guess ill give my 2 cents as a giants fan
deplorable behavior from beckham and i've been disappointed to see signs of things like this all year, such as a punch he threw in the bills game as well. while i do want us to beat the vikings so we have a chance at the post season, i kind of think that odell beckham needs to be suspended so he can feel accountable for his actions. thus far he has paid a couple of fines maybe and that sucks but we all know that doesn't stop guys from doing the same things over and over, see: james harrison. odb is in the spotlight; hes one of the most exciting players to watch week in and week out and i don't want it to get into his head that it's all about him, it should be about the team. his actions lately have shown a lot of selfishness and i think he needs to understand that he's hurting the team not only by incurring penalties and the off the field distractions with the media coverage, but maybe by being taken out of the game. in all honesty he should have been ejected for that hit.
as for josh norman i have to say i thought pretty highly of him before this game mostly because i didn't know much about him but i respected the numbers. i've lost a lot of respect for him. he was not quite as bad as odb but he was flagged twice on unnecessary roughness as well and there were some no calls as well (on both sides). he's also talking a lot of shit about odb via the media now which seems like kind of a publicity stunt so he gets more attention. the biggest thing i learned though is that he can't cover beckham 1 on 1, he was playing bail technique on nearly every snap that he did and probably should have been flagged for holding or illegal contact on almost every other snap.
