Urshifu-R is a very solid offensive threat thanks to high base 130 Attack stat ability to ignore Protect with Unseen Fist. Surging Strikes is Urshifu-R's best attack, with its guaranteed critical hits ignoring Attack drops from common Intimidate users such as Incineroar and Landorus-T while also heavily pressuring both of them. Close Combat is the strongest Fighting-type STAB move that Urshifu-R has, allowing it to pressure a large part of the metagame and take on Pokemon that could survive Surging Strikes, such as Stakataka. Aqua Jet offers Urshifu-R a priority option to pressure and deal non-negligible damage to powerful and faster threats like Regieleki and Landorus. Focus Sash is Urshifu-R's primary item, somewhat negating it's otherwise lackluster Special Defense. An alternative spread of 140 HP / 236 SpD / 132 Spe with Adamant nature and Mystic Water allows Urshifu-R to hit even harder with Surging Strikes while also taking strong attacks such as Assault Vest Rillaboom's Grassy Glide, unboosted Xerneas's Dazzling Gleam, and Calyrex-S's Astral Barrage. Urshifu-R makes a great common partner to restricted Pokemon such as Xerneas and Zacian by pressuring and taking down their common checks such as Volcarona, Incineroar, Stakataka. Furthermore partners such as Regieleki, Incineroar, and Rillaboom create an offensive core with good type coverage that universally fits on many teams and is capable to handling most Pokemon in the metagame; Fire-types like Incineroar, Volcarona, and Entei pair especially well to take care of the Grass-type Pokemon that cause a lot of problems to Urshifu-R such as Amoonguss, Tsareena, and Rillaboom.

Urshifu is a powerful offensive pokemon that in this format, takes great advantage of its Unseen Fist talent, which allows it to pass through Protect in particular, which is the most played defensive move.
That's not all, Urshifu has an attack base of 130, which makes it very dangerous and not easy to counter, coupled with its speed and it has nothing to envy to other offensive pokemons on this point.
(This is not a sales pitch. I would really like your very first point to be what Urshifu-R is doing in the meta. So it's good to mention Unseen Fist ignoring Protect, and I think the Attack stat is a great mention. Maybe try a wording like "Urshifu-R cements itself as a solid offensive Pokemon in the current metagame, with a staggering base 130 Attack and Unseen Fist ignoring Protect." and then move into the moves. It encapsulates what you want to say far more briefly.)

For him, we have 2 compulsory moves, Surging Strikes, which in addition to hitting 3 times, guarantees critical hits, this is what makes his stab water the most powerful. (Major reword here; talking about how Surging Strikes is Urshifu-R's best move, with its critical hits ignoring Intimidate, and Water-typing beating things like Incineroar, Landorus and Volcarona)
Then we have Close Combat, his most powerful combat stab too, since Urshifu's goal on the field is to make holes in the opponent's team, the best is to use this, the drop of defensive stats following the move is not very serious since the Focus Sash will keep Urshifu alive in case he gets attacked from behind. (Just rewording this to be more concise with flow, mention that Close Combat is its strongest Fighting-type STAB move and what it allows it to pressure.)
This leads to Aqua Jet, a priority stab move, which can turn a game around because Urshifu hits extremely hard with it, and it allows you to hit Pokemon that are much too fast for Urshifu, like some restricteds, and thus change the course of the game. (Same thing here, it really doesn't need to be more than mentioning why the priority is important e.g. dealing decent damage to faster threats such as Regieleki and Landorus)

Finally, there is protect, the almost essential move on each pokemon of the metagame, especially when being an offensive threat, to keep a certain control and avoid losing the momentum, and also allows to rebuild its whole gameplan, and even to disturb the opponent if you use it well.
(No real need to explain Protect)

Concerning the distribution of EVs, it is totally offensive, Adamant nature is also possible, depending on how Urshifu is surrounded in the team.
(Only EV's I would talk about is an alternative spread of 140 HP / 236 SpD / 132 Spe with an Adamant nature and Mystic Water. This lets it live an AV Rillaboom Grassy Glide, extremely favourable roll on unboosted Xerneas Dazzling Gleam and Mienshao Feint + Calyrex-S Astral Barrage.)

Urshifu is often played in combination with Incineroar, Rillaboom or Regieleki in non-restricted, these 3 pokemon make it easier to put Urshifu into play, via Intimidate for example, in order to avoid physical offensive threats, via Fake Out, to allow Urshifu not to be Fake Out first, or to hit a pokemon that seemed dangerous without having to risk anything, Regieleki poses a problem to the threats Urshifu encounters because of its speed, and access to Electroweb can reduce the speed of pokemons that are a bit too fast for Urshifu so that he can get rid of them, while remembering that he goes through the protection moves. (This is extremely wordy, and also they sorta just end up on teams together because of a solid typing core. This can be shortened down so you can talk about other things more. I want you to really focus on why these mons in particular are so good with Urshifu-R.)(Mention what Urshifu-R is doing for certain restricteds: for example beating Incineroar and Volcarona for Zacian-C)

(Every mention of "Urshifu" in this needs to specify Urshifu-R as per quality guidelines)

Urshifu-R is a very solid offensive threat, with a very high base 130 aAttack stat (130) and his Unseen Fist talent more than strong in this format, as it allows him to ignore ignoring protection moves (I'd either give examples or just say Protect). Surging Strikes is the most powerful move and is essential on Urshifu-R, Urshifu-R's best attack, with its in a metagame where Incineroar and other pokemon with Intimidate are predominant, the guaranteed critical hits will allow to ignore the drop of attack stat ignoring Attack drops from common Intimidate users such as Incineroar and Landorus-T, while also heavily pressuring both of them. Then we have Close Combat, it's the most powerful fighting that Urshifu has, allowing it to threaten a large part of the metagame and pokemon that would hold a Surging-Strikes, like Urshifu-S for example. (This could do with a reword: "Close Combat is Urshifu-R's strongest Fighting-type move, allowing it to pressure Pokemon that could otherwise survive a Surging Strikes such as Stakataka.") This leads to Aqua Jet, a priority stab move, While doing non-negligible damage on some threats like Regieleki, Landorus, the most important thing remains the fact that the attack is priority. (This really can be shortened to "Aqua Jet offers Urshifu-R a form of priority that can pressure faster threats such as Landorus and Regieleki" and this would likely suffice) There is also an alternative spread that works well: 140 HP / 236 SpD / 132 Spe , with the Adamant nature, with the Mystic Water item, which will simply reinforce the utility and support role that it is possible to give to Urshifu, this spread indeed allows not to be dependent on the Focus Sash since Urshifu will resist to a Grassy Glide of Rillaboom if this last one has its classic set with the Assault Vest, it is the same for Xerneas, to hold an unboosted Dazzling Gleam with the classic spread. (This would need a heavy reword: "Focus Sash is Urshifu-R's primary item, somewhat negating it's otherwise lackluster Special Defense. Alternative spread of 140 HP / 236 SpD / 132 Spe with an Adamant nature and Mystic Water allows Urshifu-R to hit even harder with its Surging Strikes while also taking strong attacks such as Xerneas's Dazzling Gleam, Assault Vest Rillaboom's Grassy Glide, and Calyrex-S's Astral Barrage.")

(Made all of these points a single paragraph)

Urshifu-R is often played in combination with Incineroar, Rillaboom or Regieleki in non-restricted. These 3 pokemon complement each other well with Urshifu-R, it gives them a very good offensive support and the type coverage is very good and this is what makes the combination of these pokemon very effective. (This reads kinda fluffy, and it's not saying much right now) And in fact, depending on the matchup, the combination of one or the other with Urshifu-R can fill most of the worries that the team will face in the current metagame. (This doesn't mean anything) Returning to the way Urshifu-R provides offensive support (I have no idea what this means), it can handle checks and other wall that will encounter some restricteds with which it will be played, for example it deals well with Volcarona which is dangerous to face for Zacian-C, also pokemon having Intimidate. (This is good, I wish we had more of this) (I think this whole section needs a good rethink. Think about restricted partners that like having Urshifu-R around (both Zacian-C and Xerneas like having Incineroar, Volcarona and Landorus beaten for them, think about why. Then mention what other Pokemon can do for it: i.e. Fire-types like Entei, Volcarona and Incineroar deal with Grass-types that would otherwise threaten Urshifu-R such as Tsareena and Rillaboom)

(Made all of these points a single paragraph, too)

Urshifu-R is a very solid offensive threat, with a very high base 130 Attack stat and Unseen Fist ignoring Protect. (AP) Surging Strikes is Urshifu-R's best attack, with its guaranteed critical hits ignoring Attack drops from common Intimidate users such as Incineroar and Landorus-T, while also heavily pressuring both of them. Close Combat is the strongest fighting Fighting-type STAB move that Urshifu-R has, allowing it to pressure a large part of the metagame and pokemon that could survive a Surging-Strikes, like Stakataka. Aqua Jet offers to Urshifu-R a priority option. It will pressure and doing non-negligible damage on powerful and faster threats like Regieleki and Landorus. (Something more like "Aqua Jet gives Urshifu-R a priority option that can pressure and deal non-negligible damage to faster threats such as Regieleki and Landorus.") An alternative spread without Focus Sash : 140 HP / 236 SpD / 132 Spe , with Adamant nature and Mystic Water, which will allows Urshifu-R to hit harder and taking a Grassy Glide of Rillaboom Assault Vest, and to hold an unboosted Dazzling Gleam from Xerneas. (As per my last suggestion: "Focus Sash is Urshifu-R's primary item, somewhat negating it's otherwise lackluster Special Defense. An alternative spread of 140 HP / 236 SpD / 132 Spe with an Adamant nature and Mystic Water allows Urshifu-R to hit even harder with its Surging Strikes while also taking strong attacks such as Xerneas's Dazzling Gleam, Assault Vest Rillaboom's Grassy Glide, and Calyrex-S's Astral Barrage." using this verbatim may be worthwhile as it is a good way to explain both the item and alternative spread.)

(I cannot stress enough, please keep this as a single flowing paragraph)

Urshifu-R is often played in combination with Incineroar, Rillaboom or (Reckon GP has something to say about and/or here) Regieleki in non-restricted. These 3 pPokemon complement each other well with Urshifu-R well, creating a good type coverage that can collectively handle just about any threat in the current metagame. It can handle checks and other wall that will encounter some restricteds with which it will be played, for example it deals well with Volcarona which is dangerous to face for Zacian-C, also pokemon having Intimidate. Urshifu-R is also good to go with Xerneas, and then pressure checks and walls as Stakataka and Volcarona. It needs to be supported by pokemon who will check his most recurrent threats like Rillaboom, Tsareena or even Calyrex in restricted, there is Incineroar that fits perfectly to this role and completes well to Urshifu-R, Volcarona is good to be paired with Urshifu-R too, by redirecting attacks from threats or just cheking them. (I think you should look at rewording this section like "Urshifu-R makes a great partner to common restricted Pokemon such as Zacian-C and Xerneas, taking out common checks to them such as Volcarona, Incineroar and Stakataka. Urshifu-R also appreciates the presence of Incineroar, Rillaboom and Regieleki, combining to create a strong offensive core that universally fits on many teams and is capable of handling most Pokemon in the current metagame. In particular, Fire-types such as Incineroar, Entei and Volcarona are pivotal to Urshifu-R's success as they are capable of taking out Grass-types such as Rillaboom, Tsareena and Amoonguss that would otherwise be problematic.")

(Same thing here, one flowing paragraph please)

Same as before :)
