[Overview]
- Nasty Plot and Baton Pass.
- Not the best typing ever.
- Easy to 2HKO with Stealth Rock.
- Rely on Eviolite to be bulky, so it is easy to wear down.
- Unlike Volbeat, Togetic has a slow Baton Pass that allows to bring its teammates safely. CM Pass Musharna and Mr. Mime also gives Togetic competition.
- Unlike other Baton Pass users, Togetic is able to remove its recipient's counter with its huge movepool.
- Quite bulky on the special side.

- Nasty Plot to boost Togetic's Special Attack and potentially pass the boost to a teammate.
- Baton Pass lets Togetic pass boosts and can also bring momentum on your side.
- Roost to recover health.
- Hyper Voice is Togetic's most reliable STAB as Tri Attack is illegal with Nasty Plot, leaves it walled by Ghost-types though.
- Fire Blast is strong, and while it is not STAB, it lets Togetic hit Ghost-types while nailing Metang quite hard. It can also help to remove the recipient's counter (exemple: removing Metang for Jynx).
[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]
- Physically defensive spread 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpDef with a Bold nature.
- Steel-types such as Metang and Probopass.
- Special Attacker that will enjoy getting the Nasty Plot boost from Togetic, such as Jynx, Samurott, Charizard, and Serperior.
- Seismitoad works well with Togetic as it is immune to Electric-type attacks while Togetic resists Grass-type attacks and can set up a Nasty Plot on the Grass-types that force Seismitoad out. Seismitoad can also be a receiver.
[Other Options]
- Shadow Ball, Grass Knot, and Signal Beam.
- Togetic can easily ditch Baton Pass and Nasty Plot to use support moves such as Encore, Heal Bell, Magic Coat, Toxic, and Thunder Wave if your team doesn't need it to pass Nasty Plot.
- Yawn, Wish, and Tailwind.
- Ancientpower, Silver Wind, Ominous Wind

- Electric-types such as Eelektross, Rotom-Spin, and Electabuzz.
- Rock-types such as Golem, Carracosta, and Regirock.

- Jynx and Piloswine.
