For those signing up to play NFE, council has undergone a VR slate just now, we'll very likely be doing tiering action on Combusken Electabuzz Misdreavus and Gurdurr. Results will be released by Saturday and we'll definitely have yet another shakeup of the meta. Stay tuned for more news here!

Making a quick SV NFE list of players you should look up for in the draft so you won't have a one-sided draft. I'll try and go into detail to give pros and cons to each player. And I'll update it if I or anyone else let me know if any noticeable players deserve to be mentioned.
Not sure I would join despite the bans on Electabuzz and Combusken attracts me a lot because I'm more invested in other things I guess? You'll probably see me joining at the last minute if so.
Top
Stareal - Arguably the strongest player based on the recent tours and having consistent performance in SV NFE overall. He also builds in this tier and is willing to explore uncommon things in the meta that most players aren't taking the risk of to avoid being predictable. Although he's not as brain-rotted as Ojr and me when it comes to trying to build based on specific interactions alone, they have a solid understanding of how to make good teams that any tour players can pivot with and win vs experienced NFE players. The flaw I could see is that they are willing to make experimental when it comes to later weeks, but that usually leads them to build teams that are easily torn apart by some mons they take a guess the opponent won't bring due to the teams they've brought in earlier weeks. Besides that, he'll bring the results and it's hard to see him going negative in this tournament. I'll easily see people fight for Stareal for 15k.
Pandadoux - "Retired" player signing up in an attempt to win another team tournament involved with NFE. Not sure how I could describe them besides "solid" and "bulletproof" because they're some of the best builders who not only have a deep understanding of how NFE functions but manage to build teams that cover tons of matchups, hell sometimes based on the interactions alone. If someone asked me to submit for sample teams, Pandadoux would be the first one I would mention before myself because they're that good. Pandadoux doesn't go with faults however I see them shine at best once they've nailed down how the meta works, which means they're some of the strongest in later weeks. In earlier weeks Pandadoux is prone to bring more standards, which is fine because NFE are usually played after something impactful happens to the tier. The problem is you can figure out that Pandadoux will bring the strong top tiers, controversial ones, etc. to win the earlier week. The problem is while they have the offensive synergy, they don't have the strongest grasp on dealing with defensive mon that checks both of them. E.g Boot + Frog vs mixed Eeel back in OMPL 2023. They also make more mistakes than compared to someone like Stareal which matters in the long run. Pandadoux may also be aware of the deep-rooted stuff in teambuilding, but they're not as willing to put the risk so you can take advantage of that aspect and surprise them. But besides these mistakes, I still think Panda is someone I would recommend to get on the server. Puts way too much effort into NFEPL and was one of those I saw being active as a person as well. Not that necessary, but if Pandadoux gets tired or needs a week's break, have another tour player ready as Panda's teams obviously work with most players.
Quagg - Making a recent appearance in Smogon as they took a year break from mons, it surprised me to see him joining this tournament. To make it quick and short, Quagg has played NFE since SM NFE days and has been considered at the top among likes of Friso, Xavgb, and Strap IMO in any tiers he locks into. And oh boy did he do it in NFEPL as he outbuilded me and our friendlies were slightly favoured to him winning. So he knows how the tier works and I approve most of the things that Quagg builds. The problem I could see is that if he gets a losing streak he may gain some tilt that may lead to him not being motivated to continue in the later weeks, but I am only speculating here because he tends to be very upset about his losses and the mistakes a bit too much. However, it's been years since I've seen Quagg be negative in an NFE team tournament if at all I don't think he has been negative at all based on my memories lol oops. I am sure that he will get drafted up, especially from the ZU glazers as he was a ZU player(unfortunately the biggest L part) so no worries Quagg if you're reading this part. For bonus points to any managers, draft him with Leni, and you'll see Quagg and Leni chat in your team server slightly more. He unsigned himself after seeing this rip.
5dots - NFE TL, has been consistently in the top 4 at NFE individual tours, and made a strong performance at NFEPL makes him deserve to be among the tops. I may disapprove of how he builds his teams, but I think at that point we just view the meta differently because his teams are winning enough that I have to respect what he brings. I think he may be positive in this tournament. But the problem I can see with him is still the fact he's not that active as a person, and has such a weird timezone/availability that any Europeans trying to get games with him are forced to play after midnight sometimes. He has still not the strongest performance in team tournaments compared to the players above and his teams mainly work for him, while I am not too confident that most tour players can pivot them. He still plays and builds on their own, so if you want that 5dots is a high priority for that.

Ojr - Deep rotted af in NFE as he's mainly satisfied with his teams if the interactions and calcs satisfy him enough. The only problem if he is going to bring something dumb in earlier such as triple water spam like bruh lmao. Hard to see them being negative really.
Maybca - Not sure if they're playing NFE, but since they don't need to deal with building for other slots I could see them popping off tbh. They may overextend sometimes in the building aspect lmao, but I know that they're aware of it so it'll be interesting to see how they or the NFE slot player will perform on their team.
High
Mirbro(Support) - Shouldn't be drafted too high on price due to noticeable inactivity, so do not RELY on them as the only NFE supporter. But they're high in the ranking to anyone who knows them in NFE. The problems I will quickly mention are that they may be predictable on the prep side and may repeat some cores more than others. Otherwise, any tour player can pivot his teams and win. Mirbro would be more happy if he manages to be drafted with someone who is invested in NFE. Bonus points if you manage to have him, Quagg, and maybe Leni together as you will make him the happiest boi in the tournament.
Strap - Will more than likely be involved in AG because that's what they're more known about while they haven't touched SV NFE at all. But if Strap is going to play SV NFE, I could see him beat anyone at the top because he has a strong understanding of NFE as a tier.
Sealoo - While more known in Natdex NFE, they've involved themself in SV NFE and gotten high in some NFE tours with their ownmade teams. I'd say he is the most underrated as he knows how to make the plays and I respect his builds in SV NFE as it gives me similar vibes to Pandadoux. Perhaps give him a partner that he can talk SV NFE with, but he's a solid pick especially if you get him low(you may fight Maybca for that though) in the draft.
Mh - Thought you were burned out bruh, but alright it's awesome you signed up Mh. He's someone who manages to build and play for themself and won NFEPL this year. He's worth it for a cheap price. The problem besides the ones I mentioned on predicts(read that yourself and give me a laughing reaction or something) is that the competition of SV NFE is much higher and I don't know if Mh can compete vs the top. He can make upsets, but being positive by the end of the tour would be the upset in my eyes.
Leni - Probably forced to play in AG or ZU or be benched, but he would easily perform well in SV NFE by giving some test games to him and if he gets the right team. Leni doesn't talk much and build at all, but he will deliver you the games as he hardly makes mistakes and understands how to win NFE games. He's only in High because he doesn't bother talking in team servers and that's what you should expect from him. If you want someone active, builds, or keeps up with the trends in SV NFE then Leni is not for you. He can be useful when it comes to discussing with teams and approving if the team is good or not, but take this at your own risk. But if you manage to draft him with Quagg, see a slight increase of Scandinavian guys talking in the server. He's def good vibes with Quagg lol.
Sleid - More than likely to play in ZU, but I approve if he manages to play in SV NFE. Can build for their own, and have really good fundamentals when playing in a tour match that lacks faults. I think if Sleid is losing it would be more of the unfortunate matchups than the gameplay itself. Not sure if he can compete with the top players, but he has a very creative vision when he touches NFE so I can see him performing here as well.
King Leo - High risk, High Reward. He builds himself and usually will play to outplay the opponent. He's capable of beating everyone, but also loses to people weaker than him. Mainly because his builds are very hit or miss and he won't tell you the build till the last min, as his activity only shows on the last or a day before he is going to play. IMO don't pay him too much and get him as a last resort for builder + player IMO.
Mid
Mom Lover - Strong player and someone I've always considered underrated when they join in NFE team tours. 100% needs support so therefore they're better as a sub tbh.
Dragonillis - His performance at NFEPL made me respect him more. But I do think his teams are still questionable and I can only see him managing to make an upset. A good pick if you get them low.
Kabilapok - More known in SS NFE. Although they've been in some SV NFE tours that I'm not too aware of so I believe they've some experience in the tier. But based on their latest activity in SV NFE-related things I think they need more time to play in the tier, but I can see them making upsets vs someone like Maybca, Pandadoux, and 5dots haha.
Seth - More known in Natdex NFE, but has touched SV NFE because of NFEPL I guess? They're not bad as a player, but prolly best as a sub tbh.
TTTech - Has played SV NFE since the early days and actually can build for themself? Not sure if I would draft them besides for a last opportunity since I think they need to prove themself a bit more in the gameplay aspect, but otherwise they're a good 3k one to be used at.
TTK - TTK kinda plays in all the tiers right??? I assume my boy would be picked in ZU before NFE at least. But not a bad pick, though I would recommend him the same with everyone above here. He has probably more team tournament experience than most ppl above, but that alone doesn't put him much higher than anyone over.

Big Tony 2014 - Idk them too much, but looks like a tour player who can perform if given the right team.
Neomon - Oldest NFE player in this tier, that's my goat old man still up for some NFE gaming vs some kids. Prolly need support though, but I think he can play his games well and make some upsets.
RoFnA - Can make upsets, but needs teams that mainly is offense lol.
SpaceSpeakers - Has teams available from NFEPL, but unfortunately most of them are ebuzz so uhhh what was I going to say again? Well not sure if you should pick him up, but Zastra may get him anyway so don't worry about that.
Lyna - Involved themself in NFEPL, and frankly, I'd love to see them more in SV NFE. Idt they're bad, but they are like a last-minute-only type of player. Probably brings good vibes your server is French-dominated.

Marshmelto:- Winner of tag team tours, played 1v1PL in deg's team and also played last year's PL too and performed great. idk about his past than this.
Deg:- This guy managed in 1v1PL Metraboomin Megarays and has vast amount of knowledge in 1v1. Played a lot wcs/PLs which i can't even tell rn.
Neomon:- They played 1v1pls. in past and performance was good.
Lumii:- She was one of my teammates in this year's PL and guided me throughout due to which I am at this current stage that i don't have any fear to battle in any kind of tour. Talkin about achivements.... awesome score in 1v1PL VIII (5-3) and in past PLs. Overall they are really good.
Indi01:- Winner of Global Cup III, ended in 1v1PL VIII with the score 4-3.
Nuxl:- They played this year's 1v1PL and ended with the score 4-4
Fancy1:- They played this year's 1v1PL and ended with the score 4-0 which is dam good.

This list is based on my personal opinion along with some stats from the previous 3-4 ag team tours + latest current generation individuals. Overall, i will try to only put players who I THINK have ag as their slot of choice and have a considerably higher chance at getting drafted for it than other tiers. This is by no way definitive or representative of who will/should be drafted so if i miss you, dont think too much of it.
The best:
PrimalKyogre: This dude is really good. He has been extremely consistent in sv, builds and clicks well among other stuff. Oh and hes also the current circuit champion which im sure everyone who has seen his posts knows.
Really good options:
These are users that have extensive knowledge of the metagame and have been consistently a part of team tours in sv with good building and playing ability.
THE STRAP: Another really consistent dude that im sure pretty much everyone knows. He does not play individuals much but always has strong showings in ag team tours. Also builds his own teams if i remember correctly.
Glory: He builds a lot and builds well which is evident by the number of teams he has had in samples/showcase or were used by his teammates in tours. However, his team tour records are not really stellar. I still think that he brings a lot to the team and you can always bank on him popping off in this tour.
Good options:
These are players that i believe also have a good knowledge of the metagame and can build decent/good teams. They can also hold their own with respect to playing ability. Players in this category are not put in the above tier for a reasons related to either playing or teams.
Adhiraj8202: He has also played SV AG since pre-home and has a good metagame knowledge. Builds his own teams and has had decent tour results. Also he's always motivated to play/help which is something i value in a player.
RL: His high-level involvement and contributions in the community have been relatively new but he's now a council member so also has good metagame knowledge. I also think that he's a decent player overall with respectable results in in agwl/agpl.
Polt: I think polt is a really good player, though im not sure how much they have kept up with gen9 though they made playoffs for aglt this year and afaik they also ladder a bit which is why they are here if i was able to confirm their experience they would be higher. Nonetheless, If they intend to take this tour seriously i think they will do really good.
Geysers: After disappearing for a good part of sv, geysers is getting into the tier again with a top 8 position in ag ssnl (hes still in the winners bracket so he's gonna be there for atleast 1-2 more rounds). Admittedly though, he has been playing on and off but im still not sure if he builds his own teams or is passed by glory or someone else but nonetheless i think he should do good considering his tour results have been improving recently.
Decent Options:
These are players that have played ag in the previous 2-3 team tours and/or circuit and have done decent-to-good. Some of them can also build teams for themselves but can probably get helped with better teams which is also a good thing in my opinion.
emoxu9: emoxu9 has been doing decent in ag tours; they are top 8 in seasonal and qualified for ladder tour earlier this year, had a fine 3-3 record in agpl. Im not sure i have seen them use anything other than HO (they might have im just not gonna dig every replay) but if it works it works, it could very well make them do really good.
Rofna: He had the best record this agpl with a 6-0 in sv (no im not counting that game) all of which he played really well. I can not remember if he built his own teams or has played in any other ag team tour so the sample space is a bit less of for me to judge, nonetheless i have high hopes for him.
Bread Sandwich: He was the finalist in summer seasonal but has not had decent records in team tours. I think if he diversifies the teams he uses he could do well.
Options that could do well with teams and support:
More or less the same category as above but there are also some good options that have good playing ability but do not have that much ag knowledge as far as i know. Avarice, Dunoks, FadedCharm, Skimmythegod, Skyiew (in alphabetical order) played sv ag in agpl this year and i think can do well with good teams base. Some of them have more experience in ag than others though.
There are some really nice options in Ballfire and Swas as well that are good in gen8 but have little experience in gen9. If they pick it up they can definitely do good and get a positive record.
Other decent options:
