Choice Specs Kyogre is a terrifying wallbreaker in Ubers, as its Water Spout is able to 2HKO Ferrothorn and even Blissey after Stealth Rock. If Kyogre finds itself low on HP, it can make use of Origin Pulse instead. Ice Beam hits Eternatus, Zarude, and Zekrom, while Thunder hits opposing Kyogre and potentially paralyzes switch-ins such as Eternatus and Palkia. Kyogre fits well with partners such as Marshadow and Yveltal, which are able to overwhelm shared checks. Marshadow KOes Blissey and Ferrothorn and weakens a shared check in Eternatus, while Yveltal can take care of Lunala and Blissey, remove Eternatus's item with Knock Off, and act as a pivot for Kyogre. Swords Dance or Thunder Wave Groudon helps Kyogre break through Eternatus and Blissey and benefits from Kyogre threatening Zygarde-C. Necrozma-DM also pairs well, as it helps mitigate Kyogre's middling Speed tier with Thunder Wave. Landorus-T is also appreciated, as it checks Groudon and is able to bring Kyogre in safely with U-turn. In return, Kyogre pressures bulky threats such as Zygarde-C and Buzzwole.

since you talk about water spout then origin pulse then ice beam and then thunder, you should change the move order on this set

Choice Specs Kyogre is a terrifying wallbreaker in Ubers with its strongest Water-type STAB Water Spout able to 2HKO Ferrothorn, and even (I think its worth emphasising) Blissey after Stealth Rocks with its strongest Water-type STAB Water Spout.

If Kyogre finds itself on low HP, (comma) it can make use of its secondary Water-type STAB in Origin Pulse. Ice Beam hits Zekrom, Eternatus, Ferrothorn origin pulse does more damage to ferro, Zarude and Zekrom (I just put it in order of importance) preventing them from switching in safely. at least neutral damage

Thunder hits opposing Kyogre for super effective damage while potentially paralyzing switchins such as Eternatus and Palkia, enabling Kyogre to more easily overwhelm them later on.

Kyogre fits well with partners which are able to overload the shared checks, (comma) such as Geomancy Xerneas (not too sure on geo xern + kyogre - xerneas can beat what you mentioned but they likely just switch out and it compounds things blissey walls) Marshadow and Yveltal. (full stop, removed comma)


The former can take care of Eternatus, Palkia, and helps with overwhelming Ferrothorn, Marshadow KOs Blissey and Ferrothorn while weakening a shared check in Eternatus whereas the latter can take care of Lunala and Blissey and can remove Eternatus' item with Knock Off - enabling Kyogre to more easily break it, while being able to act as a pivot for Kyogre.

Swords Dance or Thunder Wave Groudon is another good partner with breaking past Eternatus and Blissey, while Kyogre can take care of Zygarde-C which Groudon struggles with. Necrozma-Dusk Mane is also a great partner for it, as it is able to help Kyogres middling Speed tier with the support of (added a space here)Thunder Wave.

Landorus-T is appreciated, as it checks Groudon and is able to bring Kyogre in safely with U-turn. Landorus-T can provide Stealth Rock support to help Kyogre to wallbreak. Groudon, Landorus-T and Necrozma-DM can all provide Stealth Rock support to help break Blissey. In return Kyogre can further pressure bulky threats such as Zygarde-C and Buzzwole for it Landorus-T.
