god hargreaves 18 million pounds well spent fergie :justin:

''Oh, what happens if we move this part of the knee? Ahh, his shoulder pops out. Cool."

They should kill him and use his meat to feed the team, maybe he would be useful then :kongler::kongler::kongler:

is he made of biscuits of something

cant believe ferguson wastes his money on garbage like him and obertan / bebe / anderson / carick ... man it just doesnt end...

Sir Alex Ferguson is probably the best player of the transfer market in world football so we can forgive him the odd clanger...

Anderson is a fantastic worker. He just doesn't get the praise he deserves in the media because he's not a goalscorer. Watch a few games when he's in form and you'll see how much he carries the midfield. He's still improving too.
Carrick admittedly is not at the standard to play for United. I think there was a weight of expectation on him to be the next Scholes or Keane and it just never happened.
Bebe and Obertan are still kids, there's plenty of time for them to develop. Look at how Nani was performing at Bebe's age compared to now.

Hey nosferalto, Hargreaves may be made of biscuits but even when injured i'm sure he can play better than that piece of shite Lucas Leiva.

Seriously. Stop acting as if hargreaves is worthless. United won the champions league largely due to his brilliance in midfield. He's just been cursed.

Hargreaves is a quality player on the rare occasions when he's healthy. Anderson is also good, and Carrick was certainly playing well for tottenham or whoever before fergie bought him, though he's really lost his touch :/

I view Lucas similarly to how I view Anderson, good but not really appreciated since he doesn't really score/set up goals (though not quite of the same ability is Anderson..)

24 hours until michael essien and asamoah gyan put the hurt on england, im going to 1-0 ghana. Actually im not even sure essien will play, but should still be a good match.

england are fielding a weaker side against ghana.. cos it is useless friendly :P
and a waste of money on transfers?
torres = nuff said

you're telling a liverpool supporter that the torres transfer was a waste of money? do you mean the bit where they bought him and he did a really good job for a while, or the bit where they sold him for a massively inflated price and earned a tidy profit?

Lucas Leiva is a regular Brazil international now.

anderson doesn't get even get picked to warm the bench lul

Coaches don't generally pick injured/just back into training players.

Man, this England vs Ghana match has to be the fastest paced football I've seen for a long time... England look revitalised and are playing very well against the World Cup "quarter-finalists" :P

Young has been quality in this first half, that chance should definitely have been in the back of the net, don't know how he didn't manage it tbh.

While Carroll's goal was a bit of a poacher's effort, it's a very good sign for the lad and I've been looking forward to it since November tbh, first of many to come hopefully!

Despite this, Ghana have had some sick chances and I'm looking forward to how this 2nd half plays out.

Edit: Beautiful goal by Gyan, well deserved. After the great chances showed by Ghana in the first half and their good 2nd half play, Ghana definitely deserved to get at least a draw from this match. Sick piece of skill from Gyan and a great end to one of the best friendlies I've seen in a while.

thats my boy gyan, really amazing finish so beautiful. Carroll's goal was also good, but the play looked really awkward, sort of came out of nowhere.

ngyan's goal wasn't that good, it was Lescott who was horrible tbh, just like jagielka (both played for everton so so no surprise there) but i have to admit cashley wasn't missed one bit with baines in LB.

man u down 1-0 at west ham as of writing this, mark noble penalty after evra handball

edit: make that 2-0, vidic foul and a second penalty, looked on the line though

was on the line
and not a chance anyone should give a handball when it is that close no matter what, the rules say intent, you cant intend to handball it if you cant move your hands anywhere between kick and handling.
this team selction is poor though, but still all over them and underdeseved scoreline so far

thank god for that
his hands were up, but he was so close to thier player it was rediculous

united got a soft penalty as well, but deserved to win anyway, west ham produced hardly anything all game

Great comeback from United, winning 2-4 at West Ham.

Stoke hold Chelsea to a 1-1 draw, they're out of the race now probably.

Let's see if Blackburn can halt Arsenal.

Pacheco gets an assist on his debut as Norwich win 6 - 0, already done more than Torres has for Chelsea, I think they bought the wrong spaniard..
