Psychic is Tapu Lele's strongest Psychic-type STAB move, hitting common Pokemon such as Landorus-T and Clefable hard. Psyshock is an alternative option to 3HKO Pokemon such as Chansey and to deal more damage to Assault Vest Magearna, but it fails to hit Landorus-T and Clefable as hard. Moonblast is Tapu Lele's strongest Fairy-type STAB move and hits bulky Psychic-type Pokemon such as Mew and Reuniclus. Taunt stops status and recovery from Chansey and prevents a variety of other Pokemon, such as Mew, from recovering. It also prevents Tapu Lele from being crippled by the odd Thunder Wave or Toxic. Focus Blast is used with Fightinium Z to give Tapu Lele the ability to use a strong 190-Base Power All-Out Pummeling, which lures and OHKOes common checks such as Heatran and does massive damage to Ferrothorn.

Set Details
========

Psychic Surge sets Psychic Terrain, which powers up the Psychic-type moves of grounded Pokemon and protects them from priority. Fightinium Z is gives Tapu Lele access to a strong 190-Base Power All-Out Pummeling to nail common Steel-types such as Heatran, Magnezone, and Ferrothorn. Maximum Speed investment with a Timid nature allows Tapu Lele to outpace Jolly Landorus-T and Adamant Zygarde and Speed tie with Kyurem-B and other Tapu Lele. Maximum Special Attack investment ensures that Tapu Lele hits as hard as possible.

Usage Tips
========

Compared to Psychium Z Tapu Lele, this set is better at luring checks to teammates. For example, it can lure Heatran and Ferrothorn for Mega Mawile and Mega Swampert, respectively. Because this Tapu Lele set is not Choice-locked, prediction is less necessary; feel free to throw out a move that is super effective against the foe currently on the field. Since Tapu Lele is notorious for running Psychic / Fairy / Fire coverage, a common way to pivot around it is using a core consisting of a Dark-type Pokemon, such as Greninja, with Heatran. Therefore, using All-Out Pummeling covers this common pivot. Beware of Assault Vest Tapu Bulu; because this set holds neither Choice Specs nor Psychium Z, this common defensive pivot that normally struggles with Tapu Lele is able to handle it fairly well.

Team Options
========

Pokemon that appreciate having Heatran and Ferrothorn lured are generally good partners. Mega Mawile can be an excellent partner for this reason; however, be wary of Psychic Terrain protecting foes from Mega Mawile's Sucker Punch. Pokemon that directly abuse Psychic Terrain such as Mega Alakazam and Psychic Seed Hawlucha are always excellent partners; however, note that Psychium Z Tapu Lele synergizes much better with the former. Pivots to bring in Tapu Lele safely, such as Landorus-T and Mega Scizor, make excellent partners, with the latter in particular checking bulky Grass-types such as Assault Vest Tapu Bulu and Tangrowth well and frequently bringing Tapu Lele in to handle its checks such as Toxapex and Heatran. Like most offensive Pokemon, Tapu Lele appreciates entry hazard support to wear down its checks. Stealth Rock setters such as Landorus-T, Clefable, Ferrothorn, and Heatran, and Spikes users such as Ferrothorn and Greninja, support Tapu Lele. In return, Tapu Lele can lure Heatran for Clefable and Ferrothorn.

Would probably mention that Taunt prevents last ditch efforts such as Thunder Wave from crippling Tapu Lele as well. Everything else seems solid about this for the most part.

Psychium Z Tapu Lele synergizes much better with the former.
I guess you could expand a bit on this to prevent people from asking every now and then but I kinda like this bullet as it is and its you dont need that much meta knowledge to figure it out so you dont really need to.

Other than that minor nitpick this looks good, 2/3
