[SET COMMENTS]
Tail Glow Manaphy is a decent setup sweeper, utilising Tail Glow to boost its mediocre Special Attack to staggering numbers. Alluring Voice smacks Dragon-types like Roaring Moon and Latios while being Manaphy's best move against Meowscarada. Energy Ball allows Manaphy to beat its Water-type checks in RegenVest Swampert, Primarina, and opposing Manaphy while Psychic invalidates Desolate Land Iron Moth from being a check. Protosynthesis + Booster Energy grants Manaphy a one-time Speed boost, preventing would-be be revenge killers in Roaring Moon, Scream Tail, and Zamazenta from forcing it out. Surge Surfer allows Manaphy to gain a greater Speed boost, allowing it to outspeed even Choice Scarf users like Roaring Moon, Meowscarada, and Azelf while electric terrain is active at the caveat of requiring teammates with Hadron Engine. Electric Seed makes it harder to revenge kill Manaphy when using Surge Surfer, while Life Orb boosts Manaphy's damage output. Motor Drive allows Manaphy to surprise and turn the tables on Electric-types like Sandy Shocks and Regieleki and gain a free Speed boost, trading in consistency for the potential of multiple activations and defensive utility.

Tail Glow Manaphy fits best on hyper offensive teams due to their nature of being fast-paced and possessing strong setup sweepers. Although Manaphy has immense damage potential, it is unable to muscle past counters like RegenVest Hisuian Goodra, Desolate Land Heatran, and if not using Psychic, Iron Moth. Thus, teammates who can threaten them and use them as setup fodder pair well with Manaphy, making IronPress Zamazenta, Dragon Dance Roaring Moon, and Volcarona good partners; Volcarona being a notable partner with Manaphy's ability to overwhelm shared checks like opposing RegenVest Manaphy and Hisuian Goodra. Manaphy also appreciates dedicated leads that hyper offense teams employ, like Ribombee and Dual Screens Corviknight; the former shutting down revenge killing attempts from foes like Choice Scarf Roaring Moon and Azelf who would outspeed Manaphy even after a Speed boost, and the latter allowing Manaphy to set up safely, allowing it to brute force its way through the opposing team. When using Surge Surfer, Manaphy should always be paired with teammates that use Hadron Engine like Sandy Shocks and Latios.

Motor Drive is an alternative option that allows it to come in on Electric-types i wouldnt say its that it wants to switch in on electric types, its more about surprising them when they attempt to outspeed and ohko and gain a free Speed boost, trading in consistency for the potential of multiple activations.

Although Manaphy has immense damage potential, it is unable to muscle through counters like RegenVest Hisuian Goodra, Desolate Land Heatran, and if not using Psychic, Iron Moth. Thus, teammates who can threaten them and use them as setup fodder pair well with Manaphy, making Swords Dance Iron Boulder IronPress Zamazenta, its more common and it can use all of these mons as setup fodder Dragon Dance Roaring Moon, and Volcarona good partners.

Add some part talking about the pros and cons of Surge Surfer obv (needing hadron setter sucks + terrain can run out, but u can outspeed scarfers like meow plus can abuse eseed)

Linking back to the first sentence of the paragraph could also mention that Manaphy as a breaker can also break through SpD checks/overload them for other checks (such as Goodra, opposing Manaphy for Volc) Manaphy also appreciates dedicated leads that hyper offense teams employ, like Ribombee and Dual Screens Corviknight; the former shutting down revenge killing attempts from foes like Choice Scarf Roaring Moon and Azelf who would outspeed Manaphy even after a Speed boost, and the latter allowing Manaphy to set up safely, allowing it to brute force its way through the opposing team. Add Hadron Engine teammates like Shocks, Latios as teammates.
