Toxtricity @ Choice Specs
Ability: Punk Rock
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Boomburst
- Overdrive
- Volt Switch
- Snarl

Choice Specs Toxtricity is a great wallbreaker in RU with next to no switch-ins. While its Speed tier leaves much to be desired and it faces stiff competition from Thundurus, Raikou, and Xurkitree, its sheer power and coverage more than make up for it. Boomburst nails a wide portion of the tier on its own with raw strength, 3HKOing even Steelix and Rhyperior. Overdrive hits the few Boomburst switch-ins in Metagross, Klefki, and Ghost-types like Doublade. Snarl hits the rare Golurk and Palossand, which are immune to both Overdrive and Boomburst. Volt Switch allows Toxtricity to pivot on other bulky Pokemon like Porygon2, Umbreon, and Registeel. Naturally, Heracross and Obstagoon stand out as physical breakers that can take advantage of the specially defensive walls Toxtricity can bring them in on. In return, Toxtricity can muscle past physically defensive Pokemon such as Seismitoad and Galarian Weezing. Zarude can form a VoltTurn core to get Toxtricity in against its counters like Togekiss, Galarian Weezing, and Cobalion. Hazard removal from Pokemon like Togekiss and Noivern lets Toxtricity pivot more freely as well.

Choice Specs Toxtricity is a great wallbreaker in RU with Choice Specs with next to none switch-ins. Its speed tier leaves much to be desired and it faces stiff competition from Thundurus, Raikou, and Xurkitree, but its sheer power and has solid coverage to more than make up for it. Boomburst nails a wide portion of the tier on its own with raw strength even Steelix and Rhyperior get 3HKOed. STAB Overdrive is able to hits the few Boomburst resists in Stakataka Metagross, Klefki, and Ghost-types like Doublade. Snarl is able to chip Steelix, Magnetzone, and Rhyperior which resist both Boomburst and Overdrive. (Boombust does more)Snarl is also able to hit hits the rare Golurk and Palossand which is are immune to both Overdrive and Boomburst. Volt Switch allows Toxtricity to pivot on other bulky Pokemon like Porygon2, Umbreon, and Registeel. Naturally, Heracross and Obstagoon stand out as physical breakers that can take advantage of the specially defensive walls Toxtricity can pivot on. Heracross and Obstagoon also are able to threaten the defensive Ground-types for Toxtricity. (it does that on its own)In return, Toxtricity can muscle past physically defensive Pokemon such as Seismitoad and Weezing-Galar. Set up sweepers such as Bewear and Cobalion benefit from this too. (I don't think this adds too much value to the spotlight) Zarude can form a Volturn core with Toxtricity and beats most of Toxtricity's switch-ins. (it's more like that the other way around, tox beating zarude's counters togekiss, weezing-g, and cobalion. so reverse it and say how tox appreciates zarude getting it in safely and how tox takes advantage of zarude's checks and counters.) Hazard removal from Pokemon like Volcanion Togekiss and Noivern let Toxtricity pivot more freely as well.

"While its Speed tier" (you forgot to implement that)
