Tsareena (F) @ Heavy-Duty Boots / Protective Pads
Ability: Queenly Majesty
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Power Whip
- Knock Off
- Rapid Spin
- U-turn / Synthesis

If you need a good mix of offense, utility, and entry hazard removal, then you need Tsareena. As an offensive threat, Tsareena is perfect for forcing out vulnerable targets like Vaporeon, Quagsire, and Diancie, which in turn creates opportunities to use Rapid Spin. Knock Off offers not only utility in punishing switch-ins like Talonflame, but also coverage against spinblockers like Decidueye and Dhelmise. Offensive teams will often rely on Tsareena as a U-turn pivot to preserve momentum, but Synthesis is a less aggressive, more sustainable option as well. Protective Pads patches up Tsareena’s vulnerability to Flame Body Talonflame, but since Tsareena often switches into Toxic and Scald, clerical support from Vaporeon and Sylveon is often warranted regardless of the item. Tsareena fits well with additional pivots like Silvally-Ground and Talonflame, as they are able to get Tsareena in safely versus Water- and Ground-types. Rock-types like Stakataka and Aerodactyl deal with threats like Salazzle, Talonflame, and Xatu; in turn, Tsareena's Knock Off support makes it more rewarding for Stakataka to set Stealth Rock and helps enable Aerodactyl to clean late-game.

Knock Off offers not only utility in punishing switch-ins like Talonflame, but also coverage for deterring spinblockers like Decidueye and Dhelmise. Offensive teams will often rely on Tsareena as a U-turn pivot to perserve momentum, but Synthesis is a less-aggressive, more-sustainable option to try as well. Scald and Flame Body burns are concern, as well as Toxic from Ground-types, which is why clerical support from Vaporeon and Sylveon is often warranted. Tsareena fits well with additional pivots like Silvally-Ground and Talonflame as these two are able to get Tsareena in safely versus Water- and Ground-types. Pads should be slashed imo. Talonflame almost always switches in on it and also helps vs plume, rocky helmet mons
