blade
- Close Combat / Wild Charge
- Play Rough / Wild Charge

Zacian-Crowned stands as one of the premier physical sweepers and Gods in the metagame, donating amazing stats all around while leveraging those stats in tandem with its amazing typing to find opportunities to set-up and sweep. With Intrepid Sword granting an immediate Attack boost upon entry, Zacian-C can threaten teams even before setting up. However, when it does find the opportunity to use Swords Dance, its Attack reaches devastating levels capable of shredding even the bulkiest walls. Behemoth Blade serves as Zacian-C’s most consistent STAB move, while Close Combat is an extremely strong Fighting-type option to break through Steel-types such as Iron Treads, Heatran, and Excadrill. Play Rough is allows Zacian-C to hit Steel-type resists like Rotom-W or Zapdos. Alternatively, Wild Charge can be used to hit key targets such as Corviknight, Dondozo, and Ho-Oh for super effective damage, as well as Gholdengo for neutral. Tera Fighting synergizes perfectly with Close Combat, which becomes Zacian's most powerful move. On the other hand, Tera Fire provides an invaluable burn immunity, helping Zacian-C avoid burn from the likes of Ho-Oh and Skeledirge, while Tera Electric ensures Wild Charge can get the KO on Dondozo and 2HKO on bulky Gholdengo.

Zacian-C's key characteristic is being able to donate a sky-high 138 speed, making it an invaluable teammate for slower but potent attackers like Iron Thorns, Urshifu, and Hydrapple, allowing them to outspeed key threats. Its solid defensive stats mean it can be used on both offensive and defensive structures, being able to donate useful bulk to offensive Pokémon like Roaring Moon or Iron Moth in the Defense slot, or to defensive staples such as Dondozo in the Special Defense slot. Because Zacian-C should go in the Special Attack slot, Pokemon who still appreciate the minor increase in Attack such as Hisuian Samurott and Meowscarada, or don't necessarily need an attack donation to function, like Ogerpon-Wellspring or Mandibuzz, pair well with Zacian-C. Despite its overwhelming power, Zacian-C still appreciates entry hazard support to maximize its sweeping potential. Thus, entry hazard setters such as Clefable, Ting-Lu, and the the aforementioned Hisuian Samurott are appreciated. Also, especially without Wild Charge, Zacian-C can struggle into physical walls like Skeledirge, Dondozo, and Skarmory, so teammates that can beat these like Gholdengo, Darkrai, and the aforementioned Ogerpon-W are appreciated.

Zacian-Crowned stands as one of the premier physical sweepers in the metagame, combining blistering Speed, amazing Attack and typing, and Swords Dance to sweep through teams. Zacian-Crowned stands as one of the premier physical sweepers and Gods in the metagame, donating amazing stats all around while leveraging those stats in tandem with its amazing typing to find opportunities to set-up and sweep. [blistering speed + attack feels weird cuz i think so much of what makes zac good is that its very bulky thanks to 92/115/115 stats and an amazing defensive typing, i wanted to get those points across. u can use ur own words to make that point if u prefer it to my sentence] With Intrepid Sword granting an immediate Attack boost upon entry, Zacian-C can threaten teams even before setting up. However, when it does find the opportunity to use Swords Dance, its Attack reaches devastating levels capable of shredding even the bulkiest walls. Behemoth Blade serves as Zacian-C’s most consistent STAB move, hitting many targets for neutral. [explaining behe feels so redundant lol, id say if we implement the move order i suggested in qc channel just nuke this sentence and mention how CC nicely complements behemoth and how u should choose a 4th move based on what u want zac to do, otherwise keep as in.] Play Rough is its secondary STAB, allowing Zacian-C to nail Dragon-types such as Hydrapple and Giratina, as well as Dark-types like Ting-Lu. hit Steel-type resists like Rotom-W or Zapdos. Close Combat rounds out the set, giving Zacian-C a strong Fighting-type option to break through Steel-types such as Iron Treads, Heatran, and Excadrill. [id mention less shitty steels like corv or skarm but ig those arent super effective] Alternatively, Wild Charge can be used to hit key targets such as Corviknight, Dondozo, and Ho-Oh for super effective damage, as well as Gholdengo for neutral. [Reword this to convey "both offensive set up guys and defensive walls/pivots appreiciate zacians defense bonus and either playstyle synergies well with it, rn ur making it sould like x/x/iron moth/zac/dondozo/x is the optimal zac structure]Because Zacian-C must should go in the Special Attack slot, Pokemon who still appreciate the minor increase in Attack such as Hisuian Samurott and Meowscarada, or just a regular Ogerpon-Wellspring don't necessarily need an attack donation to function, like Ogerpon-Wellspring or Mandibuzz, pair well with Zacian-C.
