In December of 2018, I participated in Smeargle's Studios's annual Secret Santa art exchange. At the time, my mind was occupied with a term paper I was writing about Miles Davis. I was also thinking about this Pokemon card that Psynergy kept posting in the Battle Spot discord called Cool Porygon. This led me to combine the two and make my request a combination of Cool Porygon and Miles Davis's album "Birth of the Cool".

Kaiju Bunny got my request and I was so blown away by the result that I wanted to have the real thing to hang on my wall. Unfortunately, due to being charcoal, it was damaged and smudged over time. So I decided to have the original scan upscaled and printed at 32 by 24 inches (81.3 by 70 cm) on PVC. Cost about 86 dollars to print but worth it!
