The World Cup of Pokemon v2.0 - Captains/Roster Formations Thread

Well I made a new topic to make sure all of the captains see this. I have made a list of all the signups and will post it, along with the captains for the 8 teams. The captains were picked not necesarily based on skill (although it was a factor), but moreso on I trust them to be responsible enough to get an 8 man roster with maximum two subs (minimum one) to me ASAP. So here are the potential participants (in sign up order):

Note: I only took down the FIRST option people posted. Captains feel free to scrounge through the topic to find potential teammates who included your region as their second choice.
