really just means "Banlist is standard OU banlist, plus Shedinja".
Edit: But seriously though, it should be changed so that having an equal boost and decrease in a stat puts you back at your original stat, not at a .9375x multiplier. Or, you could use reciprocals properly which would result in Pokémon actually not being made worse in terms of stats overall.
