Tsareena's Queenly Majesty allows it to protect allies from priority attacks, and its solid 120 Attack and respectable movepool allow it to provide good damage output. Power Whip is Tsareena's main STAB move, allowing it to OHKO Kyogre and Tapu Fini and 2HKO Calyrex-S and Xerneas. U-turn, paired with Tsareena's relatively slow Speed can grant safe switches for Restricted partners like Kyogre and Groudon . High Jump Kick hits Stakataka, Incineroar and Urshifu-S and Triple Axel threatens Landorus, Tornadus, Rillaboom and Whimsicott. The given EV spread, paired with Assault Vest allows Tsareena to survive a Moonblast from Modest +2 Xerneas. Kyogre makes a great ally to Tsareena, setting up the rain so Fire-types like Incineroar can't OHKO it, while Tsareena shuts down Grassy Glide from Rillaboom and Eerie Impulse from Thundurus, as well as checking Regieleki. Tsareena also pairs well with Lunala and Calyrex-S, as it protects them from Sucker Punch and Shadow Sneak from threats like Urshifu-S and Aegislash. Tsareena also pairs nicely with Incineroar and Regieleki, as it covers their weaknesses to Water- and Ground-types and forms a nice pivoting core.

Tsareena's Queenly Majesty allows it to protect allies from priority attacks, while also providing good damage output with her moves. Power Whip is its main STAB, allowing it to hit hard (who does PW hit? you should add mentions, definitely Kyogre and someone else). Tsareena will also carry U-turn, paired with its slow Speed will allow more safe switches Tsareena usually runs U-turn, as its low Speed allows to provide safer switches for allies such as Kyogre and Zacian-C. High Jump Kick for hitting Stakataka and Urshifu-S and Triple Axel, to threaten Pokémon like Landorus, Tornadus, Rillaboom and Whimsicott With High Jump Kick Tsareena can hit both Stakataka and Urshifu-S for supereffective damage while Triple Axel is able to OHKO Landorus and bypass Whimsicott's and Tornadus's Focus Sash. Due to the mass use of Rillaboom, some players will choose to run Grassy Glide, but to use it reliably you need your own Rillaboom (you never run both Tsareena and Rillaboom, so let's scrap this sentence entirely). The Assault Vest, paired with its special bulk, makes so it can survive a +2 Moonblast from Modest +2 Xerneas. Some players will also run a A set with Sitrus Berry with and Helping Hand or Taunt can be used to support the team, although the lack of special bulk the Special Defense boost given by Assault Vest makes it really frail and can get OHKOd more easily.

Kyogre makes a great ally to partner for Tsareena, setting up the rain so Pokémon like Incineroar can't OHKO it, while Tsareena shuts down Grassy Glide from Rillaboom and Eerie Impulse from Thundurus, while also resisting Regieleki. Lunala and Calyrex-S are other good partners, being protected from Sucker Punch and Shadow Sneak from theats like Urshifu-S and Aegislash. As for non-restricteds, players will often pair Tsareena together with Regieleki and Incineroar for covering their weaknessess well. Although Tsareena is a great support, some players will opt for Rillaboom as their Grass-type, since Tsareena's lack of Speed and lack of Fake Out pressure can jeopardize certain compositions.
