Shamrock comes from Kanto, where he was born in breeding grounds for starter Pokémon along with many other Bulbasaurs. When he heard that he would have to become somebody's starter, he ran away from Kanto and made his way to the UK, where he hoped to find Ireland's famous grass-covered hills. Instead, he somehow ended up building bombs for the Irish Republican Army. Shamrock eventually decided that terrorism wasn't his thing and left Ireland. He was eventually found by a Pokémon proffessor, who introduced him to Silver knowing Shamrock's hatred of kids. Shamrock may or may not be hiding from MI6 at the moment.

I believe Greninja should use HP on A2 as well, due to the sub? I guess I'll order anyways, just in case I'm wrong

30% flinch chance IMO. Those happen MUCH more often than 20% chances for some reason.
