1v1 Togekiss

Togekiss @ Kee Berry
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 240 HP / 252 Def / 16 Spe
Bold Nature
- Air Slash
- Roost
- Charm
- Counter

Togekiss usually runs Maranga Berry in 1v1, but it can catch many physical attackers off guard with a Kee Berry on occasion. Charm and Kee Berry prevent slower physical threats such as Aggron, Steelix, Glastrier, and Avalugg from OHKOing Togekiss. Roost gives Togekiss more longevity while temporarily removing its Rock and Ice weaknesses. After using Charm, Togekiss can eliminate threats such as Ferrothorn and Garchomp with Counter. Air Slash can make slower targets flinch, such as Crustle and Aromatisse, and serves as Togekiss's primary attack against Icicle Spear Glastrier and Avalugg. The given EV spread makes Togekiss as physically bulky as possible while outspeeding Aggron. This set performs especially well with Regieleki, which appreciates the removal of Sturdy users and can beat common Water- and Flying-types like Tapu Fini and Celesteela, as well as faster threats like Galarian Darmanitan. Porygon-Z also works well with Kee Berry Togekiss, as it removes many special attackers and appreciates Togekiss's favorable matchups versus Fighting-types and bulky Steel-types.

Togekiss is most well known for its specially defensive nature with the Maranga Berry, flinching abilities in 1v1, but it can catch many physical attackers off guard with the Kee Berry also serves the role of a deceptively bulky staller sure scarf exists, but the main set boosts spdef w/ maranga + spdef / defense are opposites so it sounds nice. Charm and the Kee Berry severely weaken the attacks of slower threats, such as Aggron, Steelix, Glastrier, and Avalugg, preventing them from landing an OHKO on the otherwise vulnerable Fairy / Flying technically correct, but this is fluff. Roost gives the Togekiss more longevity, as well as temporarily removes its Rock-type and Steel-type weaknesses the weakness to Rock- and Ice-type moves rearranged this sentence for conciseness. After lowering the offensive capabilities of opponents with Charm, Togekiss can eliminate its threats such as Ferrothorn, Haxorus, and Garchomp either by using Counter. () diversified which pokemon were used as examples Air Slash can flinch slower targets, such as Crustle or Aromatisse, and serves as Togekiss's damage output against Icicle Spear Glastrier and Avalugg instead of Counter. most relevantly against Aggron or Steelix, or by simply Air Slashing repeatedly, which is helpful against Avalugg and Glastrier reworked this sentence a bit, so it captures the cursed aroma / crustle mu + mentions that counter does less with icicle spear The given EV spread outspeeds Adamant Aggrons spotlights are more relaxed than analyses, so you don't need to mention speed boosting natures unless they are very important, which is not the case with Aggron, while otherwise maximizing physical bulk. This set performs well with Ground-types, such as Landorus and Landorus-T, which appreciate the removal of certain Fighting- and Ice-types like both Urshifu formes, Avalugg, and Glastrier, and this is what the spotlight was showing off, idt repeating it is necessary which in turn answer common Steel-types like Metagross, Celesteela, and Magnezone. Regieleki / Thief Tapu Koko were what I thought about using at first. You can probably add smth about those two. They remove some of the bad water and darm-g matchups, while appreciating Togekiss's good ground mus. You may be a bit low on characters, so we may need to remove some examples for this, but that's fine
I know this looks like a lot, but I am just quite picky with QC :eeveehide:
