[SET COMMENTS]
Urshifu-R is a great addition to any Water team especially those that take advantage of rain as it can use its STAB Surging Strikes with devastating wallbreaking power and can become a quite effective revenge killer with Aqua Jet. Surging Strikes is Urshifu-R's main STAB move allowing it to take on threats such as Volcarona, Galarian Slowking, Mandibuzz, and Mega Sableye. Surging Strikes can also break through Pokemon that carry Focus Sash such as Krookodile. Close Combat targets Steel-, Dark-, and Normal-type Pokemon such as Ferrothorn, Melmetal, Mandibuzz, Galarian Moltres, and Porygon2. Aqua Jet allows Urshifu-R to revenge kill setup sweepers and faster Pokemon after they have been weakened such as Tapu Koko, Mega Aerodactyl, and Landorus. U-turn allows Urshifu-R to generate momentum for its teammates and can switch out on predicted switches that can tank its attacks such as Toxapex. Maximum Attack and Speed investment alongside a Jolly nature and Choice Band allow Urshifu-R to hit as fast and hard as possible outspeeding threats such as Kyurem, Tapu Lele, and Mimikyu. Unseen Fists allows Urshifu-R to break past protection, preventing cores such as Ferrothorn + Aegislash from reliably scouting it.

Pelipper provides rain support for Urshifu-R allowing Surging Strikes and Aqua Jet to hit incredibly hard, while providing Defog support, safe switch-ins with U-turn, and a Ground immunity. Choice Specs Pelipper can also take on Grass-type Pokemon such as Mega Venusaur and Zarude for Urshifu-R thanks to Hurricane. Greninja can use a Choice Scarf and help revenge kill threats such as Tapu Koko with Gunk Shot and Mega Alakazam with U-turn. Slowking can safely pivot in Urshifu-R with Teleport, as well as provide Future Sight support, allowing it to break past walls such as Toxapex and Mega Venusaur that would otherwise wall it. Slowking can also switch into strong Psychic-type attacks for Urshifu-R such as Tapu Lele's Psychic. Toxapex provides Urshifu-R with a check to Grass-type Pokemon like Whimsicott, as well as setup sweepers like Mega Charizard X thanks to Haze, as well as being able to set and remove Toxic Spikes from the field. Toxapex and Slowking form a regenerator core that can easily pivot into powerful attacks for Urshifu-R. Swampert provides the ever so important Electric immunity, as well Stealth Rock support, and safely pivoting in Urshifu-R with Flip Turn. Mega Swampert on the other hand can be used alongside Urshifu-R on rain teams, while doing everything that regular Swampert does, it also can take on Mantine with Stone Edge, and Garchomp with Ice Punch, as well as take on faster threats for Urshifu-R such as Mega Lopunny and Tapu Koko under rain. Kingdra can be used to ease the Dragon matchup under rain taking on threats such as Kyurem and Hydreigon for the team. Mega Sharpedo can help Urshifu-R by taking on Psychic- and Ghost-type Pokemon such as Mew, Deoxys-S, Slowbro, and Mega Sableye. Mega Gyarados can also help with the same matchups, however, it needs to be set up more carefully, but on the plus side, its Bulk allows it to do so with ease. Substitute allows Mega Sharpedo to evade status conditions such as Toxapex's Toxic or Mega Sableye's Will-O-Wisp, allowing it to better take on walls for Urshifu-R. Tapu Fini provides a Dragon immunity, sets Misty Terrain which prevents Urshifu-R from being hindered by status, and can take on Dragon-type Pokemon such as Hydreigon with Moonblast. Rotom-W and Mantine both are Ground immune Defog users, however, the difference between the two is that Rotom-W can safely pivot in Urshifu-R with Volt Switch, while Mantine can check dangerous set up such as Nasty Plot Celebi. Empoleon provides a few key resistances to Psychic-, Fairy-, and Dragon-type attacks from Tapu Lele, Clefable, and Latios. Empoleon can also clear hazards with Defog and also acts as a Specially Defensive tank being able to switch into attacks such as Mega Venusaur's Giga Drain.

[SET COMMENTS]
Urshifu-R acts as a great revenge killer with this set outspeeding threats such as Landorus-T and is able to OHKO Tapu Koko after a decent amount of chip. Surging Strikes allows Urshifu-R to take on Pokemon such as Mega Aerodactyl and Mega Diancie, alongside weakened threats such as Tapu Koko and Tapu Lele. Close Combat allows Urshifu-R to take on threats such as Kyurem, Zarude, Melmetal, and Mega Lopunny, helping in matchups like Ice, Dark, Steel, and Normal. Poison Jab can be used to take on threats such as Tapu Bulu, while Thunder Punch can take on Mantine, which otherwise walls Urshifu-R. U-turn allows it to pick up momentum for the team and can switch out on predicted switches that can tank its attacks such as Mega Venusaur. Maximum Attack and Speed investment alongside a Jolly nature and Choice Scarf allow Urshifu-R to outspeed threats such as Mega Alakazam, Mega Diancie, Tapu Koko, and Zarude. Unseen Fists allows it to better take on defensive cores such as Steel, which relies on Protect to safely pivot between teammates.

Greninja forms an excellent wallbreaking core with Urshifu-R, as Greninja can break past physical walls such as Skarmory and Toxapex for Urshifu-R, while Urshifu-R can take on special walls such as Blissey and Galarian Slowking for Greninja. Greninja can also pressure Flying- and Grass-type Pokemon such as Landorus, Zarude, Ferrothorn, Pelipper with its coverage in Ice Beam and Hidden Power Fire or Electric. Slowking provides useful resistance to Psychic-type attacks, as well as being able to provide Future Sight support allowing Urshifu-R to better take on Galarian Weezing. Additionally, Slowking can pivot in Urshifu-R safely with Teleport. Toxapex provides neutrality to Grass-type attacks, alongside being able to set and absorb Toxic Spikes from the field. Toxapex and Slowking also act as bulky defensive pivots for Urshifu-R due to their ability Regenerator, allowing them to sponge attacks for it. Swampert provides an Electric immunity, can safely pivot in Urshifu-R with Flip Turn, and set Stealth Rock for it. When paired with rain Mega Swampert can also take on threats such as Tapu Koko and Zeraora for Urshifu-R. Mega Sharpedo can act as another form of speed control for Urshifu-R, take on Ghost- and Psychic-type Pokemon such as Blacephalon and Mega Latias, and weakened Poison-type Pokemon such as Toxapex, Mega Venusaur, and Galarian Weezing with Psychic Fangs. Pelipper can provide it with rain support boosting Surging Strikes damage, switch into Ground-type attacks such as Sand Rush Excadrill's Earthquake, act as a Defog user, and act as a bulky pivot through Roost and U-turn. Tapu Fini provides a Dragon-type immunity, can Defog away hazards, and provide Misty Terrain support, preventing Urshifu-R from being affected by status such as Mandibuzz's Toxic. Tapu Fini can also act as a bulky Calm Mind user taking on Dragon-type Pokemon such as Kyurem, Kommo-o, and Latias for Urshifu-R. Both Rotom-W and Mantine can provide Defog support. Rotom-W on one hand can safely pivot Urshifu-R with Volt Switch, while Mantine, on the other hand, can provide Haze support against threats such as Quiver Dance Volcarona.

Urshifu-R can run a Bulk Up + Substitute set allowing it to take better advantage of defensive cores such as against Steel teams. Thunder Punch can be used on Choice Band sets to target Mantine, specifically on Flying teams.

Checks and Counters
===================

Water
--------
**Water-type Immunities**: Water immunities such as Storm Drain Gastrodon and Water Absorb Mantine prevent Urshifu-R from spamming its main STAB attack in Surging Strikes.

**Physically Defensive Walls**: Physically defensive walls such as Skarmory, Toxapex, and Celesteela can tank Urshifu-R's attacks and cripple it in a variety of ways either through status such as Toxic or attacking it such as Celesteela with Air Slash. However, Choice Band Urshifu-R is capable of breaking past these walls given the right circumstances.

**Status**: Urshifu-R does not appreciate any kind of status condition, as burns prevent it from wallbreaking, paralysis prevents it from outspeeding key threats such as Kyurem, and Toxic poisoning puts it on a timer, limiting the amount of wallbreaking it can do.

**Revenge Killers**: Faster threats such as Choice Scarf Latias, Grassy Glide Rillaboom, and Regieleki can easily outspeed and OHKO Urshifu-R with their STAB attacks.

[Add a opening sentence here, like "Urshifu-R is a fantastic rain user for Water teams due to its access to a potent move in Surging Strikes, powerful STAB combination, and useful priority in Aqua Jet.] Surging Strikes is Urshifu-R's main STAB move allowing it to take on threats such as Volcarona, Galarian Slowking, and Spectrier [Spectrier is being suspect tested + it outspeeds you anyway; replace. Also, add that Surging Strikes takes on walls like Mandibuzz and Galarian Corsola better under rain, and how the ability to hit three times is useful]. U-turn allows Urshifu-R to generate momentum for its teammates [also add that it pivots out of checks like toxapex, mega venu, etc.]. [also make a sentence abt why Choice Band is a useful item.] Maximum Attack and Speed investment alongside a Jolly nature and Choice Band allow Urshifu-R to hit as fast and hard as possible outspeeding threats such as Kyurem, Tapu Lele, and Mimikyu. Unseen Fists allows Urshifu-R to break past protection, preventing cores such as Ferrothorn + Aegislash from reliably scouting it.

Greninja can use a Choice Scarf and help revenge kill threats such as Tapu Koko with Gunk Shot, Mantine with Hidden Power Electric, Toxapex with Extrasensory, and Mega Alakazam with U-turn. Toxapex provides Urshifu-R with a check to Grass-type Pokemon [like?], as well as setup sweepers like Mega Charizard X thanks to Haze, as well as being able to set and remove Toxic Spikes from the field. Toxapex and Slowking form a regenerator core that can easily pivot into powerful attacks for Urshifu-R. Pelipper provides rain support for it Urshifu-R, allowing Surging Strikes and Aqua Jet to hit incredibly hard, while providing Defog support, safe switch-ins with U-turn, and a Ground immunity. Choice Specs Pelipper can also take on Grass-type Pokemon such as Rillaboom [replace this example with another grass-type like ferrothorn or mega venu I think. Grassy Glide shreds Pelipper apart] and Zarude for Urshifu-R thanks to Hurricane. Mega Sharpedo can help Urshifu-R by taking on Psychic- and Ghost-type Pokemon such as Mew, Deoxys-S, Spectrier Slowbro, and Mega Sabeleye. It can also evade status conditions such as Toxapex's Toxic or Mega Sableye's Will-O-Wisp [how does it evade these?], allowing it to better take on walls for Urshifu-R. Tapu Fini provides a Dragon immunity, sets Misty Terrain which prevents Urshifu-R from being hindered by status, and can take on Dragon-type Pokemon such as Hydreigon with Moonblast. Rotom-W and Mantine both are Ground immune Defog users, however, the difference between the two is that Rotom-W can safely pivot in Urshifu-R with Volt Switch, while Mantine can check dangerous setup such as Nasty Plot Celebi and Bulk Up Urshifu-S.

add:
- Empoleon as a defensive teammate which provides Stealth Rock, Defog, and a switch-in to Psychic and Dragon attacks
- Mega Gyarados as an alternative over Mega Sharpedo as it can be a fearsome sweeper with Dragon Dance
- Kingdra as a Swift Swim abuser that helps in the Dragon matchup

Aqua Jet allows Urshifu-R to revenge kill setup sweepers and faster Pokemon after they have been weakened such as Tapu Koko, Mega Aerodactyl, and Landorus. [Add an opening sentence to this as well, since this is a different from the previous analysis.] Surging Strikes allows Urshifu-R to take on Pokemon such as Mega Aerodactyl and Mega Diancie, alongside weakened threats such as Tapu Koko and Tapu Lele. Pelipper provides rain support for Urshifu-R, (AC) allowing Surging Strikes and Aqua Jet to hit incredibly hard, while providing Defog support, safe switch-ins with U-turn, and a Ground immunity. Toxapex provides Urshifu-R with a check to Grass-type Pokemon like Whimsicott, as well as setup sweepers like Mega Charizard X thanks to Haze, as well as being and it is able to set and remove Toxic Spikes from the field. Swampert provides the ever so important Electric immunity, as well Stealth Rock support, and safely safe pivoting in for Urshifu-R with Flip Turn. Mega Swampert, (AC) on the other hand, (AC) can be used alongside Urshifu-R on rain teams; (comma -> semicolon) while doing everything that regular Swampert does, it also can take on Mantine with Stone Edge, and Garchomp with Ice Punch, as well as under rain take on faster threats for Urshifu-R such as Mega Lopunny and Tapu Koko under rain (Moved so it is clear Swampert is the Pokemon affected by the rain). Kingdra can be used to ease the Dragon matchup under rain, (AC) taking on threats such as Kyurem and Hydreigon for the team. Mega Sharpedo can help Urshifu-R by taking on Psychic- and Ghost-type Pokemon such as Mew, Deoxys-S, Slowbro, and Mega Sableye. Substitute allows Mega Sharpedo to evade status conditions such as Toxapex's Toxic or Mega Sableye's Will-O-Wisp, allowing it to better take on walls for Urshifu-R. Mega Gyarados can also help with the same matchups; (comma -> semicolon) however, it needs to be set up more carefully, but on the plus side, its Bulk bulk allows it to do so with ease. Substitute allows Mega Sharpedo to evade status conditions such as Toxapex's Toxic or Mega Sableye's Will-O-Wisp, allowing it to better take on walls for Urshifu-R. (Moved this sentence to be with the other one about Mega Sharpedo) Tapu Fini provides a Dragon immunity, sets Misty Terrain, (AC) which prevents Urshifu-R from being hindered by status, and can take on Dragon-type Pokemon such as Hydreigon with Moonblast. Rotom-W and Mantine both are Ground immune Ground-immune Defog users; (comma -> semicolon) however, the difference between the two is that Rotom-W can safely pivot in Urshifu-R with Volt Switch, while Mantine can check dangerous set up set up what? such as Nasty Plot Celebi. [SET COMMENTS]
Urshifu-R acts as a great revenge killer with this set, (AC) outspeeding threats such as Landorus-T, (AC) and is able to OHKO Tapu Koko after a decent amount of chip. Surging Strikes allows Urshifu-R to take on Pokemon such as Mega Aerodactyl and Mega Diancie, alongside weakened threats such as Tapu Koko and Tapu Lele. Close Combat allows Urshifu-R to take on cover (or change this to something else, using "to take on" in four consecutive points is very repetitive) threats such as Kyurem, Zarude, Melmetal, and Mega Lopunny, helping in matchups like Ice, Dark, Steel, and Normal. Poison Jab can be used to take on threats such as Tapu Bulu, while Thunder Punch can take on hit (same thing here with repetition) Mantine, which otherwise walls Urshifu-R. U-turn allows it to pick up momentum for the team and can switch pivot out on predicted switches to Pokemon that can tank its attacks such as Mega Venusaur. Maximum Attack and Speed investment alongside a Jolly nature and Choice Scarf allow Urshifu-R to outspeed threats such as Mega Alakazam, Mega Diancie, Tapu Koko, and Zarude. Unseen Fists Fist allows it to better take on defensive cores such as Steel, which relies on Protect to safely pivot between teammates.

Greninja forms an excellent wallbreaking core with Urshifu-R, as Greninja can break past physical walls such as Skarmory and Toxapex for Urshifu-R, while Urshifu-R can take on special walls such as Blissey and Galarian Slowking for Greninja. Greninja can also pressure Flying- and Grass-type Pokemon such as Landorus, Zarude, Ferrothorn, and Pelipper with its coverage in Ice Beam and Hidden Power Fire or Electric. Slowking provides a useful resistance to Psychic-type attacks, as well as being able to provide Future Sight support allowing Urshifu-R to better take on Galarian Weezing. Additionally, Slowking can pivot in Urshifu-R safely with Teleport. Toxapex provides a neutrality to Grass-type attacks, alongside being able to set and absorb Toxic Spikes from the field. When paired with rain, (AC) Mega Swampert can also take on threats such as Tapu Koko and Zeraora for Urshifu-R. Pelipper can provide it Urshifu-R with rain support, boosting Surging Strikes damage, switch into Ground-type attacks such as Sand Rush Excadrill's Earthquake, act as a Defog user remove entry hazards with Defog, and act as a bulky pivot through Roost and U-turn. Tapu Fini provides a Dragon-type immunity, can use Defog away to remove entry hazards, and provide Misty Terrain support, preventing Urshifu-R from being affected by status such as Mandibuzz's Toxic.

===================

Water
--------
**Water-type Immunities**: Water immunities such as Storm Drain Gastrodon and Water Absorb Mantine prevent Urshifu-R from spamming its main STAB attack in Surging Strikes.

**Physically Defensive Walls**: Physically defensive walls such as Skarmory, Toxapex, and Celesteela can tank Urshifu-R's attacks and cripple it in a variety of ways, (AC) either through status such as Toxic, (AC) or attacking it, (AC) such as Celesteela with Air Slash.
