This Pokemon's body can harness the heat from a burn into internal energy, fueling its mental capabilities.

The Pokemon is able to bounce one layer of an entry hazard back from their side of the field to the other side with their immense strength and intuition.

I made a mistake...

Vulpix is now not allowed to enter in Beginner Battles due to it having full AC and full EC...

Beginner Battle (Updated May 27, 2011): This is a type of battle that allows trainers to avoid conflict with the more stronger trainers. The following rules apply to beginner battles and the Pokemon able to be used in them.
1. Pokemon must be able to evolve
2. Pokemon with 4 rarity cannot be used.
3. Rarity Cost of Pokemon on one side of the field cannot exceed # of Pokemon + 3
4. 1 Rarity is added to the rarity of a 2nd stage Pokemon in a 3 stage line.
5. A Pokemon with full EC or full DC cannot be used in a Beginner Battle.

So the possible solutions are

1) I change this battle from 2v2 Beginner to Simple 2v2 where Vulpix can use his HA...
2) YellowAdminSilver changes his Pokemon... (TSRD can also change if he wants...)
3) I change to Simple 2v2 and I add another rule where HA are banned...

Both decide and tell me...
 
Sorry, I didn't even consider that Vulpix was maxed out.
We can just make it a straight 2v2 with the same mons if Yellow wants or we can change mons (though we'd still need to change the game format either way).

So yeah, I'd don't have the deepest pool of pokemon, so I'd say same teams. I'm not opposed to saying HA=Off if TSDR prefers, so yeah. Drought's fate is in your hands
 
You're more than welcome to have Drought. I'm perfectly happy having the match go forward just as it is, so since we all seem to be fine with that, I think we can continue.

Ummm Viraj I think Deneb's ability should be Storm Drain instead of Flare Boost, since he hasn't unlocked his HA, and on A3 Bubblebeam's BAP is 7 instead of 9 because there's no Flare Boost boost
