Added Moves: Erm... What?
Abilities: Ultra Protean: Protean + Adaptability + Tinted Leens + Scrappy + Dazzle
Appearance: When entered the Ultra Space, Smeargle wanted to paint the things it saw, because they were unusual. However, the material it found to paint mutated it's tail as soon as it was touched. Has 18 tails with their tips one representing each type. Uses now a dazzling black visor that hides it's 36 eyes
Possible moveset(s): There are at the least 100 possible movesets with this thing lol

1881 was the year Picasso was born so I reflected that in the attack stats and UB Number

You fucking monster

Electrode (UB 101: Host)
New Typing:

New Stats: (Ball Form) 73/43/127/43/127/157, (Mole Form) 73/127/47/127/47/149
New Ability: Ball Break (When an attack move would have normally knocked out this pokemon, it holds on to 1 HP and converts to Mole Form. This pokemon stays in Mole Form for the rest of the battle.)
Removed Moves: All electric, steel, and psychic type moves but Thunder Wave.
New Moves: Attack Order, Defend Order, Heal Order, Infestation, Bug Buzz, U-Turn, Earth Power, Drill Run, Spikes, Rapid Spin, Dark Pulse, Switcheroo, Memento, Topsy Turvy, Parasitic Leech*.
Parasitic Leech: Clone of Leech Life that also boosts one of it's stats based on the opponent's highest one.
Appearance: After a few Electrode entered Ultra Space, they were quickly attacked by these odd, parasitic moles, who stole their bodies for protection. These moles lack arms, and legs, instead walking on their nose tentacles and having great psychic powers. Hiding in the possessed Electrodes (which lack a face), they can either roll around in them or attack through an hole in the top. When out of the armor, the mole is frail but can fully utilize it's attack power.
Competitive Analysis: Bulky supportive pokemon with the ability to cripple foes with Thunder Wave, Taunt, and Topsy Turvy, as well as manipulate entry hazards with Spikes and Rapid Spin. With it's great speed, recovery, and ability to pivot UB 101 makes an annoying support pokemon. In addition, it's ability essentially gives it a free Focus Sash, and gives it an opportunity to deal solid damage. This is where Parasitic Leech shines, as it can earn it free stat boosts while revenge killing foes with it's still great speed. However, this pokemon has a severe case of four moveslot syndrome, with wanting to have useful moves in both Ball and Mole Form. In addition, it's defencive typing means it has many exploitable weaknesses against common types.

I will save you all from UB 1881 Picasso

I would be OK with this if it wasn't for that Ability.

Also, who gets the tiebreaker votes for Minior and Lunatone?

Electrode (UB 101: Graviton)
New Stats:
61 / 101 / 83 / 101 / 43 / 181 - 570 BST; Weight Updated to 5250kg
New Typing: Electric / Steel
New Moves:
Heavy Slam, Magnet Bomb, Heat Crash; Flash Cannon, Mirror Shot, Overheat; Ion Deluge, Autotomize, Work Up, Gravity
Removed Moves: None
Ability: Adaptability
Appearance: After entering Ultra Space, Electrode began absorbing the energy there as it normally does. Energy in Ultra Space is incredibly dense but also incredibly powerful, leading Electrode to become similar to a living Dyson Sphere, containing immense mass and energy. So much energy that Electrode is basically a living star, and can flare off massive amounts of heat energy in addition to its usual electricity! Electrode is now fully metallic, segmented into a lighter Cobalt-colored top half and a pure black (except for its massive bright smile, which it retains) lower half.
Competitive Analysis: With off the charts speed and Adaptability boosting Heavy Slam to 240 Base Power on every target (Electrode is 5 times heavier than even Primal Groudon), this is one Thunderball you don't want to mess with! Adaptability also boosts Electrode's Electro Ball, which after Aututomize hits nearly every target but the fastest for 300 Base Power. Alternatively, Work Up boosts both of Electrode's offenses, allowing it to power through tougher targets. It's dense, it's fast, and it's a Life Orb sweeper that you need good priority to put an end to.
Possible Moveset(s):
Electrode @ Life Orb
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Heavy Slam
- Heat Crash
- Electro Ball
- Work Up / Autotomize

Name:
Muk (UB H2S, Gas Cloud)
New Stats: 103 HP / 61 Atk / 103 Def / 61 SpA / 139 SpD / 103 Spe - BST: 570
New Typing: Poison / Flying
Added Moves: Defog, Haze, Gust, Fly, Whirlwind, Toxic Spikes, Purify, Clear Smog, Destiny Bond
Abilities: Stench / Corrosion / Aftermath (HA)
Appearance: Muk was exposed to a scorching light of a dying star while entering the Ultra Space and evaporated. He's now a gas cloud. The cloud has a mean face and toxic rain showers down from it.
Possible moveset(s):

Muk @ Black Sludge
Ability: Corrosion
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Toxic
- Whirlwind / Haze
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

The competitive niche of UB H2S is toxic stalling. Thanks to Corrosion and it's extraordinary 103/103/139 bulk it can toxic stall almost anything. Whirlwind or Haze ensures that nothing will set up stat boosts on it.

Name: Gardevoir (UB 14, Snow White)
New Stats: 67 HP / 53 Atk / 89 Def / 127 SpA / 163 SpD / 71 Spe - BST: 570
New Typing: Grass
Added Moves: Moonlight, Leaf Storm, Grassy Terrain, Aromatherapy, Leech Seed, Giga Drain, Ingrain, Petal Dance, Petal Blizzard, Solar Beam
Abilities: Leaf Guard / Nature's Shield* (HA)
*
Nature's Shield: Pokemon with this ability resists all attacks that aren't super effective on it.
Appearance: Gardevoir landed on a green planet populated by dwarf savages. They found her lying in the forest and thought she is a goddess fallen from the sky. They made her a crown and a dress from flowers and plants.
Possible moveset(s):

Gardevoir @ Leftovers
Ability: Nature's Shield
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Will-O-Wisp / Moonlight / Heal Bell
- Giga Drain / Energy Ball
- Focus Blast / Moonblast / Thunderbolt

Thanks to the ability Nature's Shield, UB 14 has got 13 resistances. It also has a huge movepool including recovery (Moonlight, Wish, Leech Seed), status moves (Will-O-Wisp, Thunder Wave, Taunt) and some good special attacks (Giga Drain, Moonblast, Thunderbolt). The set above is a bulky Calm Mind set up sweeper.

Name: Electrode (UB .22, Bullet)
New Stats: 41 HP / 97 Atk / 41 Def / 151 SpA / 41 SpD / 199 Spe - BST: 570
New Typing: Steel
Added Moves: Bullet Punch, Fake Out, Extreme Speed, Focus Blast, Vacuum Wave, Flash Cannon, Iron Head, Smart Strike, Metal Burst
Abilities: Sniper / Flare Boost (HA)
Appearance: Electrode kept speeding through the Ultra Universe for months and then all of it's electric energy was gone. It became just a dead metal shell that destroys anything that comes in it's way.
Possible moveset(s):

Electrode @ Flame Orb
Ability: Flare Boost
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Fake Out
- Flash Cannon
- Focus Blast
- Volt Switch

Thanks to Flare Boost and it's massive SpA stat, UB .22 is the hardest hitting special attacker. Also it's one of the fastest Ultra Beasts. It has a wide array of priority attacks, but it can't really utilize them because it's Atk stat is completely outshined by it's SpA stat. Fake Out is used in the set above to safely activate Flame Orb, Flash Cannon is the only special STAB attack, Focus Blast is for coverage and Volt Switch allows it to run away while dealing good damage.

HOW ABOUT WE FIGHT A OVERPOWERED MONSTER WITH ANOTHER OVERPOWERED MONSTER!!!
Gardevoir (UB 282: Darkness)
New Typing:

New Stats: 73 / 151 / 2 / 191 / 2 / 151 (570)
New Ability: Counter Reception: When an attack of anykind hits this, it "sucks it up and spits it out". (it means it dosen't take damage and counters with 2x normal damage.) It also grants perfect accuracy on all Dark type attacks and immunity to all status and negative side effects.
Removed Moves: All Fairy moves, Sunny Day, Rain Dance.
New Moves: All Dark moves, Dark Void (now works on this Pokemon), All Attacks from Gallade, Black Hole*.
Black Hole: Clone of Magma Storm, but Dark type and damages the opponent for 1/6 damage. (1/4 damage with Binding Band)
Appearance: When Gardevoir arrived in Ultra Space, it had periled with the many foes of there. When it developed a black hole,it grown bigger and bigger. Big enough to suck everything up now. It now resembles a dark mass in the shape of it. When a foe attacks it, it sucks it up and hits back with a even harder attack.
Competitive Analysis: Oh, Hi overpowered shit. Nothing else to say, other than it has to wait for everything to die. However, Mold Breaker exists and this thing WILL die. However, in the meantime, good luck UB-36 Stall, there is a new girl in town.

I'm just trying to help.

I'm not sure if being Unkillable is allowed lol

On the other hand tho, I love how broken the custom habilities are.

Name: UB 354: Vessel
New Stats: Unpossessed Form: 127 / 79 / 79 / 79 / 79 / 127
Warrior Form: 127 / 127 / 31 / 127 / 31 / 127
Trickster Form: 127 / 31 / 127 / 31 / 127 / 127
New Typing: Unpossessed Form: Ghost / Normal
Warrior Form: Ghost / Fighting
Trickster Form: Ghost / Dark
Ability: Possession: After it's first turn in battle, it will be possessed and will transform to either it's Warrior form if it has more attacking moves than status moves, or it's Trickster form if the opposite is true. If the amount of status and attacking moves are even, it will remain in it's Unposessed form. These changes will remain even after switching out.
Added Moves: Brick Break, Drain Punch, Aura Sphere, Focus Blast, Power-Up Punch, Swords Dance, Agility, Hone Claws, Night Slash, Foul Play, Topsy-Turvy, Gravity, Perish Song, Yawn, Hyper Voice
Flavor: Upon entering Ultra Space, the spirit possessing Banette was forced out of the doll. Though it now has no mind of it's own, the doll seems to have gained sentience, as it can follow orders, though noting else. The nature of UB Vessel allows it to be easily taken advantage of by spirits attempting to return to earth.
Competitive: Banette's new forms strattle the line between versatile and limited, due to how it's form changing works. Being forced to wait a turn is a bit of a detriment, as is the restrictions on moves, but it makes up for those restrictions with it's stats and typing. Each form possessing a good typing, and at least decent stats. The fact that you can't tell what it's going to do on the first turn it's on the field could end up being crucial.
Warrior form is a great sweeper, able to hit every pokemon in the game neutrally with it's stabs, and having good attacking and speed stats to back it up. It can also use the turn in unposessed form to more safely set up.
Trickster form is an incredible defensive wall with only one weakness, and high defensive and speed stats. Having to wait a turn for this form to kick in could be a problem though.
Unposessed form has a very interesting typing, but mostly underwhelming stats. It could possibly serve as a niche defensive wall though. It's need for two attcking moves may hinder that role though.

Might do more later.

Electrode (UB-728: UFO)
New Typing:
Electric / Steel
Stats: 101 / 107 / 73 / 109 / 67 / 113
Abilities: Levitate
Removed Moves: Facade.
Added Moves: Flash Cannon, Zap Cannon.

I was only going to submit the one, but then this came to me:

Name: Gardevoir (UB 282, Black Knight)
New Stats: 83 HP / 127 Atk / 79 Def / 97 SpA / 71 SpD / 113 Spe - BST: 570
New Typing: Dark / Fairy
Added Moves:
Night Slash, Knock Off, Punishment, Pursuit, Play Rough, Drain Punch, Horn Leech; Dark Pulse, Giga Drain; Dark Void, Hone Claws, Swords Dance, Yawn
Abilities: Triage
Appearance: Time is Ultra Space began warping Gardevoir's mind. In order to defend itself from the darkness, it abandoned its soothing nature and turned its willingness to heal and protect allies into a lust for battle, specifically quick action to drain the health of opponents and add to its own. To fight the darkness that surrounded it, Gardevoir embraced darkness for itself. It also modified its white flowing garment to a more rigid, black battle dress and extended its chest guard into a helmet that tapirs to points behind the ears.
Competitive Analysis: Triage gives priority to any move with a healing effect, including draining moves, so Draining Kiss, Dream Eater, and its new Fighting and Grass type draining moves all get a boost. Gardevoir uses a combination of good speed and attack strength, as well as powerful priority to keep opponents in check.
Possible moveset(s):

Gardevoir @ Life Orb
Ability: Triage
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Swords Dance
- Play Rough
- Drain Punch
- Knock Off

Gardevoir @ Leftovers

UB-089 Meltdown (Muk)
Base Stats: 149/97/149/43/127/5 (570)
Type: Poison/Steel
Ability: Radioactive - Any Pokémon that spends a total of three turns on the field with this Pokémon becomes badly poisoned regardless of type or Ability. (HA: Dense Smoke - Eliminates all stat changes when entering battle. If this Ability is obtained during battle, such as via Trace or Role Play, it activates immediately upon being obtained.)
Removed Moves: Mega Drain, Giga Drain
Added Moves: Iron Head, Flash Cannon, Gyro Ball, Stealth Rock, Meteor Mash, Magnet Rise, Lava Plume
Description: Several decades ago, opening Ultra Wormholes was not feasible for most because of the enormous amount of energy it requires. However, nuclear power plants could generate more than enough energy to keep an Ultra Wormhole constantly open. When this was discovered, the world's nuclear power plants began disposing of all of their radioactive waste on an uninhabited planet, considering it both harmless and a good solution to the problem of where to put all their waste. One power plant even decided to expand into Ultra Space, clearing out an area by having Muk eat the radioactive waste and building a reactor there. Unfortunately, a meteor hit the planet close enough to the power plant to cause the reactor to go critical, and the catastrophic meltdown that resulted led to the decline of nuclear power and subsequent rise of Infinity Energy as a renewable resource, as well as widespread public backlash against the opening of Ultra Wormholes. However, the Muk that were used to clean up the radioactive waste not only survived but thrived under these harsh conditions. They fed off of the corium created by the meltdown, causing them to emit heat and radiation. These Muk are bright green and exude a green glow, with scraps of radioactive metal sticking out of their bodies seemingly at random. They can control how much radiation they emit, so they are usually not too dangerous as long as they are at least five feet away, but when angered they can emit up to 10,000 roentgens per second of radiation, enough to be fatal in seconds.
Justification: Based on corium, an extremely radioactive lava-like material made of reactor fuel and various other materials and formed during and after a nuclear meltdown, as well as popular depictions of radioactive waste (glowing green ooze). The incident that led to the meltdown draws parallels to real-life nuclear disasters—the circumstances under which it happened (a meteor strike causing seismic activity) mirror the earthquake and tsunami that caused the Fukushima Daiichi disaster, and the public backlash following the meltdown is a reference to the decline of nuclear power following the meltdowns at Chernobyl and Three Mile Island. I threw in Infinity Energy too because a bit of worldbuilding and headcanon insertion never hurt.
Competitive Analysis: Its bulk and good defensive typing allows it to survive against many strong threats, while its access to Gunk Shot, Knock Off, Fire Punch and a powerful STAB Gyro Ball lets it dish out good amounts of damage. Magnet Rise lets it eliminate its glaring Ground weakness, and Stealth Rock gives it some support capability. Radioactive is great for a stallbreaker set with Taunt and maybe Block, as it can badly poison Steel- and Poison-types, including the terrifying UB-036 Stall. Dense Smoke is good for completely ruining setup sweeps, especially those dependent on Z-Moves or disposable items (Porygon-Z, Xerneas, Belly Drum).

Possible Movesets:
Stallbreaker
Muk-UB @ Leftovers
Ability: Radioactive
EVs: 252 HP / 248 Def / 8 SpD
Impish Nature
-Taunt
-Protect
-Block/Substitute
-Knock Off

Bulky Physical Attacker
Muk-UB @ Assault Vest

EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Brave Nature
IVs: 0 Spe

-Fire Punch/Ice Punch

UB-282 Seraph (Gardevoir)
Base Stats: 67/5/67/167/127/137 (570)
Type: Fairy/Fire
Ability: Radiant Energy - Whenever this Pokémon drops below 50% HP, it gains a +1 boost to every stat. (HA: Serene Grace)
Removed Moves: All Dark and Ghost-type moves, Rain Dance, Magical Leaf, Grass Knot
Added Moves: Fiery Dance, Roost, Air Slash, Defog, Flamethrower, Heat Wave, Fire Blast, Barrier, Solar Beam, Psystrike, Hyperspace Hole, Light of Ruin
Description: Gardevoir was deposited on a planet with a very strong magical aura, which it used as a training ground to make its psychic powers stronger. As a result, Gardevoir evolved into a higher form of being, a six-winged immortal angelic creature with advanced reality-altering and magical powers mostly focused on pyrokinesis. The radiant light it emits can outshine the sun and purge the soul of evil.
Justification: Based on seraphim, powerful angels with six wings and control over fire.
Competitive Analysis: Fire and Fairy STAB allows near-perfect coverage, resisted only by other Fire-types. Psystrike is great for coverage against special walls, and Air Slash, Energy Ball and Thunderbolt are also there for good type coverage. Roost is also notable because it can let Gardevoir heal back up when its HP drops below 50%, which gives it another opportunity for a +1 boost to every stat if you're running Radiant Energy. Serene Grace, on the other hand, makes Fiery Dance a very scary move and lets you be very mean with Air Slash.

Possible Movesets:
Special Sweeper
Gardevoir-UB @ Leftovers
Ability: Radiant Energy
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
-Light of Ruin
-Fiery Dance

UB-101 Tsarbomba (Electrode)
Base Stats: 67/149/5/149/43/157 (570)
Type: Steel/Fire
Ability: Mutually Assured Destruction - If this Pokémon is KO'd by an attack, the attacker faints. This Pokémon takes 33% recoil damage from every attack it uses that does not already cause recoil.
Removed Moves: None.
Added Moves: Atom Split (160 power, Normal-type, Special, 10% chance to burn, 10% chance to badly poison, hits through Substitute and Protect, ignores Abilities and type matchups, user takes 100% recoil), Flamethrower, Heat Wave, Flare Blitz, Fire Blast, Blue Flare, Fusion Flare, Fusion Bolt, Iron Head, Flash Cannon, Sunsteel Strike, Burn Up
Description: Electrode was deposited on a planet with enormous deposits of uranium ore. Incorporating these into its diet caused it to become essentially a living thermonuclear bomb. Although its outer covering is made of metal, it is very vulnerable to attacks, because they can shake the uranium inside of it, potentially causing it to detonate. They can use miniature nuclear explosions to attack or propel themselves, and often attack by launching themselves high into the air and hurtling back down, detonating on impact.
Justification: It's a literal nuke. The name is based on Tsar Bomba, the most powerful nuclear bomb to ever exist, and the name of its Ability is a reference to the Cold War, as is its function—in the Cold War, M.A.D. held that no matter whether the Americans or the Russians made the first move, the resulting nuclear war would destroy both sides, while on the Pokémon battlefield, it ensures that if Electrode goes down, so did whoever took it out, and that if the opponent goes down, Electrode takes massive damage as well.
Competitive Analysis: As the design implies, this is one hell of a nuke. Run a physical set with Flare Blitz, Wild Charge, Sunsteel Strike and Explosion, or a special set with Blue Flare, Atom Split, Flash Cannon and Volt Switch. Its Ability and horrible defenses mean it won't be able to survive for long periods of time or effectively use a Focus Sash, but they also allow it to go out with a bang if the opponent is what takes you down.

Possible Movesets:
Physical Nuke
Electrode-UB @ Choice Band/Life Orb
Ability: Mutually Assured Destruction

IVs: 0 Def, 0 SpD

UB-235 Trickster (Smeargle)
Base Stats: 79/101/79/101/79/131 (570)
Type: Normal/Ghost
Ability: Illusion (HA: Mischievous - Steals the effects of moves affected by Snatch [Mischievous is to Snatch as Magic Bounce is to Magic Coat].)
Removed Moves: None.
Added Moves: Chatter. This farce has gone on for too long.
Description: Smeargle landed in a world filled with predators, and adapted to evade them through various methods of camouflage and trickery. It can phase through walls and disguise itself as virtually anything to perform all manner of practical jokes.
Justification: It used its artistic talents to become a master of disguise. That's all I got. Also I didn't want to be predictable and give it Protean.
Competitive Analysis: Illusion coupled with its ability to use any move make Smeargle a very formidable disguise Pokémon. Unlike Zoroark, it has another Ability as well, and it's a very useful Ability to boot so your opponent will have no way of knowing if you even are running Illusion. Running it on a team with Zoroark is particularly nasty—run Night Daze on Smeargle to bait your opponent into using a Fighting move thinking it's Zoroark. Its typing gives it immunities to Ghost, Normal and Fighting, three very common offensive types, which it can take advantage of with Illusion, posing as something with a glaring Ghost or Fighting weakness like Hoopa-Confined, Aggron or Alolan Raticate (calm down, it's just an example) and using a setup move as your opponent attacks it with a move Smeargle is immune to. Its other Ability, Mischievous, allows it to get the drop on setup sweepers or stall teams by stealing the effects of setup moves and healing moves.

Possible Movesets:
Too many to list.

UB-354 Vengeance (Banette)
Base Stats: 67/167/137/5/67/127 (570)
Type: Ghost/Dark
Ability: Haunting - When this Pokémon is KO'd, the Pokémon that KO'd it is inflicted with Curse and cannot switch out. (HA: Slasher - Ghost and Dark-type moves used by this Pokémon have their critical-hit chance increased by 1.)
Removed Moves: None.
Added Moves: Shadow Force, Doom Desire, Perish Song
Description: Banette ended up on a desolate planet with nothing to keep it company but its own grudges and hatred. Years of isolation drove it mad, and it began to integrate parts of the environment into its body, turning rocks and metal into heavy armor, formidable claws and huge blades in order to be more capable of causing pain. Its thirst for revenge amplified by its years spent alone make it indiscriminately hostile towards all forms of life and extremely dangerous. It enjoys torturing its victims both physically and psychologically.
Justification: Based on classic slasher-movie antagonists such as Jason Voorhees, Freddy Krueger, Leatherface and Michael Myers.
Competitive Analysis: Its Hidden Ability makes Scope Lens an amazing item for this Pokémon, giving it access to STAB like Knock Off and Shadow Force that crit half the time. Coming off of a base 167 Attack, that's scary stuff.

Name: Gardevoir (UB Singularity)
New Stats: 71/67/151/127/113/41 (14448 pounds, 6553.5 kg)
New Typing: Ghost/Fairy
Added Moves: Recover, Shadow Claw, Phantom Force,
Abilities: Beast Boost, Event Horizon (HA. Non-contact physical moves do no damage and increase the ability-holder's defense by 1. Contact moves against the ability holder result in 1/16th of the user's HP in damage.)
Lore: Due to the strange minds of Ultra Space's native residents, Gardevoir abandoned its psychic powers in favor of its ability to create black holes. It eventually became a walking black hole of its own. While other Pokémon can resist being crushed by its incredible gravity (...I'm sorry, that gods and demons can be instakilled by a simple black hole breaks my suspension of disbelief too much), it still has incredible armor made of the matter crushed into it that protects itself against attacks. However, its incredible weight and constantly pulling itself towards its own location make it much slower. In spite of all of this, its mutations are actually much less than many others, as aside from the prior points it is almost completely the same. It does have the ability to nullify its own gravity, but only uses it to interact socially with other beings, and even then it does so rarely.
Appearance: A gigantic shadow in Gardevoir's shape, with light and matter being pulled towards it. If the shadow is dispersed (due to it activating antigravity of some kind) it becomes a Gardevoir in full-body dark grey armor (with only its eyes revealed) with rainbow... stuff shining over it.
Possible moveset(s):
Gardevoir-Singularity @ Leftovers
Ability: Event Horizon
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
