Project Ultra SM Break This Team - WK 48 SKEs tail glow manaphy Rain (Voting)

Celesteela @ Leftovers
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 248 HP / 104 Def / 156 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Heavy Slam
- Flamethrower
- Leech Seed
- Protect

Not much on this team can really touch Steela outside of multiple crits; since Gliscor isn't running Knock Off or Sub, Latias isn't running CM and TTar isn't running DD, a Band or a Fire move, she can KO or stall out every member 1 v 1. It just might take a while. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

+2 0 Atk Gliscor Facade (140 BP) vs. 248 HP / 104+ Def Celesteela: 77-91 (19.3 - 22.9%) -- possibly the worst move ever
+6 0 Atk Gliscor Facade (140 BP) vs. 248 HP / 104+ Def Celesteela: 154-181 (38.7 - 45.5%) -- 1.4% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery and Leech Seed recovery
0 Atk Celesteela Heavy Slam (120 BP) vs. 244 HP / 44 Def Gliscor: 103-123 (29.2 - 34.9%) -- 10.6% chance to 3HKO after Leech Seed damage and Poison Heal

0 SpA Latias-Mega Hidden Power Fire vs. 248 HP / 156 SpD Celesteela: 100-118 (25.1 - 29.7%) -- possible 7HKO after Leftovers recovery and Leech Seed recovery
0 Atk Celesteela Heavy Slam (120 BP) vs. 248 HP / 8 Def Latias-Mega: 111-132 (30.5 - 36.3%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leech Seed damage

252 Atk Tyranitar Stone Edge vs. 248 HP / 104+ Def Celesteela: 135-159 (34 - 40%) -- 24.8% chance to 4HKO after Leftovers recovery and Leech Seed recovery
0 Atk Celesteela Heavy Slam (100 BP) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Tyranitar: 204-240 (59.8 - 70.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leech Seed damage

... And the other three have even less of a chance.

Alolan-Marowak can OHKO everything at +2 and outspeeds everything under Trick Room. There's no priority on the team, so all they can do is sack shit until Trick Room ends. It lives Pursuit from full, so Trapping isn't enough. Magearna can put in work as well, but it's mostly here to set Trick Room. Any setter would work, since Alolan-Marowak is doing the heavy lifting.

Celesteela cuz nothing on the team can touch it. You need hazards to prevent them from just switching to pp stall

CM Zam cuz the only things on the team that aren't set-up fodder get one shot

I vote for mega mawile and Mega alakazam

The team has no reliable switch ins for either and need to play aggresivly against both to prevent a sweep. Mawile beats everything save for gliscor assuming its taken damage and If ala gets to +1 then the same thing happens. The other nominations while good have some albiet limited options for counterplay that these 2 simply lack when I see them at preview

M-Mawile. This mon destroys most balances especially if they lack Heatran, and this team is no exception.

CM Zam. Every other threat can be played around. The matchup with Zam is dependent on hax in favor of the user of the team. Strong case for the TR core to but Zam is the easier pick.

cm alakazam honestly has no reliable counterplay whatsoever, but at the same time, neither does celesteela. I think that zam has the better matchup versus the team, especially considering that celesteela can be easily pp stalled by shuffling around with gliscor, toxapex and latias quite easily while the team relies on alakazam to either not be boosted or to hope that focus blast misses. So naturally, my vote belongs to alakazam

By borrowing another team and breaking there works for my own benefit. Explanation:
[/Hide]This team utilities Curse Mega Scizor, a great option which has been rising lately and has a really good match-up with all the cheese infesting the ladder during OLT, (as its OLT at the time i am posting this) This is a Volt-Turn Team with powerful breakers such as Banded Tyranitar & Steelium-Z Heatran which can break down balance teams which are also very common at the moment. Pretty much the Idea is to use Volt-turn to weaken opposing teams until you can use a breaker like bulu or tran to punch through there walls or Clean up with Mega Zor who doubles as speed control.

Bulu Once again shows its versatility with its SPD SD set thatcan handle crap like Ash ninja while Reaching insane levels of power. Heatran is the main stallbreaker and rocker carrying steelium + Flash cannon instead of Tuant so as not to turned into Set up bait T-wave clefables or other fairies attempting to capitalise on meta trends. Cb Tryantier Traps the Latis and chunks on stall teams while Curse Zor acts as the main Win-con. Should be noted that Scizor is really good right now. Landourous acts as a revenge killer, De-fogger and further speed control While Shuca Koko rounds out the team.
Original Post

Thats the team. I wish you all good-luck this week breaking the team. Happy nominations

HP Fire Mega Latios can come in on Lando, Tran, and Koko and can smash this whole team with HP Fire, Psychic, and Earthquake. However, Tyranitar + Bulu can still prove to be a problem as Grassy Terrain weakens Earthquake. U-Turn Scizor and Steelium Z Heatran can also be a problem. To remedy this, Toxapex can deal with both Heatan and Scizor and can lay down Toxic Spikes to cripple Tyranitar.

Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 Spe

This Kartana set is one of the few physical Pokémon who can set up and win most of the time vs Curse M-Scizor. Moreover, it can take almost any hit from the team (bar crits), can heal itself with synthesis, and sweep after beast boost.

Greninja @ Waterium Z
Ability: Protean
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Spikes
- Hydro Pump
- Gunk Shot
- Hidden Power Fire

Water/Poison/Fire coverage Protean Gren has a chance to OHKO 5/6 of this team, and outspeeds 4/6 of it. The 2/6 it can't outspeed, Koko and Lando, have trouble switching in, and will have to predict or try to revenge kill. The only serious problem is the possibility of missing. Hydro Vortex usually OHKOs Ttar.
252 SpA Greninja Hydro Pump vs. 0 HP / 6 SpD Heatran: 290-344 (89.7 - 106.5%) -- 43.8% chance to OHKO
252 SpA Greninja Hydro Pump vs. 0 HP / 0- SpD Landorus-Therian: 410-486 (128.5 - 152.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 SpA Protean Greninja Hidden Power Fire vs. 248 HP / 148 SpD Scizor-Mega: 292-348 (85.1 - 101.4%) -- 6.3% chance to OHKO
4 Atk Protean Greninja Gunk Shot vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Tapu Bulu: 444-528 (129.4 - 153.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO
4 Atk Protean Greninja Gunk Shot vs. 104 HP / 12 Def Tapu Koko: 282-332 (91.8 - 108.1%) -- 50% chance to OHKO
252 SpA Greninja Hydro Pump vs. 0 HP / 56 SpD Tyranitar in Sand: 194-230 (56.8 - 67.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 SpA Greninja Hydro Vortex (185 BP) vs. 0 HP / 56 SpD Tyranitar in Sand: 324-384 (95 - 112.6%) -- 68.8% chance to OHKO
While Gren can threaten the whole team on paper, there aren't many moves it actually likes coming in on, so the matchup is better with some sort of pivot move to get it in, or something that lets you make profitable doubles. Clefable is notable for baiting in Heatran and Mega Scizor, settings rocks to make the KOs reliable, and maybe passing Wishes to Gren in case it gets low. Switch-ins to Koko and Lando are desirable, since those outspeed; Tangrowth, Mega Latios, and Gliscor come to mind as soft checks to the pair.

Gren doesn't need Spikes to break this team, but they're just nice to have in general.

Volcarona @ Buginium Z
Timid Nature
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
- Quiver Dance
- Fire Blast
- Bug Buzz
- Hidden Power Ground

Volcarona basically wins from preview as long as it has HP ground. Bug Z is there to ensure the OHKO on TTar and is probably the best Z move to use but +1 bug buzz already does 84-99% to this TTar so u could even be funny and run Firium Z for an insane, accurate nuke, as long as u can get some chip damage on TTar (sack a lati and EQ/surf on it or something). Volcarona just needs to come in safely on bulu or HP ice locked lando and it's gg. If u don't have rocks on u side u can also safely set up on anything except TTar since u survive a hit from every member plus the bullet punch from scizor.

Very well built team overall, but the only option this team has here is to keep rocks up, never KO something with lando's HP ice, not letting bulu in for more than one turn and predicting the volcarona double switch into bulu.

Gyarados @ Flyinium Z
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Bounce
- Waterfall
- Taunt

Here's something that I've seen a bit more recently, Flyinium Z Gyarados can setup on Heatran and choice locked Landorus and proceed to snowball through the team. Z-Bounce bops Tapu Bulu, Taunt prevents M-Scizor from cursing or Roosting and turns it into setup fodder. The only issue is you need chip damage on Tapu Koko before +1 Waterfall kills, although if you DD as they go to Bulu then Z-Fly to get Moxie you pretty much win from there.

+1 252 Atk Gyarados Supersonic Skystrike (160 BP) vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Tapu Bulu: 678-798 (197.6 - 232.6%)

+1 252 Atk Gyarados Waterfall vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Tyranitar: 354-416 (103.8 - 121.9%)

+1 252 Atk Gyarados Waterfall vs. 104 HP / 12 Def Tapu Koko: 216-255 (70.3 - 83%)

Charizard @ Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Roost
- Flare Blitz
- Earthquake

Any fire type sweeper that beats Heatran is able to blow massive holes in this team, including Zard X. It can come in on pretty much anything bulu does, has a guaranteed safe switch on heatran and lando pre-mega, and after a boost everything on the team is OHKO'd or 2HKO'd by Flare Blitz or Earthquake. The only real counterplay is repeatedly intimidating it with lando, and having grassy terrain up with a healthy ttar on the field, both of which can be played around.
