Custap Berry (Sylveon) @ Custap Berry
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 80 HP / 200 Def / 228 SpA
Modest Nature
- Hyper Beam
- Hyper Voice
- Fake Tears
- Endure

[SET COMMENTS]
* Hyper Voice is notably a strong pick for Sylveon against Substitute users such as Whimsicott, Zapdos, and Spectrier, whereas Hyper Beam is a powerful option to get rid of frailer foes, including Raging Bolt, Meowscarada, and Porygon-Z, and offers a great attack on the turn where Sylveon's Custap Berry activates. Against bulkier targets like Primarina, Ursaluna-B, and Ogerpon-W, Sylveon should either use Fake Tears or Hyper Voice, then take enough damage to get into Custap Berry range and finish them with Hyper Beam.
* Thanks to Fake Tears, Sylveon can win some tricky matchups against Pokemon such as Landorus-T, Bellibolt, and non-Clear Amulet Manaphy.
* The combination of Endure + Custap Berry lets Sylveon turn the tide against the likes of Ogerpon-W, non-Assault Vest Hoopa-U, Choice Band Meowscarada, and Porygon-Z. Sylveon should usually use Endure on the first turn against the aforementioned Pokemon.
* Thanks to the given EV spread, Sylveon can tank two Ice Shards from Adamant Choice Band Chien-Pao, allowing it to always be able to use Endure on the first turn against Chien-Pao while still having high enough Special Defense for Timid Choice Specs Landorus. The remaining EVs are put in Special Attack to increase its damage output.
* Fire- and Water-types such as Volcarona, Volcanion, and Ogerpon-W appreciate Sylveon's ability to deal with Dragon-types, while, in return, they can beat threatening Steel- and Fire-types like Metagross, Iron Crown, Corviknight, Skeledirge, and opposing Volcarona.
* Sylveon usually struggles against Poison-types, notably Pecharunt, Iron Moth, and Fezandipiti, so it appreciates having Steel- and Psychic-type teammates such as Hisuian Goodra, Iron Crown, and Hoopa-U.

* This Sylveon set compensates its mediocre Speed stat with powerful STABs, a useful status move, and a wonderful item in Custap Berry, alongside its great bulk and typing.
I would just remove this, its just kind of filler in my opinion and doesn't really offer much important information

* Thanks to the given EV spread, Sylveon can tank two Adamant Choice Band Chien-Pao Ice Shards, which allows it to always be able to click Endure on the first turn against Chien-Pao, while still having a high enough Special Defense for Timid Choice Specs Landorus.
Make sure its clear that the rest of the EVs are put into Special Attack for maximum damage output

* Thanks to Fake Tears, Sylveon can win some tricky matchups against Pokemon such as Primarina, Landorus-T, and Diancie.
Explain why Fake Tears helps a bit more. Also Primarina can potentially Encore lock you into Fake Tears and Diancie is immune to it since it has Clear Body, so try to pick some better examples.

Talk about Hyper Voice and Hyper Beam, how Voice is a strong general use move that also hits through Substitute, and Hyper Beam is a great finisher, especially with Custap Berry
* The combination of Endure + Custap Berry lets it turn the tide against the likes of Hoopa-U, Ogerpon-W, Choice Band Meowscarada, and Porygon-Z.
Make it clear when you want to use Endure against these Pokemon.

I'd like to take another look before stamping, let me know when you're done implementing these changes

* Hyper Voice is a strong pick for Sylveon, notably against bulkier targets such as Primarina, Ursaluna-B, and Ogerpon-W, as well as against Substitute users like Whimsicott, Zapdos, and Spectrier, whereas Hyper Beam is a powerful option to get rid of frailer foes, including Raging Bolt, Meowscarada, and Porygon-Z, but also to offer a great attack on the turn where its Custap Berry activates.
Make sure its clear that against bulkier opponents, the play is to either use Fake Tears or Hyper Voice, get down into Custap range, and use Hyper Beam for the finisher.

* Thanks to the Special Defense drop offered by Fake Tears, Sylveon can win some tricky matchups against Pokemon such as Landorus-T, Bellibolt, non-Clear Amulet Manaphy, and Assault Vest Great Tusk and Hoopa-U.
AV Great Tusk is very rare and iirc it can run Heavy Slam and nuke you, and against Hoopa-U, you usually will just drop to Gunk Shot. Your best move against Hoopa is Hyper Voice or Hyper Beam depending on the set.

* The combination of Endure + Custap Berry lets it turn the tide against the likes of Hoopa-U (Assault Vest lives Hyper Beam, against Assault Vest Hoopa-U you're usually able to live its Gunk Shot and you Hyper Voice into Hyper Beam, but it's not guaranteed due to the poison chance, 48 Atk Hoopa-Unbound Gunk Shot vs. 80 HP / 200 Def Sylveon: 294-346 (83.7 - 98.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO.)
You should always click Endure on the first turn against the aforementioned Pokemon. (not exactly the case, both Ogerpon and Hoopa can Knock Off, and Porygon can Uproar, Meowscarada has no other option for the most part but yeah the other three do have ways around it.)
* Fire- and Water-types such as Volcarona, Volcanion, and Ogerpon-W appreciate Sylveon's ability to deal with Dragon-types, while in return, they can beat threatening Steel- and Fire-types like Metagross, Iron Crown, Corviknight, Skeledirge, and opposing Volcanion and Volcarona. (none of three examples of Fire- and Water-types reliably beats Volcanion, remove example.)
pretty good job, qc 2/2
