This is my first time doing a RMT, so I apologize in advance if I'm missing anything. Also, I am a fairly good competitive battler with a decent team, but one thing I struggle with the most are tanks/walls. Thanks in advance!

Mewtwo @ Mewtwonite-X
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk/4 HP/ 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
-Psycho Cut
-Poison Jab/ Earthquake
-Stone Edge
-Brick Break

Mewtwo is my lead Pokemon 100% of them time. With the highest Atk stat in the game along with having a great coverage with the current moveset, it is a formidable foe. Also with the invested 252 Spe it will usually go first, and sweep entire teams before any Pokemon can attack (I have done this before). Sadly I do not have a Mewtwo with better moves, i.e. Drain Punch, Zen Headbutt, so it is not at its full potential.

Xavier (Xerneas) @ Pixie Plate
Ability: Fairy Aura
EVs: 79 HP/ 133 Atk/ 67 Def/ 58 SpA/ 72 SpD/ 101 Spd
Modest Nature
-Moonblast
-Geomancy
-Horn Leech
-Psychic

With the current EV spread this turns Xavier to a all round decent Pokemon that can do massive amounts of damage with ease. And yes, I know what your thinking "Xerneas + Geomancy = Powerherb...WTF RAIN!" Well let me put it this way, If you use Moonblast (95) + STAB (50%) + Fairy Aura (33.3%) + Pixie Plate (20%) = 192/193 power move. That's without the SpA bonus. With this there is no need to use Geomancy (I don't know why I have it), and on top of that most people wont expect a Moonblast on the first turn.

Metagross @ Assault Vest
Ability: Clear Body
EVs 252 HP/4 Def/ 252 Atk
Adamant Nature
-Meteor Mash
-Earthquake
-Hammer Arm
-Zen Headbutt

My one and only defensive wall-ish Pokemon. With the high Hp Attack it can soak up hits then dish them out. The only problem is that he is my only defensive typed Pokemon, so when he dies I have nothing else that can take a hit. Also anything with dark/ghost will 3HKO-2HKO Metagross which is a bit of a problem, especially because I use Metagross late game; by then my main ghost/dark counters (Greninja and Arceus) are dead.

Greninja @ Lifeorb
Ability: Protean
EVs: 252 SpA /4 HP/ 252 Spe
Mild Nature
-Ice Beam
-Spikes
-Extrasensory
-Surf
I currently don't have any entry hazard Pokemon, so Greninja was the only one I could find that fit somewhat well with the rest of my team. This is the typical Greninja, except Spikes instead of Dark Pulse, nuff said.

Arceus @ Lifeorb
Ability: Multitype
EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP
Hardy Nature
-Extreme Speed
-Shadow Force
-Earthquake
-Swords Dance

A late game sweeper that can deal lots of damage quickly along with countering all typed that can resist/ deal damage to this setup. The very good 252 Atk stat along with swords dance and extreme speed can 1HKO or 2HKO most Pokemon depending upon the type. I also use Arceus Extreme Speed to finish off Pokemon with little to no HP. Since Arceus can easily fulfill just about every role a team needs, I can change him to whatever position my team is lacking.

Karma (Talonflame) @ Lifeorb/ Leftovers
Abillity: Gale Wings
EVs: 252 Atk/ 80 HP/176 Spe
Adamant Nature
-Brave Bird
-Flare Blitz
-Protect
-Willo-O-Wisp

Let me start off by saying no team needs 3 Pokemon with Lifeorbs, and technically there shouldn't even be two, but I mostly use this team for PSS battles. On the other hand I would like Talonflame to run Lifeorb because with priority Brave Bird nothing lives, but that leads me back to my main point that no team needs 3 Pokemon that hold Lifeorbs. Even if I did give Talonflame the Lifeorb, what Pokemon
would I take it from? For battling I use Talonflame as a last ditch sweeper and try to lure Talonflame checks out before she is pulled into battle. The reason I use Talonflame as a last resort is so that most big tanks/walls that could withstand a Brave Bird are dead, and when she KOS the last 1/2 Pokemon I win.

Overall I feel this is a sold team but there are a few Pokemon that get me every time:

-Defensive Nasty Plot Togekiss
-Support Mega Scizor
-Choice Scarf Rotom-W
-Blissey
-Shuckle

Thanks for reading, it took be about a hour and a half to finish! BTW My girl Karma is a beast!

Sorry what did I just read in the threatlist?

edit as real rate tomorrow

EDIT:

Hey rainbooze,

I am having trouble discerning whether or not this is a serious team, as certain red flags are throwing me off (Xerneas set, threatlist, etc.) but nevertheless, here is your rate. This team struggles with a lot of common offensive threats in the meta, such as Kyogre, Ekiller, Ho-Oh, Zekrom, Yveltal and Palkia to a certain extent, etc. The team is also pretty weak to stall, mostly thanks to a lack of taunt on MMX, and a lack of hazard control is really hindering the teams overall performance. This is not really very good, and there is enough issues that the team has that I probably can't fix the team in a change or two.

However, what I can do is give you some advice for the next time you build a team. You have the right idea with Metagross- a pokemon that can check a top tier threat while still contributing to the team otherwise. Metagross itself is kinda meh at what it does, but it's the right concept, if that makes sense. As you continue to play and get more comfortable with the Ubers meta, you will notice that certain pokemon that are great in OU, such as Greninja and Talonflame, have little use in Ubers, and are rarely seen, arguably lacking any notable niche at all.

OPTIMIZATION:

There is a lot of stuff here. I'm going to do this a bit differently than normal.

Mewtwo @ Mewtwonite-X
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Jolly / Naive Nature
- Low Kick
- Taunt
- Earthquake / Zen Headbutt
- Ice Beam / Stone Edge

Xerneas @ Power Herb
Ability: Fairy Aura
EVs: 104 HP / 32 Def / 252 SAtk / 120 Spd or 104 HP / 28 Def / 252 SAtk / 124 Spd if HP Fire
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Geomancy
- Moonblast
- Thunder
- Focus Blast / Hidden Power Fire / Substitute

K I give up with this method

Metagross- not to familiar with this mon, but its moves should be Meteor Mash / Bullet Punch / Pursuit / x

Greninja- Hydro Pump > Surf, its much stronger, run a Timid Nature.

Arceus- Jolly Nature, 4 Def > 4 HP, Shadow Claw > Shadow Force

Talonflame- just run a standard CB set.

Good luck!

Thank you very much for the feedback, as it is greatly appreciated. I will take these things all into account and make them apart of my team; except for the Mewtwo moveset. Due to the fact that Zen Headbutt and Low Kick are BW2 tutor moves Mewtwo cannot learn them. Also this is mostly a PSS battle team that destroys most other teams with ease, but if I do get in to real competitive battles I will completely rework the team. Thank you agin for the help!

EDIT: Would a Landorus-T work? He seems to have little weaknesses along with fairly good attack. He could replace metagross as a Stealth Rocker and turn into a tank/staller.

Landorus-T @ Leftovers
Abillity: Intimidate
Jolly Nature
200 HP/252 Att/52 Def
-Stealth Rock
-Toxic
-Earthquake
-U-Turn/Stone Edge

Thank you again

Oh. I saw the PSS, but I actually thought you mistyped and meant PS. Oops.
