With only 2 votes to the contrary because n1n1 and myself are just different, Rillaboom is officially the top titan of the generation! Round 2 begins now and end on Wednesday August 17th at 11:59pm -4
 
Urshifu-R. Melmetal was banned very quickly and is not a great face of the gen, since he technically came out in Gen 7 and by all rights should have been quickbanned if people had been paying attention. Urshifu-R, who should have been banned himself (like his bro), almost was, but then wasn't, ultimately had a much bigger impact on how the game was played for most of the format.
