Fake Out doesn't flinch due to Shield Dust, unfortunately. Also Venomoth should be quite a bit faster because of Quiver Dance, right?

Quiver Dance was used Action 1 of the round.
This move locks its changed stat for the round if its last use in the round is not Action One.

However, I have changed the fake out so that it did not flinch and your infernape lost health.
