First i would like to say to please ignore the pms that went out. I decided I wanted to do the random assignment round first and then realized i didnt want to spend 64+ minutes sending out Pms. To the ten or so people who got pms, just ignore them
This round will be a free choice round. Here is a step by step guide to creating a team:
1.Choose any of these Modified egg groups:
1)Plant
2)Bug
3)Flying
4)Humanshape
5)Mineral+shedinja,Magnezone line,Electrode line,Solrock, Lunatone, Claydol line, Starmie line, and Metagross line
6)Indeterminate
7)Ground
8)Water1
9)Water2+Water3
10)Monster
11)Fairy (Phione is included)
12)Dragon
2. Go to www.serebii.net search for your egg group to find a list of pokemon in your egg group.
3. Select 2 pokemon or less in the OU tier that belong to your egg group, 2 pokemon or less from the BL tier, and the rest from the UU tier.
4.Select their Moves, Iv's and Ev's. Then find out how they can learn their moves. If they learn the move from breeding find out who they learn that move from. If the parent is in your egg group, and they learn the disired move during level up, then you may select that move. Note how they learn the moves for submitting your team
5. Send me your team through the forum below:
I have had numerous pms and posts about smeargle. Smeargle can use any move that he wants. If you are using the gorund egg group, you can use moves that smeargle can breed onto a pokemon if smearlge is on your team, and smeargle knows that move.

I also have a little incentive to get your rounds done on time. If you do not Send in teams by the 30th of december, you risk being substituted and if you do not get your rounds done the same thing applys. If you do not get your rounds done or effort is not put forth to meet the deadline, you can be replaced by a loser that got their round done quickly. For example, Player1 and Player2 got their rounds done within 4 hours of this thread being put up, while Player3 and Player4 dont get their battles done at all and no effort has been put forth to do them and their teams have not been sent. player2, who lost to player one will takes Player3 and Player4's spot because they got their round done quickly. This will not apply when one player has sent in their team and not the other, or effort has been put forth to complete their round.
