To Tweak or Move On?

This is my first post on Smogon, but I've been using this team for a while. I've been having fun with it on PS (which I just got the other day), but I run into a good bit of situations where I just get demolished. I've been messing around with some other Pokes, but I really don't know where to go from here. Any and all help/comments/criticism is appreciated.

Forretress @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Atk
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic
- Rapid Spin
- Gyro Ball

I was getting so annoyed without a spinner that I had to go back to Forretress, but I took a different approach. Stealth Rock is necessary to deal with all Flying mons, and Toxic makes him an annoying staller.

Greninja @ Expert Belt
Ability: Protean
EVs: 4 HP/ 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Naive Nature
- Surf
- Dark Pulse
- U-Turn
- Ice Beam

Pretty wide spread of attacks. I thought about replacing him in the past, but I don't know where I'd get coverage like this anywhere else with that speed. It absorbs Ice and Water on a switch, and I've changed it to pure Special Attack thanks to the suggestions below.

Arcanine @ Assault Vest
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spd
Adamant Nature
- ExtremeSpeed
- Flare Blitz
- Wild Charge
- Morning Sun

I just changed this from having used Choice Band, and I love it. He works as a revenge kill very well, but lately I've been using him as a lead, depending on the opponent's team. If they they lead with Ferrothorn/Forretress, they'll usually switch in a water Poke that gets killed by Wild Charge. It's also great for killing Talonflame. I've added Morning Sun per suggestion, and it helps since Arcanine loves to self harm.

Garchomp @ Choice Band
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Fire Fang
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide

Garchomp changed quite a bit. He's now a Banded Rager, which seems to suit him better, as long as there's no opposing fairies. I switched SE to Rock Slide for the accuracy, but I was thinking of changing Fire Fang to Fire Blast because I hate Stallothorn.

Aegislash @ Spooky Plate
Ability: Stance Change
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SAtk / 4 Def
Quiet Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- King's Shield
- Shadow Ball
- Sacred Sword
- Shadow Sneak

Updated Aegislash! I was using a very old version, but hearing suggestions, it has been changed. Absorbs all kinds of attacks and dishes them out as well. Shadow Sneak has been my biggest move with him, getting revenge kills all over.

Venusaur-Mega @ Venusaurite
Ability: Overgrown/Thick Fat
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature
- Giga Drain
- Leech Seed
- Synthesis
- Sludge Bomb

This guy is a beast. It's probably my favorite member of the team. He can tank a lot of usually Super Effective moves and Leech Seed is perfect when predicting a switch. He also absorbs Toxic Spikes and is perfect if I predict an opponent's Toxic. I recently put Synthesis on him, and it's good for when I need to stall, but it would be nice to have an extra attack.

That's my first competitive team I've made. It's been fun, but I'm open to any suggestions about moves or switching Pokes.

Garchomp really needs the speed being a 102 speed pokemon in the OU tier to hit all those 100 speed base pokes, particularly pokes like Mega Charizard-Y, which otherwise threatens a large portion of your team, before taking a hit. That's why I think you should change your nature to Jolly. Also, I think that running Dragon Rush proves to be too risky considering it's unreliable accuracy of 75%. 1 out of 4 times you'll miss your hit, which doesn't make it worth running. The changes described are written below:

Garchomp @ Life Orb
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature ---> Jolly Nature
- Fire Fang
- Dragon Rush ---> Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge

Thank you, I'll try that out. I did feel uneasy about having 2 low accuracy attacks, anyway

I know I didn't have much explanation on my choices, but I tried to fix that a bit. I'm really looking to replace something. I have a bunch of Pokemon in mind (Smeargle, Scolipede, Tyranitar, Togekiss, Espeon/Umbreon), but I don't know what I would take out without upsetting my balance.

Make Greninja a full out Special Attacker, his Physical set is pretty bad. Water Shuriken is nice as a priority move, but his speed is already really high, making it pretty obsolete.

If you want to change Aegi I would replace Sword's Dance with Shadow Ball and give him either Leftovers or a Spooky Plate.

What would you suggest with Greninja, Surf/Scald/Hydro Pump and Dark Pulse? And that's what I was thinking for Aegislash. Should I change Aegislash's EVs at all?

Run U-turn/Ice Beam/Dark Pulse and your choice of water move, most likely Hydro Pump or Surf. This way you'll have coverage over a large portion of pokes such as Dragon types, Ghost types, Psychic types, and Grass types which your Water moves don't hit super effective. U-turn allows you to have switch initiative on some pokes.

Also run 252 HP/252 SpA/4 Def with a Quiet nature on your Aegislash. This'll allow your Aegislash to hit hard with his Shadow Ball STAB, which will be your most commonly used move.

Swords Dance Aegislash isnt good anymore, and isnt really standard either. Replace Swords Dance with Shadow Ball, change the nature to Quiet. EVs should be 252 HP/4Atk/252 SpA. Shadow Ball Aeigslash is a much better Wallbreaker, and the Swords Dance set really isn't as effective in this meta. Consider changing Leftovers to Spooky Plate.

Change to special Greninja, as others have already suggested.

I suggest changing Arcanine to LO 3 Attacks+Morning Sun. Suggest removing Close Combat for Morning Sun.

Your team is really weak to Mega Pinsir, which can nab a Swords Dance on Ferrothorn, Mega Venusaur, and Aegislash (Unless you switch to Shadow Ball). From there, +2 Returns wreck everything on your team, and Quick Attack deals handoly with Greninja. I suggest running ScarfChomp to counter this, which also can check Thundurus I without fear of T-Wave.

Thanks guys, I made the Aegislash months ago, so it makes sense that it's outdated. I haven't had a problem with Mega Pinsir, but the people I'm playing might not be very good either. Changing it up!
