Justification/Niche: Bulky rain setter. 110 / 110 / 110 bulk with reliable recovery is solid, and it also gets Encore and Roar which can be used to deter set-up attackers and opposing bulky Pokemon. However, Water/Ice isn’t a great defensive typing, it can be fairly passive, and it is very slow.

Swift Swim can be used on rain teams, which also boosts Aqua Jet’s power. Water Veil is usually overlooked for better abilities but prevents burn status from ruining its sweep. Floatzel has high speed and good attack but a shallw movepool that makes it quite predictable.
