Hey Smogs! Tis Bugsy ^_^ Im from different competitive forums and was just posting my team here for different takes on so go on ahead and rate away!


Yanmega (F) @ Focus Sash
Trait: Speed Boost
EVs: 104 Def / 152 Spd / 252 SAtk
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Protect
- Air Slash
- Bug Buzz
- Hidden Power [Fire]
At first i thought...OH COOL I CAN RUN NINJASK LOLOLOL...but then I was sadly misproven...Lets see *thinks* how many battles did I loose due to a bad Ninjask block? Too many to count >_> Thus why I now run a Yanmega lead set...Thanks guys for the reference to choosing him as a lead. If you dont know how to run its this: Protect to get a speedboost...then sweep like no tomorow! Get enough Speed Boosts in this guy and you'll be Going faster than a rocket powered Ferrarie. Also Focus sash is a must if you want him to survive any powerhouse moves from much more powerfull sweepers, thought because of yanmega's speed youll most likely get the first hit before Focus kicks in.


Heatran (F) @ Shuca Berry
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Taunt
- Fire Blast
- Earth Power
- Stealth Rock
This Shuca berry heatran is my counter fire/ice/thunder/steel. Taunt helps prevent those nasty status users, FireBlast for a nasty Stab, SR for a entry hazard, and earthpower to kill other Heatrans, max speed and Satk for maximum damadge.


Forretress (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 112 Atk / 144 Def
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Stealth Rock
- Payback
- Rapid Spin
- Toxic Spikes
I killed EQ and Spikes for SR and Toxic Spikes, It seems pretty cool and reliable if SR gets blown away, Forretress is a great wall in the physical region, so he is most viable choice in my team to act as an additinoal spiker and a spinner.


Scizor (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Technician
EVs: 12 HP / 252 Atk / 244 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- U-turn
- Pursuit
- Superpower
- Bullet Punch
Nothin like a Jolly CBScizor that can do some picking off of your opponents weakened team. =P


Rotom-C @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 168 Def / 88 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Thunderbolt
- Shadow Ball
- Will-O-Wisp
- Leaf Storm
Thanks Smogon! I still fit monotype guidlines and now I have an effective Spin Blocker than can also Check Swampert/StealthSpert/MixSpert/ANY KINDA SPERT with it's deadly leavestorm! Will-o-Wisp is a nice cripple move and Tbolt and Shadow ball are great STABs for him too, plus it also gives me somthing to counter flying types(BAR SKARMORY THE METAL JET PLANE)

Heracross (F) @ Toxic Orb
Trait: Guts
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Swords Dance
- Close Combat
- Megahorn
- Facade
Heracross was not my first idea of being on a team, but after some reccomendations I decided to try him out...OMG HE IS ROCKIN!!!! This guy is a powerhouse late game, with a SD boosted Megahorn/CloseCombat he demolishes any of my threats, including fire types! I chose farcade for power purposes Because its Guts+Status bonus+ normal damadge from farcade.
I have edited this team waaaaaaaaaay too much >_< But I think this is best possible team I could get for monotype, Also for those reading this..I use this in Standard play...nobody monotypes anymore...
