========
- Incineroar is an outstanding Pokemon in Regulation I thanks to a combination of its great typing, Intimidate, and a movepool rich in disruption moves. This helps Incineroar act as a check to many Restricted Pokemon like Calyrex-S, Zacian-C, and Lunala after burning its Power Herb, as well as comfortably take on Pokemon like Rillaboom, Amoonguss, and Chien-Pao.
- Will-O-Wisp can be used over Flare Blitz to cripple physical attackers further, especially Zamazenta-C and Clear Amulet Calyrex-I without Tera Fire, which don't care for Intimidate. Taunt can be used over either Knock Off or Flare Blitz to disrupt Trick Room strategies and shut down Amoonguss, as well as deny Pokemon from using Protect or setting up. U-turn can be used over Parting Shot to still pivot in the face of Clear Amulet and Taunt users.
- Incineroar appreciates Safety Goggles to ignore Amoonguss's Spore and Rage Powder, but it can also gain great value from Rocky Helmet crippling Urshifu-R and breaking Chien-Pao's Focus Sash.
- The Defense EVs and Impish nature allows Incineroar to maximize survival odds of taking Surging Strikes from Urshifu-R and almost always survive Ursaluna's Guts-boosted Facade without an Intimidate drop, while the Special Defense investment ensures Incineroar avoids the 2HKO from Flutter Mane's Moonblast and Raging Bolt's Thunderbolt.
- Incineroar uses Tera Bug and Tera Ghost primarily to handle Fighting-types like Zamazenta-C and Iron Hands. Tera Bug offers Incineroar a resistance to Ground-type moves from Calyrex-I and Landorus, while Tera Ghost grants Incineroar a Fake Out immunity. Tera Water allows Incineroar to take Kyogre and Urshifu-R's Water-type STAB moves while retaining its resistance to Fire- and Ice-type moves from the likes of Chi-Yu and Calyrex-I.

Teambuilding
=========
- Incineroar struggles against Pokemon that can OHKO it before it can utilize its disruptive moves, such as Zamazenta-C, Miraidon, Koraidon, and Urshifu-R with a damage-boosting item.
- Incineroar is a great fit on a plethora of teams, but it prefers Urshifu-R for an ally, as Unseen Fist lets it spectacularly take advantage of Incineroar's Fake Out, threatening Pokemon inclined to use Protect. Incineroar also handles Rillaboom and Amoonguss for Urshifu-R. Restricted Pokemon effective against Zamazenta-C, like Lunala, Koraidon, and Calyrex-S, have an easy time pairing up with Incineroar, especially as it takes on problematic Pokemon like Chien-Pao and opposing Calyrex-S. Miraidon is another great partner, as Incineroar can pressure Rillaboom and Amoonguss, which easily take Miraidon's attacks.

- The Defense EVs and Impish nature allows Incineroar to maximise odds of taking Surging Strikes from Urshifu-R, while the Special Defense ensures Incineroar avoids the 2HKO from Flutter Mane's Moonblast and Raging Bolt's Thunderbolt. (Adamant urshifu, Timid Flutter Mane, standard Bolt spreads, lmk which ones I should clarify if any) i would specify adamant urshifu - modest flutter isnt very common right now which most readers would either know or learn from a potential flutter mane analysis in the future; i would also mention a good chance to take body press from 156 impish zama (43.75% to be exact). Also, i dont know if this is intentional, but i think it's worth mentioning that if there is no electric tera from mirai this spread always lives non-specs electro drift.
- Incineroar prefers Tera Bug thanks to resisting the Fighting- and Ground-type moves Incineroar was previously weak to. This helps Incineroar take on Pokemon like Zamazenta-C, Calyrex-I, and Landorus. Incineroar may use Tera Ghost to gain a Fake Out immunity whilst improving its match up against Zamazenta-C and Iron Hands. These two, however, make themselves vulnerable to Pokemon previously weak to Incineroar, most notably Chi-Yu. Tera Water maintains Incineroar's Ice- and Fire-type resistances, while shedding its weaknesses and providing a new resistance to Urshifu-R and Kyogre's Water-type STAB attacks. Incineroar maintaining its resistances is crucial in fighting Calyrex-I and Chi-Yu, but opens up a new weakness to Rillaboom and Ogerpon's Grass-type STAB moves, as well as Miraidon's Electric-type STAB moves.

- Incineroar struggles against Pokemon that can OHKO it before it can utilize its disruptive moves, such as Zamazenta-C, Choice Specs Miraidon i think scarf/AV have become common enough to specify, Koraidon, and boosted Urshifu-R.
- Urshifu-R's Unseen Fist spectacularly synergises with Incineroar's Fake Out, often shutting down a Pokemon completely. i would rewrite this to convey that pokemon want to protect to avoid fake out, but cant protect in front of urshifu; this sentence isnt very clear imo. Incineroar also handles Rillaboom and Amoonguss for Urshifu-R. Restricteds effective against Zamazenta-C, like Lunala, Koraidon, and Calyrex-S, have an easy time putting Incineroar on their team, especially as it takes on problematic Pokemon like Chien-Pao and opposing Calyrex-S. Miraidon is another great pair, as Incineroar can pressure the Rillaboom and Amoonguss that absorb Miraidon's attacks.

- Will-O-Wisp can be used over Flare Blitz to cripple physical attackers further, especially Zamazenta-C and Clear Amulet Calyrex-I Mention this is the case for non Tera Fire, Milwaukee runner up had Tera Fire Calyrex-I which don't care for Intimidate. Taunt can be used over either Knock Off or Flare Blitz to disrupt Trick Room strategies and shut down Amoonguss, as well as deny Pokemon from Protect or set up. U-turn can be used over Parting Shot to still pivot in the face of Clear Amulet and Taunt I suggest mentioning Gholdengo too but its usage has decreased so up to you.
- Incineroar appreciates Safety Goggles to ignore Amoonguss' Spore and Rage Powder, but can also gain great value from Rocky Helmet crippling Urshifu-R and breaking Chien-Pao's Focus Sash.
(Adamant urshifu, Timid Flutter Mane, standard Bolt spreads, lmk which ones I should clarify if any) I'm fine without needing specifics here, although another physical defensive calc would be nice since you have two for special imo
- Incineroar prefers Tera Bug thanks to resisting the Fighting- and Ground-type moves Incineroar was previously weak to. This helps Incineroar take on Pokemon like Zamazenta-C, Calyrex-I I would replace this with Urshifu-R, HHP Calyrex-I isn't something Incineroar particularly fears imo, and Landorus. Incineroar may use Tera Ghost to gain a Fake Out immunity whilst improving its match up against Zamazenta-C and Iron Hands I'm nit-picking here so if it doesn't fit feel free to ignore this, I would mention being immune to Fighting-type attacks specifically is great for Incineroar. - Incineroar struggles against Pokemon that can OHKO it before it can utilize its disruptive moves, such as Zamazenta-C, Miraidon, Koraidon, and boosted Nit-picking again, I'd prefer for this to be clear so mention Mystic Water or just say with a damage boosting item instead Urshifu-R.
- Urshifu-R's Unseen Fist spectacularly synergises with Incineroar's Fake Out, often shutting down a Pokemon completely I'd describe this more as pinning the opponent or forcing them into a bad position rather than shutting down the pokemon.
