You responded 12 days late and on the day before deadline. He didn't ignore you, he hadn't logged in between your message and the deadline. I felt the 2 days of his inactivity was enough better than 12 days that he deserved the activity win. I don't really think either of you put in a sufficient enough effort to warrant an extension nor do I have high confidence that an extension would even get done within the extension deadline, so I'm going to stick with the original decision sorry
