[SET COMMENTS]

Sylveon's valuable defensive stats and reliable typing make it one of the best Dragon-, Dark-, and Fighting-type switch-ins as well as a reliable cleric. Bulky Pokemon without reliable recovery appreciate Sylveon's ability to keep them healthy with Wish and Heal Bell. Protect allows Sylveonto recover itself with Wish and scout moves from Choice item users such as Choice Scarf Mienshao and Choice Scarf Xurkitree. Sylveon is able to run Calm Mind if your team has a way of pressuring Steel-types and can afford not having Heal Bell support. Sylveon's EVs increase its physical bulk to make it a proper wall to offensive threats such as Zygarde-10% and Sharpedo. Sylveon generally fits on more bulky or balanced teams that appreciate its Wish support and useful defensive typing. Bulky Ground-types such as Rhyperior and Steelix can wear down bulky Steel-types, which then allows Sylveon to move freely or even rack up Calm Minds. In return, Sylveon is able to keep them healthy with its cleric support. Offensive threats like Necrozma can threaten Poison-types like Vileplume and Crobat that annoy Sylveon. Steel-types like Metagross and Cobalion are also useful, since they resist both of Sylveon's weaknesses, while in return Sylveon is able to keep them healthy with Wish.

[SET]
name: Choice Specs
move 1: Hyper Voice
move 2: Shadow Ball
move 3: Psyshock
move 4: Mystical Fire
item: Choice Specs
ability: Pixilate
nature: Modest
evs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

This set mainly focuses on breaking through teams. Shadow Ball deals heavy damage to Galarian Slowbro and Chandelure, both of which are otherwise solid checks to Sylveon. Mystical Fire threatens the Steel-types that would usually check Sylveon, like Registeel and Metagross. Psyshock allows Sylveon to threaten Poison-types that can annoy it like Crobat and Toxtricity. Moonblast is an alternative to Hyper Voice for potential Throat Chop users such as Zarude. Sylveon is able to fit on both offense and balance teams. Bulky Water-types like Suicune and Milotic can be good teammates, since they are able to deal with Fire-types such as Talonflame and Darmanitan while also making up for Sylveon's lacking Defense. Offensive pivots like Zarude and Xurkitree can also be helpful, since they can bring in Sylveon on some favorable matchups and chip Pokemon enough so that Sylveon can get KOs. Entry hazard removers like Noivern and Crobat can be helpful to allow Sylveon to switch freely without getting chipped. Finally, Pokemon that can pressure and deal with Steel-types such as Steelix and Klefki, like Rhyperior and Entei, can be good so that Sylveon can spam Hyper Voice instead of being forced into making predictions.

Bulky Pokémon without a reliable recovery appreciate Sylveon's ability to keep them healthy with Wish. Protect allows Sylveon's to get the recovery from it's Wish, Protect also allows Sylveon to scout moves from Choice locked users such as Scarf Mienshao and Choice Specs Indeedee (replace with Scarf Xurkitree maybe, more relevant). Heal Bell allows Sylveon to give cleric support to the rest of the team and clear the status they have. However, Sylveon is able to run Calm Mind if you have a way of pressuring steels with the support of the team and can afford not running Heal Bell. The Ev's EV's on Sylveon increase its physical bulk to be a proper wall to offensive physical threats such as Obstagoon, Bewear, (it doesn't wall these, so replace them with Mienshao and Noivern) and Sharpedo. Sylveon generally fits on more bulky or balanced teams that appreciate that Wish support and its useful defensive typing. Bulky Ground-types such as Rhyperior and Steelix can wear down Steel-types such as Registeel and Klefki so Sylveon can move freely (reword) and also abuse Calm Mind. In return, Sylveon can handle Bulky Water-types such as Milotic and Seismitoad (can it really? Milotic has toxic, while Sylv hates losing lefties). Offensive threats like Necromza can threaten poison types likes Vileplume and Crobat that annoy Sylveon can be very helpful. However, Steel-types like Metagross and Cobalion are also can also deem to be useful since they resist both Sylveons weaknesses, while in return Sylveon is able to keep them healthy with Wish.

Sylveon's high special attack and typing departs itself from other WishPassers since it is able to have immense wall-breaking potential (i dont think this is entirely necessary, you should probably take it away). This set mainly focuses on increasing its (if you remove the first line, replace "its" with Sylveon) high Special Attack stat to breakthrough (add space) teams. Shadow Ball deals heavy damage to Galarian Slowbro and Chandelure Metagross, both of which are solid checks to Sylveon without it. Mystical Fire threatens the Steel-types that would usually check Sylveon like Registeel and Metagross Doublade. Psyshock allows Sylveon to threaten poison types that can annoy Sylveon like Crobat and Toxtricity. Moonblast is an alternative move for Hyper Voice since (faulty logic, its because you can't be throat chopped and do more damage against Toxtricity) it has a higher base power there for it can do more damage. Sylveon is able to fit on both Sticky Web Hyper Offense (leave it vague in my opinion) and Balanced teams. Due to its wall-breaking power, however low-speed stat Sylveon would need Sticky Web setters like Vikavolt or Ribombee to put in some work. (its not that low of a speed stat) Bulky waters like Suicune or Milotic can also be good teammates since they are able to deal with fire types such as Tlonflame and Darmantian (typos), while also making up for the lack of defense Sylveon has. Offensive pivots like Zarude or Xurkitree can also be helpful since they can (they can also bring in Sylveon on favorable matchups) chip pokemon enough so that Sylveon can get the KOs. Hazard removers/control removals like Noivern or Crobat can be helpful so they can keep hazards off the feel and allow Sylveon to switch freely without getting chipped. Finally, Pokemon that can deal with steel types such as Rhyperior or Entei can be good since they can pressure pokemon like Steelix or Klefki so that Sylveon can spam Hypervoice instead of being forced into making predictions 50/50 where they involve predicitons.
