Rejected - Inactive Add in the pokemon-special sprite set of characters as options to pick

we've got yellow as alternative to choose from so i thought it'd be nice to add in the rest of the manga-character set as well
here's how they're

while i do understand these characters all have already existing sprites in form of something similarly akin to each of them(except for emerald) i think including variations would be nice

are any of these sprites even free use bc they all come from serebii and have no other credits attached

as far as i can tell all the sprites above are all accordingly from sources of officiality (from Hidenori Kusaka in other words) meaning likewise to ones taken from games they aren't exactly restricted to them alone and are therefore free to be used,at least that's what im getting at given that they weren't attached only to their respective info panels
