tubgirl, goatse, lemonparty are all pretty gross. not that big of a deal though. if those are the worst things you've seen, you're pretty lucky.
I've been to a forum in which a certain word is filtered to a small pic of goatse. My first reaction to that pic was "lol that must hurt". I don't get grossed out much by stuff like rotten.com (which me and my friends used to look at a lot when we were younger and dumber) but I've not seen much and would rather not bother.
Also we saw Hostel at school, someone brought it and the teacher didn't know what it was about. It's a terrible movie.

I've probably seen everything that there is to see and I don't find anything on the internet shocking or vile anymore. I never found things on rotten.com really shocking either.
Although I suppose Goatse was mildly shocking the first time I saw it, but that's about it, it's not anything major imo.

"Anymore" is the right word yes, the first time you see something even if it's not that disturbing like Tubgirl or Lemonparty you're all like "ugh what the fuck", but after a while you become used to it.

There were some pictures going around of a Japanese guy (who else?) eating a baby. That really disturbed me.

I got completely desensitized to this sort of thing when as a young innocent of barely 14, on IRC some friends of mine were making felching jokes "/me passes <user> a straw" etc. I didn't know what it was so I for some reason google imaged it. I was quite impressed.
yarr.org is wonderful (though not that bad) because you can start off pretending to talk about pirates and casually drop it into conversation.
I never found tubgirl or goatse at all wrong. actually I was quite drugged (sleeping tablets weed and alcohol) and had a quick wank over tubgirl. that is not a lie.
anyway. the pain series (see encyclopediadramatica) was quite bad but I've been a bit desensitized to harlequin fetus now. erm. I can't remember the link but there was something along the lines of "shitting dicknipples" (what an awesome concept) that was even more twisted. it was great.
the only thing in recent years that's come close to disturbing me was armyofgod.com a few years back (now that's fine mind) the child porn I ACCIDENTALLY downloaded "hi, my name's Vicky, and I'm 7" she says around an old man's penis or what I actually found worse was octopus porn. octopussy if you will. a lady pleasuring herself with a cephalopod and a man with a squid up his bum. that was pretty bad.

I think the concept of online gaming has become sullied. Whether it be CounterStrike, WoW, or even Pokémon via WiFi you're plagued by hackers who cheat. Defeats the purpose of the game if you instantly have perfection and invincibility and you use it to con others to boost a win record. Shiny Pidgeot with Sleep Powder pissed me off. I beat it, but still.. >_> that's fucked up. The people who flaunt themselves as the 1337s of the internet class system just seem to fuel cheating. I especially find this true since most of the hackers from Gaia Online have discovered Smogon and are now on this forum. They don't want to make their cheating obvious, and they can't strategize without Smogon. So they come here for movesets and EV spreads so they can hack together gods. Isn't the point of these games for fair competition and to test your actual abilities in the game? Just because max IV Pokémon do exist and are so easily made on NB doesn't mean its logical to have an entire team of shinies with perfect natures, IVs, and moves within moments when it takes a shitload of effort from everyone who plays according to the rules of the game. So now it's like.. you can't trust people online with battling and WiFi itself would be limited to those you know personally and can trust.. making that Competitor program the only method to ensure fair play.
I've seen a few of the "big" shock thing I think, but they didn't really leave an impression, and I'm generally smart enough to avoid that nonsense. I think the single image that bothered me the most was this drawing of a Mewtwo raping a Gardevoir. It was just... wrong with the looks on their faces and everything (also, Mewtwo is genderless!). Maybe it bothers me more that someone would feel so motivated as to make something as innocent as Pokemon into a sexual matter.
I still find this disgusting, even after exposure to goatse and company. It's exactly horrific, but the idea still makes me sick, probably because it's the kind of thing you study closer to figure out what it is.

I've seen a pic of a guy eating baby parts on rotten. It was weird. Some animals actually do this though (our relatives the chimps for instance).
